< Mark 16 >
1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary the Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.
Sabata rakati rapfuura, Maria Magadharena, Maria mai vaJakobho, naSarome vakatenga zvinonhuhwira kuti vagondozodza mutumbi waJesu.
2 And very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb at the rising of the sun.
Mangwanani-ngwanani pazuva rokutanga revhiki, zuva risati rabuda, vakanga vapinda munzira,
3 And they said to one another, Who will roll away for us the stone from the door of the tomb?
uye vakabvunzana vachiti, “Ndianiko achatikungurutsira ibwe pamukova weguva?”
4 And looking up they see that the stone had been rolled back; for it was very large.
Asi vakati vatarira, vakaona kuti ibwe rakanga rakungurutswa.
5 And they entered the tomb, and saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.
Pavakapinda muguva, vakaona jaya rakapfeka nguo chena rakagara kuruoko rworudyi, uye vakavhunduka.
6 But he saith to them, Be not affrighted; ye seek Jesus the Nazarene who was crucified; he hath risen; he is not here; behold the place where they laid him.
Iye akati, “Musavhunduka. Muri kutsvaka Jesu weNazareta, uya akarovererwa pamuchinjikwa. Amuka! Haapo pano. Tarisai pavakanga vamuisa.
7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter, that he is going before you into Galilee; there ye will see him, as he said to you.
Asi chiendai mundoudza vadzidzi vake naPetro, kuti, ‘Afanotungamira kuGarirea. Muchandomuona ikoko sezvaakakuudzai.’”
8 And they went out, and fled from the tomb; for trembling and amazement had seized them, and they said nothing to any one; for they were terrified.
Vachibvunda uye vachishamiswa, vakabuda vakatiza kubva muguva. Havana chavakataura kuno munhu, nokuti vakanga vachitya.
9 (note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) (The remaining twelve verses, according to Tischendorf and others, made originally no part of Mark's Gospel. As the passage was added very early, however, since it is referred to by Irenaeus in the latter part of the second century, it is here given, as an appendix.) [[And having risen early, on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary the Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven demons.
(note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Jesu akati amuka mangwanani nezuva rokutanga revhiki, akatanga kuzviratidza kuna Maria Magadharena, uya waakanga abudisa kubva maari mweya yakaipa minomwe.
10 She went and reported it to those who had been with him, who were mourning and weeping.
Akaenda akandoudza vaya vaimbova naye, vakanga vachiungudza uye vachichema.
11 And they, when they heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, did not believe.
Vakati vanzwa kuti Jesu akanga ari mupenyu, uye kuti Maria akanga amuona, havana kuzvitenda.
12 After this, he manifested himself in another form to two of them as they walked, going into the country.
Shure kwaizvozvo Jesu akaonekwazve neimwe nzira navaviri vavo pavakanga vachifamba kuruwa.
13 And they went and reported it to the rest; and even them they did not believe.
Ava vakadzoka vakandozivisa vakasara; asi naivowo havana kuvatenda.
14 Afterward he manifested himself to the eleven themselves, as they were reclining at table, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
Mushure maizvozvo Jesu akazviratidza kuna vane gumi nomumwe pavakanga vachidya; akavatsiura pamusoro pokusatenda kwavo uye nokusindimara kwemwoyo yavo pakuramba kutenda vaya vakanga vamuona mushure mokumuka kwake.
15 And he said to them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the glad tidings to the whole creation.
Akati kwavari, “Endai munyika yose muparidze vhangeri kuzvisikwa zvose.
16 He that believeth and is baptized will be saved; but he that doth not believe will be condemned.
Ani naani anotenda uye akabhabhatidzwa achaponeswa, asi asingatendi achatongwa.
17 And these signs will accompany believers: In my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
Uye zviratidzo izvi zvichatevera vanotenda: Vachadzinga mweya yakaipa muzita rangu, vachataura nendimi itsva;
18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.
vachabata nyoka namaoko avo, uye kunyange vakanwa muchetura unouraya haungavakuvadzi napaduku; vachaisa maoko avo pamusoro pavarwere, uye vachapora.”
19 So then, the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down on the right hand of God;
Mushure mokunge Ishe Jesu ataura kwavari, akatorwa akakwidzwa kudenga uye akandogara kuruoko rworudyi rwaMwari.
20 and they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs which followed it.]]
Ipapo vadzidzi vakabuda vakandoparidza kwose kwose, uye Ishe akashanda navo, akasimbisa shoko rake nezviratidzo zvakatevera.
