Mark 16
1 And when the sabbath was past, Mary the Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him.
Und als der Sabbat vergangen war, kauften Maria, die Magdalenerin, und Maria, des Jakobs (Mutter) und Salome Spezereien, damit sie kämen, und ihn salbten.
2 And very early on the first day of the week, they came to the tomb at the rising of the sun.
Und sehr frühe am ersten Wochentage kommen sie zu dem Grabmal, als die Sonne aufging.
3 And they said to one another, Who will roll away for us the stone from the door of the tomb?
Und sie sprachen zu einander: Wer wird uns den Stein wegwälzen aus dem Eingang des Grabmals?
4 And looking up they see that the stone had been rolled back; for it was very large.
Und als sie aufblickten, sahen sie, daß der Stein weggewälzt war, denn er war sehr groß.
5 And they entered the tomb, and saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.
Und sie traten hinzu in das Grabmal, und sahen einen Jüngling zur Rechten sitzen, der hatte ein langes, weißes Gewand an, und sie entsetzten sich.
6 But he saith to them, Be not affrighted; ye seek Jesus the Nazarene who was crucified; he hath risen; he is not here; behold the place where they laid him.
Er aber spricht zu ihnen: Entsetzt euch nicht. Ihr suchet Jesus, den Nazarener, den Gekreuzigten; er ist auferweckt worden, und ist nicht hier; siehe den Ort, wo sie ihn hingelegt haben.
7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter, that he is going before you into Galilee; there ye will see him, as he said to you.
Aber gehet hin, saget seinen Jüngern und Petrus, daß er vor euch hingeht nach Galiläa; daselbst werdet ihr ihn sehen, gleichwie er euch gesagt hat.
8 And they went out, and fled from the tomb; for trembling and amazement had seized them, and they said nothing to any one; for they were terrified.
Und sie gingen hinaus, und flohen von dem Grabmal; es war sie aber Zittern und Entsetzen angekommen, und sagten niemanden etwas, denn sie fürchteten sich.

As the passage was added very early, however, since it is referred to by Irenaeus in the latter part of the second century, it is here given, as an appendix.) 10 She went and reported it to those who had been with him, who were mourning and weeping.
Dieselbige ging hin, und verkündigt es denen, die mit ihm gewesen waren, die da Leid trugen und weinten.
11 And they, when they heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, did not believe.
Und dieselbigen, da sie hörten, daß er lebte, und wäre von ihr gesehen worden, glaubten sie nicht.
12 After this, he manifested himself in another form to two of them as they walked, going into the country.
Nach diesem hat er sich geoffenbart zwei von ihnen, in einer andern Gestalt, als sie unterwegs waren, und aufs Feld gingen.
13 And they went and reported it to the rest; and even them they did not believe.
Und dieselbigen gingen hin, und verkündigten es den übrigen, aber auch diesen glaubten sie nicht.
14 Afterward he manifested himself to the eleven themselves, as they were reclining at table, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen him after he had risen.
Endlich offenbarte er sich den Elfen selbst, als sie zu Tische lagen, und er schalt ihren Unglauben und ihre Herzenshärtigkeit, weil sie denen, die ihn gesehen hatten auferstanden, nicht glaubten.
15 And he said to them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the glad tidings to the whole creation.
Und sprach zu ihnen: Gehet hin in alle Welt, und prediget die frohe Botschaft der ganzen Schöpfung.
16 He that believeth and is baptized will be saved; but he that doth not believe will be condemned.
Wer glaubt und getauft wird, der wird errettet werden, wer aber nicht glaubt, der wird verurteilt werden.
17 And these signs will accompany believers: In my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues;
Die Gläubigen aber werden diese Zeichen begleiten: In meinem Namen werden sie Dämonen austreiben, mit neuen Zungen reden,
18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.
Schlangen aufheben, und wenn sie etwas Tödliches getrunken, wird es ihnen nicht schaden; auf Kranke werden sie die Hände legen, und sie werden sich wohl befinden.
19 So then, the Lord, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven, and sat down on the right hand of God;
Der Herr nun, nachdem er zu ihnen geredet hatte, ward aufgenommen in den Himmel, und setze sich zur Rechten Gottes.
20 and they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word by the signs which followed it.]]
Sie aber gingen aus und predigten überall, indem der Herr mitwirkte, und das Wort bekräftigte durch die begleitenden Zeichen.
