< Luke 8 >
1 And it came to pass afterward, that he journeyed through cities and villages, preaching and publishing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God; and the twelve were with him,

4 And a great multitude collecting together, and people from the cities going out to him, he spoke by a parable:
Nikhat Yeshuan thusim khat thulem'in mihonpi tamtah, kho chom chom'a kon hung kisutoa athusei ngaidinga hung ho komah hitin aseiye:
5 A sower went forth to sow his seed; and as he sowed, some seeds fell by the way-side; and they were trodden down, and the birds of the air devoured them.
“Loubol mi khat amuchi tu dingin achedoh tai. Aloulai dungah athe len ahileh, muchi abang chu lamsih'a achun, chuva chun chotphan aumin, chule vachaten anedoh tauve.
6 And others fell upon rocky ground; and when they had sprung up they withered away, because they had no moisture.
Muchi adang songlah'a achui. Ahung khang doh'in, ahin akehdoh chu agoplha loiyin asunou ding alhomjeh in athidoh tai.
7 And others fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up with them, and choked them.
Muchi adang chu linglah'a achun, ahung kehdoh in chule ling chun adeplih jitai.
8 And others fell upon good ground, and sprung up, and bore fruit, a hundred-fold. While saying these things, he cried aloud, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Muchi adang khat kit chu leipha laiyah achui. Hiche muchi chu akhang in, ga ahin son anakitu sangin ajat jakhat in agan ahi” ati. Hiche aseijouvin ahung pengjah jengin, “Koihileh angai na ding nakhang nei chan in angaiya ahetchet ding ahi,” ati.
9 And his disciples asked him what this parable meant.
Aseijui hon hiche thulem hi ipi kisei na ham adongun ahi.
10 And he said, To you it hath been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God; but to others [[these things are spoken]] in parables; that while seeing they may not see, and while hearing they may not understand.
Aman adonbut in, “Nanghon Pathen Lenggam thuguh nahet thei nadiuva phalpehna chang nahiuve. Amavang midangho hilna a thulem kaman hi Pathen Lekhabua kisun guilhun nadinga ahi: Ahin vet teng uleh, amu tahtah lou diu ahi. Ajah teng uleh, ahetthei lou diu ahi.”
11 Now the meaning of the parable is this. The seed is the word of God.
“Hiche hi thulem kisei avetsahna chu ahi: Muchi chu Pathen thu ahi.
12 Those by the way-side are they that hear; then cometh the Devil and taketh away the word from their heart, that they may not believe and be saved.
Lamsih a chu muchin avetsah chu, thu kisei ja'a ahivanga agiloupa hunga atahsan thei nalou ding le asochat lou na dinga alungsunga kon alahmang peh miho aseina ahi.
13 Those on the rocky ground are they who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root; and for a while they believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
Muchi songlah'a chu hon avetsah chu, thu kisei ja'a chule kipah tah'a kisanta, ahivanga jung akhothuh loujeh uva phat chomkhat kah'a bou tahsan, lhepna atoteng uleh lhuji ho aseina ahi.
14 And those seeds which fell among the thorns, these are they who, when they have heard, go away and are choked with the cares and riches and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to perfection.

15 But the seeds on the good ground, these are they who in an honest and good heart, when they have heard the word, hold it fast, and bear fruit with constancy.
Chule muchi leipha laiya chu chun milungtheng, lungthim pha, Pathen thu ja'a nung ho, chule lungneng tah'a ga tamtah sodoh ho aseina ahi. Meivah Lheng Akikhu Den Ngaipoi”
16 And no one having lighted a lamp, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light.

18 Take heed therefore how ye hear; for whoever hath, to him will be given; and whoever hath not, from him will be taken even what he seemeth to have.
“Hijeh chun iti najah uvem chingtheiyun. Kathuhil ngai jouse, hetthem theina kipeh be ding. Amavang thungai louho chu, ahetsa dan'a agel hou jeng jong amahoa kona kilamang ding ahi.” ati. Yeshua Le A-Insung Mite

29 For he was about to command the unclean spirit to come out of the man; for it had possessed him for a long time, and he had been kept bound and secured with chains and fetters; and bursting the bands, he had been driven by the demon into the wilderness.
