Luke 10
1 After these things, the Lord appointed also seventy others, and sent them two and two before him into every city and place where he himself was about to come.
ಇವುಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ತದೇವರು ಬೇರೆ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ನೇಮಿಸಿ ತಾವೇ ಸ್ವತಃ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೂ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೂ ಇಬ್ಬಿಬ್ಬರನ್ನಾಗಿ ತಮಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು.
2 And he said to them, The harvest is great, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers for his harvest.
ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಬೆಳೆಯೋ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿದೆ, ಕೆಲಸದವರೋ ಕೆಲವರು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಬೆಳೆಯ ಯಜಮಾನನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಬೆಳೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಷ್ಟು ಕೆಲಸದವರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವಂತೆ, ನೀವು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ.
3 Go forth; lo! I send you as lambs into the midst of wolves.
ಹೋಗಿರಿ! ತೋಳಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುರಿಮರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
4 Carry no purse, no bag, no sandals; salute no one by the way.
ಹಣದ ಚೀಲವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಚೀಲವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಪಾದರಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಡಿರಿ; ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ಕುಶಲ ವಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಡಿರಿ.
5 And into whatever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.
“ನೀವು ಯಾವ ಮನೆಯನ್ನಾದರೂ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವಾಗ ಮೊದಲು, ‘ಈ ಮನೆಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಗಲಿ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ.
6 And if a son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon it; if not, it shall return to you.
ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಇದ್ದರೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಧಾನವು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವುದು; ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅದು ನಿಮಗೇ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗುವುದು.
7 And abide in the same house, eating and drinking such things as they give; for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not go from house to house.
ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗದೆ, ಅದೇ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಅವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ಕುಡಿಯಿರಿ. ಕೆಲಸದವನು ತನ್ನ ಕೂಲಿಗೆ ಯೋಗ್ಯನು.
8 And into whatever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat what is set before you,
“ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಪಟ್ಟಣದೊಳಗೆ ನೀವು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವಾಗ, ಅವರು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತಿನ್ನಿರಿ.
9 and heal the sick that are therein, and say to them, The kingdom of God hath come near to you.
ಅಲ್ಲಿರುವ ರೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿ, ಅವರಿಗೆ, ‘ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ.
10 But into whatever city ye enter, and they receive you not, go out into its streets and say,
ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ಯಾವ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿಯಾದರೂ ಅವರು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ, ನೀವು ಅದರ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗಿ,
11 Even the dust of your city that cleaveth to our feet we wipe off to you; but know this, that the kingdom of God hath come near.
‘ನಮ್ಮ ಪಾದಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂಟಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಧೂಳನ್ನೇ ನಿಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಝಾಡಿಸಿಬಿಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೂ ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಿಮಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದಿರಲಿ,’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿರಿ.
12 And I tell you, that it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
ಆದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿನ ದಿನ, ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಸೊದೋಮಿನ ಗತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಾಳಬಹುದಾಗಿರುವುದು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
13 Woe to thee, Chorazin! woe to thee, Bethsaida! for if the miracles that were done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would long ago have repented, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
“ಖೊರಾಜಿನೇ, ನಿನಗೆ ಕಷ್ಟ! ಬೇತ್ಸಾಯಿದವೇ, ನಿನಗೆ ಕಷ್ಟ! ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳು ಟೈರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೀದೋನ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರು ಬಹಳ ಕಾಲದ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ, ಗೋಣಿತಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡು ಬೂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ದೇವರ ಕಡೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
14 But it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment, than for you.
ಆದರೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗತಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಟೈರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೀದೋನ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳ ಗತಿಯು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಾಳಬಹುದಾಗಿರುವುದು.
15 And thou, Capernaum! shalt thou be exalted to heaven? thou shalt be brought down to the underworld. (Hadēs g86)
ಕಪೆರ್ನೌಮೇ, ನೀನು ಪರಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವೆ ಎಂದು ನೆನೆಸುತ್ತೀಯೋ? ಇಲ್ಲ, ನೀನು ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯುವೆ. (Hadēs g86)
16 He that hearkeneth to you, hearkeneth to me; and he that rejecteth you, rejecteth me; but he that rejecteth me, rejecteth him that sent me.
“ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವವರು ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದಾತನನ್ನೇ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
17 And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us in thy name.
ಆ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ, “ಕರ್ತದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೆವ್ವಗಳು ಸಹ ನಮಗೆ ಅಧೀನವಾದವು,” ಎಂದರು.
18 And he said to them, I saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning.
ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, “ಸೈತಾನನು ಮಿಂಚಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಬೀಳುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಂಡೆನು.
19 Lo! I have given you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the might of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
ಸರ್ಪಗಳನ್ನೂ ಚೇಳುಗಳನ್ನೂ ತುಳಿಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿರೋಧಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಯಾವುದೂ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೇಡು ಮಾಡಲಾರದು.
20 Yet rejoice not in this, that the spirits are subject to you; but rejoice that your names have been written in heaven.
ಹೀಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ದೆವ್ವಗಳು ನಿಮಗೆ ಅಧೀನವಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂತೋಷ ಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಿಖಿತವಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿರಿ,” ಎಂದರು.
21 In that hour he rejoiced in the Holy Spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that, though thou didst hide these things from the wise and discerning, thou didst reveal them to babes. Yea, Father, for so it seemed good in thy sight. And turning to the disciples he said,
ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸು, ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಆನಂದಗೊಂಡು, “ತಂದೆಯೇ, ಪರಲೋಕ, ಭೂಲೋಕಗಳ ಒಡೆಯರೇ, ನೀವು ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರಿಂದಲೂ ಮರೆಮಾಡಿ, ಶಿಶುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕಟ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಹೌದು ತಂದೆಯೇ, ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಾಗಿ ತೋಚಿತು.
22 All things were delivered to me by my Father; and no one knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom it is the will of the Son to reveal him.
“ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನನಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಂದೆಯ ಹೊರತು ಯಾರೂ ಪುತ್ರನನ್ನು ಅರಿಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಪುತ್ರನು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಪಡಿಸಲು ಇಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರೇ ಹೊರತು ಯಾರೂ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿಯರು,” ಎಂದರು.
23 And turning to the disciples, he said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye are seeing.
ಯೇಸು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಷ್ಯರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು, “ನೀವು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಣುವ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಭಾಗ್ಯವುಳ್ಳವು.
24 For I tell you that many prophets and kings desired to see the things which ye are seeing, and saw them not; and to hear the things which ye are hearing, and heard them not.
ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅರಸರು ನೀವು ಕಾಣುವಂಥವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರೂ ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ಕೇಳುವಂಥವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರೂ ಅವರು ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
25 And lo! a certain lawyer stood up to try him, saying, Teacher, what shall I do to inherit everlasting life? (aiōnios g166)
ಒಂದು ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ನಿಯಮ ಬೋಧಕನು ಎದ್ದು ನಿಂತು ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ, “ಬೋಧಕರೇ, ನಾನು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತಿಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಏನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. (aiōnios g166)
26 And he said to him, What is written in the Law? How readest thou?
ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಮೋಶೆಯ ನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಏನು ಬರೆದಿದೆ? ನೀನು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಓದುತ್ತೀ?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
27 And he answering said “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.”
ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು ಉತ್ತರವಾಗಿ, “‘ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಕರ್ತದೇವರನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಹೃದಯದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಾಣದಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಬೇಕು,’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನೀನೇ ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಬೇಕು,’” ಎಂದನು.
28 And he said to him, Thou hast answered rightly; do this, and thou shalt live.
ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ನೀನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟೆ, ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಮಾಡು, ಆಗ ನೀನು ಬದುಕುವೆ,” ಎಂದರು.
29 But he, wishing to justify himself, said to Jesus, And who is my neighbor?
ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ತಾನೇ ನೀತಿವಂತನೆಂದು ತೋರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ, ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ, “ನನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನು ಯಾರು?” ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.
30 Jesus answering said, A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers; who after stripping him of his raiment, and wounding him, departed, leaving him half dead.
ಆಗ ಯೇಸು: “ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಿಂದ ಯೆರಿಕೋವಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ, ಕಳ್ಳರ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದನು. ಅವರು ಅವನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು, ಅವನನ್ನು ಗಾಯಮಾಡಿ, ಅರೆಜೀವ ಮಾಡಿಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದರು.
31 And by chance a certain priest was going down on that road; and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
ಆಗ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯಾಜಕನು ಅದೇ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು, ದಾರಿಯ ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆಹೋದನು.
32 And in like manner also a Levite, having arrived at the place, came and saw, and passed by on the other side.
ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಒಬ್ಬ ಲೇವಿಯೂ ಆ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು, ದಾರಿಯ ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆಹೋದನು.
33 But a certain Samaritan, as he was journeying, came where he was, and when he saw him, had compassion,
ಆದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸಮಾರ್ಯದವನು, ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಅವನಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು, ಕನಿಕರಪಟ್ಟು,
34 and went to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine, and setting him on his own beast, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
ಅವನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನೂ ಹೊಯ್ದು, ಅವನ ಗಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ವಾಹಕಪಶುವಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳ್ಳಿರಿಸಿ, ವಸತಿಗೃಹಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಆರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದನು.
35 And the next day, he took out two denaries and gave them to the host, and said, Take care of him; and whatever thou spendest more, I, when I come back, will repay thee.
ಮರುದಿವಸ ಅವನು ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಎರಡು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ನಾಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಛತ್ರದ ಯಜಮಾನನಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅವನಿಗೆ, ‘ಇವನನ್ನು ಆರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡು, ನೀನು ಏನಾದರೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವೆಚ್ಚಮಾಡಿದರೆ, ನಾನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಬರುವಾಗ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ತೀರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ,’ ಎಂದನು.
36 Which of these three, dost thou think, was neighbor to him that fell among the robbers?
“ಈಗ ಆ ಕಳ್ಳರ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದವನಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೂವರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ನೆರೆಯವನೆಂದು ನಿನಗೆ ತೋರುತ್ತದೆ?” ಎಂದು ಯೇಸು ಕೇಳಿದರು.
37 And he said, He that took pity on him. Then said Jesus to him, Go, and do thou likewise.
ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಯಮ ಪಂಡಿತನು, “ಯಾವನು ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕನಿಕರ ತೋರಿಸಿದನೋ ಅವನೇ ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನು,” ಎಂದನು. ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, “ಹೋಗು, ನೀನೂ ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಮಾಡು,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
38 And it came to pass, as they journeyed, that he entered into a certain village; and a certain woman, named Martha, received him into her house.
ಯೇಸು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಸಂಚಾರಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ಒಂದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದರು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಥಳೆಂಬ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯು ಅವರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಳು.
39 And she had a sister called Mary, who sat down at the feet of the Lord, and listened to his word.
ಆಕೆಗೆ ಮರಿಯಳೆಂಬ ಒಬ್ಬ ಸಹೋದರಿ ಇದ್ದಳು, ಆಕೆಯು ಕರ್ತದೇವರ ಪಾದಗಳ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತು ಅವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಳು.
40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving; and she came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? Tell her therefore to help me.
ಆದರೆ ಮಾರ್ಥಳು ಬಹಳ ಕೆಲಸದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಬೇಸರಗೊಂಡು ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, “ಕರ್ತದೇವರೇ, ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನ ಸಹೋದರಿಯು ನನ್ನೊಬ್ಬಳನ್ನೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿರುವುದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಚಿಂತೆಯಿಲ್ಲವೋ? ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿರಿ!” ಎಂದಳು.
41 But the Lord answering said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art anxious and troubled about many things.
ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ತದೇವರು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ, “ಮಾರ್ಥಳೇ, ಮಾರ್ಥಳೇ, ನೀನು ಅನೇಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಚಿಂತಿಸಿ ತೊಂದರೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದೀ,
42 But one thing is needful. For Mary hath chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
ಆದರೆ ಬೇಕಾದದ್ದು ಕೆಲವೇ, ಅವಶ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವುದು. ಮರಿಯಳು ಆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಭಾಗವನ್ನೇ ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಅದು ಆಕೆಯಿಂದ ಯಾರೂ ತೆಗೆಯಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
