Jude 1
1 Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to the called, loved in God the Father and kept by Jesus Christ:
Юда, раб Ісуса Христа, а брат Якова, — покликаним, улю́бленим у Бозі Отці та збереженим Ісусом Христом:
2 Mercy and peace and love be multiplied to you.
милість вам, і мир, і любов хай примно́житься!
3 Beloved, while giving all diligence to write to you, I found it necessary to write to you concerning the common salvation, exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once delivered to the saints.
Улюблені, всяке дбання́ чинивши писати до вас про наше спільне спасі́ння, я признав за потрібне писати до вас, благаючи боротись за віру, раз дану святим.
4 For there have stealthily crept in certain men who were of old appointed beforehand for this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into wantonness, and denying the only Sovereign, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Бо крадькома́ повхо́дили деякі люди, на цей о́суд віддавна призначені, безбожні, що благода́ть нашого Бога оберта́ють у розпусту, і відкидаються єдиного Владики і Господа нашого — Ісуса Христа.
5 But I wish to remind you as once knowing it all, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who believed not;
А я хо́чу нагадати вам, що раз усе знаєте, що Госпо́дь ви́зволив людей від землі єгипетської, а згодом вигубив тих, хто не вірував.
6 and the angels which kept not their principality, but left their own dwelling-place, he hath kept in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day; (aïdios g126)
І анголі́в, що не зберегли початкового стану свого, але кинули жи́тло своє, Він зберіг у вічних кайда́нах під те́мрявою на суд великого дня. (aïdios g126)
7 even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, in like manner with them giving themselves over to fornication, and going away after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of everlasting fire. (aiōnios g166)
Як Содо́м і Гомо́рра та міста́ коло них, що таким самим способом чинили пере́люб та ходили за іншим тілом, поне́сли кару вічного огню, і поставлені в при́клад, — (aiōnios g166)
8 Yet in like manner these dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and rail at dignities.
так само буде й цим снови́дам, що опоганюють тіло, пого́рджують вла́дами, зневажають слави.
9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the Devil he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a railing accusation, but said: The Lord rebuke thee.
І сам арха́нгол Михаїл, коли сперечався з дияволом і говорив про Мойсеєве тіло, не нава́жився винести суду зневажливого, а сказав: „Хай Господь доко́рить тобі!“
10 But these rail at the things which they know not; but what things they understand naturally, as brute beasts, in these they corrupt themselves.
А ці зневажають, чого не знають; а що знають із природи, як німа звірина́, то й у тому псуються.
11 Woe to them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and rushed on in the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Korah.
Горе їм, бо пішли вони дорогою Каїновою, і попали в обману Валаа́мової заплати, і загинули в бунті Коре́я!
12 These are the rocks in your feasts of love, feasting together without fear, feeding only themselves; clouds without water, carried away by winds; trees in late autumn, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;
Вони скелі підводні на ваших вече́рях любови, бо з вами без стра́ху їдять та себе попаса́ють; хмари безводні, що носяться вітром; осінні дере́ва безплідні, двічі померлі, ви́корінені;
13 raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever. (aiōn g165)
люті хвилі мо́рські, що з піною викидають власний сором; зорі блудні́, що для них морок те́мряви береже́ться повік. (aiōn g165)
14 Yea, and against these Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord cometh in the midst of his holy myriads,
Про них же звіщав був Ено́х, сьомий від Ада́ма, і казав: „Ось іде Госпо́дь зо Своїми десятками тисяч святих,
15 to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly among them of all the deeds of their ungodliness which they committed; and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners spoke against him.”
щоб суд учинити над усіма́, і винуватити всіх безбожних за всі вчинки безбожности їхньої, що безбожно нако́їли, та за всі жорстокі слова, що їх говорили на Нього безбожні грішники“.
16 These are murmurers, complaining of their lot, walking according to their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words; admiring men's persons, for the sake of profit.
Це ре́мствувачі, незадоволені з долі своєї, що ходять у своїх пожадливостях, а уста їхні говорять чванли́ве; вони вихваляють особи для зи́ску!
17 But do ye, beloved, remember the words which were before spoken by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
А ви, улюблені, згадуйте слова́, що їх давніше казали апо́столи Господа нашого Ісуса Христа,
18 that they told you that at the last time there would be scoffers, walking according to their own ungodly lusts.
які вам говорили: „За останнього ча́су будуть глузії́, що ходитимуть за своїми пожадливостями та безбожністю“.
19 These are they that separate themselves, sensual, not having the Spirit.
Це ті, хто відлу́чується від єдности, тілесні, що духа не мають.
20 But do ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,
А ви, улюблені, будуйте себе найсвятішою вашою вірою, моліться у Дусі Святім,
21 keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
бережіть себе сами́х у Божій любові, і чекайте милости Господа на́шого Ісуса Христа для вічного життя. (aiōnios g166)
22 And some rebuke when they contend; and others save, snatching them out of the fire; and on others have compassion
І до одних, хто вагається, будьте милости́ві,
23 with fear, hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
спасайте і виривайте з огню, а до інших будьте милосердні зо стра́хом, і нена́видьте навіть одежу, опоганену від тіла!
24 But to him that is able to keep them from falling, and to present them faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
А Тому́, Хто може вас зберегти від упадку, і поставити перед Своєю славою непорочними в радості,
25 to the only God our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, is glory, majesty, dominion and power, before all time, and now, and for ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
Єдиному премудрому Богові, Спасителеві нашому через Ісуса Христа, Господа нашого, слава, могутність, сила та вла́да перше всього віку, і тепер, і на всі віки! Амі́нь. (aiōn g165)
