John 4
1 When therefore Jesus knew that the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John,
১যীশুঃ স্ৱযং নামজ্জযৎ কেৱলং তস্য শিষ্যা অমজ্জযৎ কিন্তু যোহনোঽধিকশিষ্যান্ স করোতি মজ্জযতি চ,
2 (though Jesus himself did not baptize, but his disciples, )
২ফিরূশিন ইমাং ৱার্ত্তামশৃণ্ৱন্ ইতি প্রভুরৱগত্য
3 he left Judaea, and went again to Galilee.
৩যিহূদীযদেশং ৱিহায পুন র্গালীলম্ আগৎ|
4 And he must necessarily pass through Samaria.
৪ততঃ শোমিরোণপ্রদেশস্য মদ্যেন তেন গন্তৱ্যে সতি
5 He cometh therefore to a city of Samaria, called Sychar, near the piece of land which Jacob gave to his son Joseph.
৫যাকূব্ নিজপুত্রায যূষফে যাং ভূমিম্ অদদাৎ তৎসমীপস্থাযি শোমিরোণপ্রদেশস্য সুখার্ নাম্না ৱিখ্যাতস্য নগরস্য সন্নিধাৱুপাস্থাৎ|
6 And Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with the journey, was sitting thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.
৬তত্র যাকূবঃ প্রহিরাসীৎ; তদা দ্ৱিতীযযামৱেলাযাং জাতাযাং স মার্গে শ্রমাপন্নস্তস্য প্রহেঃ পার্শ্ৱে উপাৱিশৎ|
7 There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water. Jesus saith to her, Give me to drink.
৭এতর্হি কাচিৎ শোমিরোণীযা যোষিৎ তোযোত্তোলনার্থম্ তত্রাগমৎ
8 For his disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.
৮তদা শিষ্যাঃ খাদ্যদ্রৱ্যাণি ক্রেতুং নগরম্ অগচ্ছন্|
9 The Samaritan woman saith to him, How is it that thou, who art a Jew, askest drink of me, who am a Samaritan woman? For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.
৯যীশুঃ শোমিরোণীযাং তাং যোষিতম্ ৱ্যাহার্ষীৎ মহ্যং কিঞ্চিৎ পানীযং পাতুং দেহি| কিন্তু শোমিরোণীযৈঃ সাকং যিহূদীযলোকা ন ৱ্যৱাহরন্ তস্মাদ্ধেতোঃ সাকথযৎ শোমিরোণীযা যোষিতদহং ৎৱং যিহূদীযোসি কথং মত্তঃ পানীযং পাতুম্ ইচ্ছসি?
10 Jesus answered and said to her, If thou hadst known the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink, thou wouldst have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
১০ততো যীশুরৱদদ্ ঈশ্ৱরস্য যদ্দানং তৎকীদৃক্ পানীযং পাতুং মহ্যং দেহি য ইত্থং ৎৱাং যাচতে স ৱা ক ইতি চেদজ্ঞাস্যথাস্তর্হি তমযাচিষ্যথাঃ স চ তুভ্যমমৃতং তোযমদাস্যৎ|
11 The woman saith to him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep. Whence hast thou the living water?
১১তদা সা সীমন্তিনী ভাষিতৱতি, হে মহেচ্ছ প্রহির্গম্ভীরো ভৱতো নীরোত্তোলনপাত্রং নাস্তী চ তস্মাৎ তদমৃতং কীলালং কুতঃ প্রাপ্স্যসি?
12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his sons, and his cattle?
১২যোস্মভ্যম্ ইমমন্ধূং দদৌ, যস্য চ পরিজনা গোমেষাদযশ্চ সর্ৱ্ৱেঽস্য প্রহেঃ পানীযং পপুরেতাদৃশো যোস্মাকং পূর্ৱ্ৱপুরুষো যাকূব্ তস্মাদপি ভৱান্ মহান্ কিং?
13 Jesus answered and said to her, Every one that drinketh of this water, will thirst again;
১৩ততো যীশুরকথযদ্ ইদং পানীযং সঃ পিৱতি স পুনস্তৃষার্ত্তো ভৱিষ্যতি,
15 The woman saith to him, Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come hither to draw.
১৫তদা সা ৱনিতাকথযৎ হে মহেচ্ছ তর্হি মম পুনঃ পীপাসা যথা ন জাযতে তোযোত্তোলনায যথাত্রাগমনং ন ভৱতি চ তদর্থং মহ্যং তত্তোযং দেহী|
16 He saith to her, Go, call thy husband, and come hither.
১৬ততো যীশূরৱদদ্যাহি তৱ পতিমাহূয স্থানেঽত্রাগচ্ছ|
17 The woman answered, I have no husband. Jesus saith to her, Thou saidst well, that thou hast no husband.
১৭সা ৱামাৱদৎ মম পতির্নাস্তি| যীশুরৱদৎ মম পতির্নাস্তীতি ৱাক্যং ভদ্রমৱোচঃ|
18 For thou hast had five husbands; and he whom thou now hast is not thy husband; in this thou hast spoken truly.
১৮যতস্তৱ পঞ্চ পতযোভৱন্ অধুনা তু ৎৱযা সার্দ্ধং যস্তিষ্ঠতি স তৱ ভর্ত্তা ন ৱাক্যমিদং সত্যমৱাদিঃ|
19 The woman saith to him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet.
১৯তদা সা মহিলা গদিতৱতি হে মহেচ্ছ ভৱান্ একো ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাদীতি বুদ্ধং মযা|
20 Our fathers worshipped on this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship.
২০অস্মাকং পিতৃলোকা এতস্মিন্ শিলোচ্চযেঽভজন্ত, কিন্তু ভৱদ্ভিরুচ্যতে যিরূশালম্ নগরে ভজনযোগ্যং স্থানমাস্তে|
21 Jesus saith to her, Believe me, woman, the hour is coming, when ye shall neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father.
২১যীশুরৱোচৎ হে যোষিৎ মম ৱাক্যে ৱিশ্ৱসিহি যদা যূযং কেৱলশৈলেঽস্মিন্ ৱা যিরূশালম্ নগরে পিতুর্ভজনং ন করিষ্যধ্ৱে কাল এতাদৃশ আযাতি|
22 Ye worship that which ye know not; we worship that which we know; for salvation is from the Jews.
২২যূযং যং ভজধ্ৱে তং ন জানীথ, কিন্তু ৱযং যং ভজামহে তং জানীমহে, যতো যিহূদীযলোকানাং মধ্যাৎ পরিত্রাণং জাযতে|
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for such worshippers the Father seeketh.
২৩কিন্তু যদা সত্যভক্তা আত্মনা সত্যরূপেণ চ পিতুর্ভজনং করিষ্যন্তে সময এতাদৃশ আযাতি, ৱরম্ ইদানীমপি ৱিদ্যতে; যত এতাদৃশো ভৎকান্ পিতা চেষ্টতে|
24 God is a spirit; and they who worship must worship in spirit and in truth.
২৪ঈশ্ৱর আত্মা; ততস্তস্য যে ভক্তাস্তৈঃ স আত্মনা সত্যরূপেণ চ ভজনীযঃ|
25 The woman saith to him, I know that Messiah cometh (who is called Christ); when he hath come, he will tell us all things.
২৫তদা সা মহিলাৱাদীৎ খ্রীষ্টনাম্না ৱিখ্যাতোঽভিষিক্তঃ পুরুষ আগমিষ্যতীতি জানামি স চ সর্ৱ্ৱাঃ কথা অস্মান্ জ্ঞাপযিষ্যতি|
26 Jesus saith to her, I who speak to thee am he.
২৬ততো যীশুরৱদৎ ৎৱযা সার্দ্ধং কথনং করোমি যোঽহম্ অহমেৱ স পুরুষঃ|
27 And upon this his disciples came, and marveled that he was talking with a woman. Yet no one said, What dost thou seek? or, Why dost thou talk with her?
২৭এতস্মিন্ সমযে শিষ্যা আগত্য তথা স্ত্রিযা সার্দ্ধং তস্য কথোপকথনে মহাশ্চর্য্যম্ অমন্যন্ত তথাপি ভৱান্ কিমিচ্ছতি? যদ্ৱা কিমর্থম্ এতযা সার্দ্ধং কথাং কথযতি? ইতি কোপি নাপৃচ্ছৎ|
28 The woman then left her water-pot, and went away into the city, and saith to the men,
২৮ততঃ পরং সা নারী কলশং স্থাপযিৎৱা নগরমধ্যং গৎৱা লোকেভ্যোকথাযদ্
29 Come, see a man who told me all things which I have done. Is this the Christ?
২৯অহং যদ্যৎ কর্ম্মাকরৱং তৎসর্ৱ্ৱং মহ্যমকথযদ্ এতাদৃশং মানৱমেকম্ আগত্য পশ্যত রু কিম্ অভিষিক্তো ন ভৱতি?
30 They went out of the city, and came to him.
৩০ততস্তে নগরাদ্ বহিরাগত্য তাতস্য সমীপম্ আযন্|
31 In the mean while the disciples asked him, saying, Rabbi, eat.
৩১এতর্হি শিষ্যাঃ সাধযিৎৱা তং ৱ্যাহার্ষুঃ হে গুরো ভৱান্ কিঞ্চিদ্ ভূক্তাং|
32 But he said to them, I have food to eat that ye know not of.
৩২ততঃ সোৱদদ্ যুষ্মাভির্যন্ন জ্ঞাযতে তাদৃশং ভক্ষ্যং মমাস্তে|
33 The disciples therefore said to one another, Hath any one brought him anything to eat?
৩৩তদা শিষ্যাঃ পরস্পরং প্রষ্টুম্ আরম্ভন্ত, কিমস্মৈ কোপি কিমপি ভক্ষ্যমানীয দত্তৱান্?
34 Jesus saith to them, My food is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
৩৪যীশুরৱোচৎ মৎপ্রেরকস্যাভিমতানুরূপকরণং তস্যৈৱ কর্ম্মসিদ্ধিকারণঞ্চ মম ভক্ষ্যং|
35 Do ye not say, There are yet four months, and the harvest cometh? Lo! I say to you, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest.
৩৫মাসচতুষ্টযে জাতে শস্যকর্ত্তনসমযো ভৱিষ্যতীতি ৱাক্যং যুষ্মাভিঃ কিং নোদ্যতে? কিন্ত্ৱহং ৱদামি, শির উত্তোল্য ক্ষেত্রাণি প্রতি নিরীক্ষ্য পশ্যত, ইদানীং কর্ত্তনযোগ্যানি শুক্লৱর্ণান্যভৱন্|
36 Already is the reaper receiving wages, and gathering fruit unto everlasting life; that both the sower and the reaper may rejoice together. (aiōnios g166)
৩৬যশ্ছিনত্তি স ৱেতনং লভতে অনন্তাযুঃস্ৱরূপং শস্যং স গৃহ্লাতি চ, তেনৈৱ ৱপ্তা ছেত্তা চ যুগপদ্ আনন্দতঃ| (aiōnios g166)
37 And herein is fulfilled the true saying, One soweth, and another reapeth.
৩৭ইত্থং সতি ৱপত্যেকশ্ছিনত্যন্য ইতি ৱচনং সিদ্ধ্যতি|
38 I have sent you to reap that whereon ye have not labored. Others have labored, and ye have entered into their labor.
৩৮যত্র যূযং ন পর্য্যশ্রাম্যত তাদৃশং শস্যং ছেত্তুং যুষ্মান্ প্রৈরযম্ অন্যে জনাঃপর্য্যশ্রাম্যন্ যূযং তেষাং শ্রগস্য ফলম্ অলভধ্ৱম্|
39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed in him because of the words of the woman, who testified, He told me all things which I have done.
৩৯যস্মিন্ কালে যদ্যৎ কর্ম্মাকার্ষং তৎসর্ৱ্ৱং স মহ্যম্ অকথযৎ তস্যা ৱনিতাযা ইদং সাক্ষ্যৱাক্যং শ্রুৎৱা তন্নগরনিৱাসিনো বহৱঃ শোমিরোণীযলোকা ৱ্যশ্ৱসন্|
40 When therefore the Samaritans came to him, they besought him to remain with them; and he remained there two days.
৪০তথা চ তস্যান্তিকে সমুপস্থায স্ৱেষাং সন্নিধৌ কতিচিদ্ দিনানি স্থাতুং তস্মিন্ ৱিনযম্ অকুর্ৱ্ৱান তস্মাৎ স দিনদ্ৱযং তৎস্থানে ন্যৱষ্টৎ
41 And many more believed on account of his word;
৪১ততস্তস্যোপদেশেন বহৱোঽপরে ৱিশ্ৱস্য
42 and said to the woman, No longer do we believe on account of what thou hast told us; for we have ourselves heard him, and know that this is in truth the Saviour of the world.
৪২তাং যোষামৱদন্ কেৱলং তৱ ৱাক্যেন প্রতীম ইতি ন, কিন্তু স জগতোঽভিষিক্তস্ত্রাতেতি তস্য কথাং শ্রুৎৱা ৱযং স্ৱযমেৱাজ্ঞাসমহি|
43 And after the two days he went from that place into Galilee.
৪৩স্ৱদেশে ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱক্তুঃ সৎকারো নাস্তীতি যদ্যপি যীশুঃ প্রমাণং দৎৱাকথযৎ
44 For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honor in his own country.
৪৪তথাপি দিৱসদ্ৱযাৎ পরং স তস্মাৎ স্থানাদ্ গালীলং গতৱান্|
45 When therefore he came into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all that he did in Jerusalem at the feast; for they also went to the feast.
৪৫অনন্তরং যে গালীলী লিযলোকা উৎসৱে গতা উৎসৱসমযে যিরূশলম্ নগরে তস্য সর্ৱ্ৱাঃ ক্রিযা অপশ্যন্ তে গালীলম্ আগতং তম্ আগৃহ্লন্|
46 So he came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick, at Capernaum.
৪৬ততঃ পরম্ যীশু র্যস্মিন্ কান্নানগরে জলং দ্রাক্ষারসম্ আকরোৎ তৎ স্থানং পুনরগাৎ| তস্মিন্নেৱ সমযে কস্যচিদ্ রাজসভাস্তারস্য পুত্রঃ কফর্নাহূমপুরী রোগগ্রস্ত আসীৎ|
47 He, having heard that Jesus had come out of Judaea into Galilee, went to him, and asked him to go down and heal his son; for he was at the point of death.
৪৭স যেহূদীযদেশাদ্ যীশো র্গালীলাগমনৱার্ত্তাং নিশম্য তস্য সমীপং গৎৱা প্রার্থ্য ৱ্যাহৃতৱান্ মম পুত্রস্য প্রাযেণ কাল আসন্নঃ ভৱান্ আগত্য তং স্ৱস্থং করোতু|
48 Then Jesus said to him, Unless ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.
৪৮তদা যীশুরকথযদ্ আশ্চর্য্যং কর্ম্ম চিত্রং চিহ্নং চ ন দৃষ্টা যূযং ন প্রত্যেষ্যথ|
49 The nobleman saith to him, Sir, come down before my child die.
৪৯ততঃ স সভাসদৱদৎ হে মহেচ্ছ মম পুত্রে ন মৃতে ভৱানাগচ্ছতু|
50 Jesus saith to him, Go; thy son liveth. The man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him, and went away.
৫০যীশুস্তমৱদদ্ গচ্ছ তৱ পুত্রোঽজীৱীৎ তদা যীশুনোক্তৱাক্যে স ৱিশ্ৱস্য গতৱান্|
51 And as he was now going down, the servants met him, and brought word that his child was living.
৫১গমনকালে মার্গমধ্যে দাসাস্তং সাক্ষাৎপ্রাপ্যাৱদন্ ভৱতঃ পুত্রোঽজীৱীৎ|
52 Then he inquired of them the hour when he began to mend. And they said to him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.
৫২ততঃ কং কালমারভ্য রোগপ্রতীকারারম্ভো জাতা ইতি পৃষ্টে তৈরুক্তং হ্যঃ সার্দ্ধদণ্ডদ্ৱযাধিকদ্ৱিতীযযামে তস্য জ্ৱরত্যাগোঽভৱৎ|
53 So the father knew that it was in the same hour in which Jesus said to him, Thy son is living. And he himself believed, and his whole house.
৫৩তদা যীশুস্তস্মিন্ ক্ষণে প্রোক্তৱান্ তৱ পুত্রোঽজীৱীৎ পিতা তদ্বুদ্ধ্ৱা সপরিৱারো ৱ্যশ্ৱসীৎ|
54 This again, a second sign, Jesus wrought, when he had come out of Judaea into Galilee.
৫৪যিহূদীযদেশাদ্ আগত্য গালীলি যীশুরেতদ্ দ্ৱিতীযম্ আশ্চর্য্যকর্ম্মাকরোৎ|
