John 14
1 Let not your heart be troubled. Have faith in God, and have faith in me.
ମନୋଦୁଃଖିନୋ ମା ଭୂତ; ଈଶ୍ୱରେ ୱିଶ୍ୱସିତ ମଯି ଚ ୱିଶ୍ୱସିତ|
2 In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. For I go away to prepare a place for you;
ମମ ପିତୁ ଗୃହେ ବହୂନି ୱାସସ୍ଥାନି ସନ୍ତି ନୋ ଚେତ୍ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ଅଜ୍ଞାପଯିଷ୍ୟଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମଦର୍ଥଂ ସ୍ଥାନଂ ସଜ୍ଜଯିତୁଂ ଗଚ୍ଛାମି|
3 and when I have gone away and prepared a place for you, I will come again, and will take you to myself; that where I am, ye also may be.
ଯଦି ଗତ୍ୱାହଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମନ୍ନିମିତ୍ତଂ ସ୍ଥାନଂ ସଜ୍ଜଯାମି ତର୍ହି ପନରାଗତ୍ୟ ଯୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ସ୍ୱସମୀପଂ ନେଷ୍ୟାମି, ତତୋ ଯତ୍ରାହଂ ତିଷ୍ଠାମି ତତ୍ର ଯୂଯମପି ସ୍ଥାସ୍ୟଥ|
4 And ye know the way whither I go.
ଅହଂ ଯତ୍ସ୍ଥାନଂ ବ୍ରଜାମି ତତ୍ସ୍ଥାନଂ ଯୂଯଂ ଜାନୀଥ ତସ୍ୟ ପନ୍ଥାନମପି ଜାନୀଥ|
5 Thomas saith to him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; how then do we know the way?
ତଦା ଥୋମା ଅୱଦତ୍, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ ଭୱାନ୍ କୁତ୍ର ଯାତି ତଦ୍ୱଯଂ ନ ଜାନୀମଃ, ତର୍ହି କଥଂ ପନ୍ଥାନଂ ଜ୍ଞାତୁଂ ଶକ୍ନୁମଃ?
6 Jesus saith to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one cometh to the Father but through me.
ଯୀଶୁରକଥଯଦ୍ ଅହମେୱ ସତ୍ୟଜୀୱନରୂପପଥୋ ମଯା ନ ଗନ୍ତା କୋପି ପିତୁଃ ସମୀପଂ ଗନ୍ତୁଂ ନ ଶକ୍ନୋତି|
7 If ye knew me, ye would know my Father also; and from this time ye know him, and have seen him.
ଯଦି ମାମ୍ ଅଜ୍ଞାସ୍ୟତ ତର୍ହି ମମ ପିତରମପ୍ୟଜ୍ଞାସ୍ୟତ କିନ୍ତ୍ୱଧୁନାତସ୍ତଂ ଜାନୀଥ ପଶ୍ୟଥ ଚ|
8 Philip saith to him, Lord, show us the Father, and we shall be satisfied.
ତଦା ଫିଲିପଃ କଥିତୱାନ୍, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ ପିତରଂ ଦର୍ଶଯ ତସ୍ମାଦସ୍ମାକଂ ଯଥେଷ୍ଟଂ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟତି|
9 Jesus saith to him, Have I been so long time with you, and dost thou not know me, Philip? He that hath seen me hath seen the Father; how is it that thou sayest, Show us the Father?
ତତୋ ଯୀଶୁଃ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାୱାଦୀତ୍, ହେ ଫିଲିପ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭିଃ ସାର୍ଦ୍ଧମ୍ ଏତାୱଦ୍ଦିନାନି ସ୍ଥିତମପି ମାଂ କିଂ ନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟଭିଜାନାସି? ଯୋ ଜନୋ ମାମ୍ ଅପଶ୍ୟତ୍ ସ ପିତରମପ୍ୟପଶ୍ୟତ୍ ତର୍ହି ପିତରମ୍ ଅସ୍ମାନ୍ ଦର୍ଶଯେତି କଥାଂ କଥଂ କଥଯସି?
10 Dost thou not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak to you, I speak not from myself; but the Father, who dwelleth in me, doeth his works.
ଅହଂ ପିତରି ତିଷ୍ଠାମି ପିତା ମଯି ତିଷ୍ଠତୀତି କିଂ ତ୍ୱଂ ନ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟଷି? ଅହଂ ଯଦ୍ୱାକ୍ୟଂ ୱଦାମି ତତ୍ ସ୍ୱତୋ ନ ୱଦାମି କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଃ ପିତା ମଯି ୱିରାଜତେ ସ ଏୱ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱକର୍ମ୍ମାଣି କରାତି|
11 Believe me, that I am in the Father, and the Father in me; but if not, believe for the very works' sake.
ଅତଏୱ ପିତର୍ୟ୍ୟହଂ ତିଷ୍ଠାମି ପିତା ଚ ମଯି ତିଷ୍ଠତି ମମାସ୍ୟାଂ କଥାଯାଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟଯଂ କୁରୁତ, ନୋ ଚେତ୍ କର୍ମ୍ମହେତୋଃ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟଯଂ କୁରୁତ|
12 Truly, truly do I say to you, He that believeth in me, the works that I do shall he do also, and greater than these shall he do; because I am going to the Father,
ଅହଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାନତିଯଥାର୍ଥଂ ୱଦାମି, ଯୋ ଜନୋ ମଯି ୱିଶ୍ୱସିତି ସୋହମିୱ କର୍ମ୍ମାଣି କରିଷ୍ୟତି ୱରଂ ତତୋପି ମହାକର୍ମ୍ମାଣି କରିଷ୍ୟତି ଯତୋ ହେତୋରହଂ ପିତୁଃ ସମୀପଂ ଗଚ୍ଛାମି|
13 and whatever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do; that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
ଯଥା ପୁତ୍ରେଣ ପିତୁ ର୍ମହିମା ପ୍ରକାଶତେ ତଦର୍ଥଂ ମମ ନାମ ପ୍ରୋଚ୍ୟ ଯତ୍ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥଯିଷ୍ୟଧ୍ୱେ ତତ୍ ସଫଲଂ କରିଷ୍ୟାମି|
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
ଯଦି ମମ ନାମ୍ନା ଯତ୍ କିଞ୍ଚିଦ୍ ଯାଚଧ୍ୱେ ତର୍ହି ତଦହଂ ସାଧଯିଷ୍ୟାମି|
15 If ye love me, ye will keep my commandments;
ଯଦି ମଯି ପ୍ରୀଯଧ୍ୱେ ତର୍ହି ମମାଜ୍ଞାଃ ସମାଚରତ|
16 and I will pray the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, that he may be with you for ever; (aiōn g165)
ତତୋ ମଯା ପିତୁଃ ସମୀପେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥିତେ ପିତା ନିରନ୍ତରଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭିଃ ସାର୍ଦ୍ଧଂ ସ୍ଥାତୁମ୍ ଇତରମେକଂ ସହାଯମ୍ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ସତ୍ୟମଯମ୍ ଆତ୍ମାନଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ନିକଟଂ ପ୍ରେଷଯିଷ୍ୟତି| (aiōn g165)
17 the Spirit of truth, which the world cannot receive, because it doth not behold it, nor know it; ye know it, because it abideth with you, and will be in you.
ଏତଜ୍ଜଗତୋ ଲୋକାସ୍ତଂ ଗ୍ରହୀତୁଂ ନ ଶକ୍ନୁୱନ୍ତି ଯତସ୍ତେ ତଂ ନାପଶ୍ୟନ୍ ନାଜନଂଶ୍ଚ କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୂଯଂ ଜାନୀଥ ଯତୋ ହେତୋଃ ସ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକମନ୍ତ ର୍ନିୱସତି ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ମଧ୍ୟେ ସ୍ଥାସ୍ୟତି ଚ|
18 I will not leave you bereaved; I am coming to you.
ଅହଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ଅନାଥାନ୍ କୃତ୍ୱା ନ ଯାସ୍ୟାମି ପୁନରପି ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ସମୀପମ୍ ଆଗମିଷ୍ୟାମି|
19 Yet a little while, and the world beholdeth me no more; but ye will behold me, because I live, and ye will live.
କିଯତ୍କାଲରତ୍ ପରମ୍ ଅସ୍ୟ ଜଗତୋ ଲୋକା ମାଂ ପୁନ ର୍ନ ଦ୍ରକ୍ଷ୍ୟନ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୂଯଂ ଦ୍ରକ୍ଷ୍ୟଥ; ଅହଂ ଜୀୱିଷ୍ୟାମି ତସ୍ମାତ୍ କାରଣାଦ୍ ଯୂଯମପି ଜୀୱିଷ୍ୟଥ|
20 In that day ye will know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
ପିତର୍ୟ୍ୟହମସ୍ମି ମଯି ଚ ଯୂଯଂ ସ୍ଥ, ତଥାହଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାସ୍ୱସ୍ମି ତଦପି ତଦା ଜ୍ଞାସ୍ୟଥ|
21 He that hath my commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me; and he that loveth me will be loved by my Father; and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
ଯୋ ଜନୋ ମମାଜ୍ଞା ଗୃହୀତ୍ୱା ତା ଆଚରତି ସଏୱ ମଯି ପ୍ରୀଯତେ; ଯୋ ଜନଶ୍ଚ ମଯି ପ୍ରୀଯତେ ସଏୱ ମମ ପିତୁଃ ପ୍ରିଯପାତ୍ରଂ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟତି, ତଥାହମପି ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ପ୍ରୀତ୍ୱା ତସ୍ମୈ ସ୍ୱଂ ପ୍ରକାଶଯିଷ୍ୟାମି|
22 Judas, not Iscariot, saith to him, And how is it, Lord, that thou art going to manifest thyself to us, and not to the world?
ତଦା ଈଷ୍କରିଯୋତୀଯାଦ୍ ଅନ୍ୟୋ ଯିହୂଦାସ୍ତମୱଦତ୍, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ ଭୱାନ୍ ଜଗତୋ ଲୋକାନାଂ ସନ୍ନିଧୌ ପ୍ରକାଶିତୋ ନ ଭୂତ୍ୱାସ୍ମାକଂ ସନ୍ନିଧୌ କୁତଃ ପ୍ରକାଶିତୋ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟତି?
23 Jesus answered and said to him, If any one loveth me, he will keep my word; and my Father will love him, and we will come to him, and make our abode with him.
ତତୋ ଯୀଶୁଃ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୁଦିତୱାନ୍, ଯୋ ଜନୋ ମଯି ପ୍ରୀଯତେ ସ ମମାଜ୍ଞା ଅପି ଗୃହ୍ଲାତି, ତେନ ମମ ପିତାପି ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ପ୍ରେଷ୍ୟତେ, ଆୱାଞ୍ଚ ତନ୍ନିକଟମାଗତ୍ୟ ତେନ ସହ ନିୱତ୍ସ୍ୟାୱଃ|
24 He that loveth me not, keepeth not my words; and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's who sent me.
ଯୋ ଜନୋ ମଯି ନ ପ୍ରୀଯତେ ସ ମମ କଥା ଅପି ନ ଗୃହ୍ଲାତି ପୁନଶ୍ଚ ଯାମିମାଂ କଥାଂ ଯୂଯଂ ଶୃଣୁଥ ସା କଥା କେୱଲସ୍ୟ ମମ ନ କିନ୍ତୁ ମମ ପ୍ରେରକୋ ଯଃ ପିତା ତସ୍ୟାପି କଥା|
25 These things have I spoken to you, while abiding with you;
ଇଦାନୀଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ନିକଟେ ୱିଦ୍ୟମାନୋହମ୍ ଏତାଃ ସକଲାଃ କଥାଃ କଥଯାମି|
26 but the Comforter, the Holy Spirit which the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things which I have said to you.
କିନ୍ତ୍ୱିତଃ ପରଂ ପିତ୍ରା ଯଃ ସହାଯୋଽର୍ଥାତ୍ ପୱିତ୍ର ଆତ୍ମା ମମ ନାମ୍ନି ପ୍ରେରଯିଷ୍ୟତି ସ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱଂ ଶିକ୍ଷଯିତ୍ୱା ମଯୋକ୍ତାଃ ସମସ୍ତାଃ କଥା ଯୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ସ୍ମାରଯିଷ୍ୟତି|
27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world giveth, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.
ଅହଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ନିକଟେ ଶାନ୍ତିଂ ସ୍ଥାପଯିତ୍ୱା ଯାମି, ନିଜାଂ ଶାନ୍ତିଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମଭ୍ୟଂ ଦଦାମି, ଜଗତୋ ଲୋକା ଯଥା ଦଦାତି ତଥାହଂ ନ ଦଦାମି; ଯୁଷ୍ମାକମ୍ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣାନି ଦୁଃଖିତାନି ଭୀତାନି ଚ ନ ଭୱନ୍ତୁ|
28 Ye heard me say to you, I am going away, and am coming again to you. If ye loved me, ye would have rejoiced that I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I.
ଅହଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ପୁନରପି ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ସମୀପମ୍ ଆଗମିଷ୍ୟାମି ମଯୋକ୍ତଂ ୱାକ୍ୟମିଦଂ ଯୂଯମ୍ ଅଶ୍ରୌଷ୍ଟ; ଯଦି ମଯ୍ୟପ୍ରେଷ୍ୟଧ୍ୱଂ ତର୍ହ୍ୟହଂ ପିତୁଃ ସମୀପଂ ଗଚ୍ଛାମି ମମାସ୍ୟାଂ କଥାଯାଂ ଯୂଯମ୍ ଅହ୍ଲାଦିଷ୍ୟଧ୍ୱଂ ଯତୋ ମମ ପିତା ମତ୍ତୋପି ମହାନ୍|
29 And now I have told you before it hath come to pass, that when it hath come to pass ye may believe.
ତସ୍ୟା ଘଟନାଯାଃ ସମଯେ ଯଥା ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧା ଜାଯତେ ତଦର୍ଥମ୍ ଅହଂ ତସ୍ୟା ଘଟନାଯାଃ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱମ୍ ଇଦାନୀଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାନ୍ ଏତାଂ ୱାର୍ତ୍ତାଂ ୱଦାମି|
30 I shall not talk much more with you. For the prince of the world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
ଇତଃ ପରଂ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭିଃ ସହ ମମ ବହୱ ଆଲାପା ନ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟନ୍ତି ଯତଃ କାରଣାଦ୍ ଏତସ୍ୟ ଜଗତଃ ପତିରାଗଚ୍ଛତି କିନ୍ତୁ ମଯା ସହ ତସ୍ୟ କୋପି ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧୋ ନାସ୍ତି|
31 But [[this must be]] that the world may know that I love the Father, and that as the Father gave me commandment so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
ଅହଂ ପିତରି ପ୍ରେମ କରୋମି ତଥା ପିତୁ ର୍ୱିଧିୱତ୍ କର୍ମ୍ମାଣି କରୋମୀତି ଯେନ ଜଗତୋ ଲୋକା ଜାନନ୍ତି ତଦର୍ଥମ୍ ଉତ୍ତିଷ୍ଠତ ୱଯଂ ସ୍ଥାନାଦସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଗଚ୍ଛାମ|
