John 12
1 Jesus, therefore, six days before the passover, came to Bethany, where Lazarus was, whom Jesus raised from the dead.
| شەش ڕۆژ پێش جەژنی پەسخە عیسا هاتە بێت‌عەنیا کە لەعازری لێبوو، ئەوەی عیسا لەنێو مردووان هەڵیستاندەوە. |
2 They made therefore a supper for him there, and Martha served; but Lazarus was one of those who reclined at the table with him.
| لەوێ شێوێکیان بۆ ئامادە کرد، مەرسا خزمەتی دەکرد، لەعازریش یەکێک بوو لەوانەی لەگەڵی پاڵیدابووەوە. |
3 Then Mary, taking a pound of ointment of pure spikenard, very costly, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair; and the house was filled with the odor of the ointment.
| مریەمیش نیو لیتر بۆنی ناردینی بێگەردی گرانبەهای هێنا و پێیەکانی عیسای پێ چەورکرد، ئینجا بە قژی پێیەکانی عیسای سڕییەوە و ماڵەکەش پڕبوو لە بۆنی خۆش. |
4 But Judas Iscariot, one of his disciples, he who was about to betray him, saith,
| یەهوزای ئەسخەریوتی کە یەکێک بوو لە قوتابییەکانی و بەتەمابوو بە گرتنی بدات، گوتی: |
5 Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred denaries, and given to the poor?
| «بۆچی ئەم بۆنە بە سێ سەد دینار نەفرۆشرا و نەدرا بە هەژاران؟» |
6 And this he said, not because he cared for the poor, but because he was a thief, and kept the purse, and bore what was put therein.
| ئەمەی گوت نەک لەبەر ئەوەی خەمی هەژارانی دەخوارد، بەڵکو لەبەر ئەوەی دز بوو و سندوقی پارەشی لەلا بوو، لەو پارەیەی دەبرد کە تێیدا دادەنرا. |
7 Then said Jesus, Let her alone, that she may keep it until the day of my burial.
| عیساش فەرمووی: «وازی لێ بهێنن، بۆ ڕۆژی ناشتنم هەڵیگرتبوو، |
8 For the poor ye have always with you, but me ye have not always.
| چونکە هەژاران هەمیشە لەگەڵتانن، بەڵام من هەمیشە لەلاتان نیم.» |
9 The great multitude of the Jews therefore knew that he was there; and they came, not only on account of Jesus, but that they might see Lazarus also, whom he raised from the dead.
| کاتێک ژمارەیەکی زۆر لە جولەکەکان زانییان عیسا لەوێیە، هاتن، نەک تەنها لەبەر عیسا، بەڵکو بۆ بینینی لەعازریش کە لەنێو مردووان هەڵیستاندەوە. |
10 But the priests consulted together that they might put Lazarus also to death;
| ئەوسا کاهینانی باڵا تەگبیریان کرد لەعازریش بکوژن، |
11 because on his account many of the Jews were going away, and believing in Jesus.
| چونکە ژمارەیەکی زۆر لە جولەکەکان بەهۆی ئەوەوە دەڕۆیشتن و باوەڕیان بە عیسا دەهێنا. |
12 On the next day, a great multitude that had come to the feast, hearing that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,
| بۆ بەیانی ئەو ئاپۆرەیە لە خەڵک کە هاتبوون بۆ جەژن، بیستیان کە عیسا دێت بۆ ئۆرشەلیم. |
13 took branches of palm-trees, and went forth to meet him, crying aloud, Hosanna! blessed is he who cometh in the name of the Lord, even the king of Israel!
| لقە دار خورمایان برد و بەرەوپیری چوون، هاواریان دەکرد: «هۆسانا! ﴿پیرۆزە ئەوەی بە ناوی یەزدانەوە دێت!﴾» «پیرۆزە پاشای ئیسرائیل!» |
14 And Jesus, having found a young ass, sat thereon, as it is written,
| عیسا جاشکێکی بینی، سواری بوو، وەک نووسراوە: |
15 “Fear not, daughter of Zion! lo! thy king cometh, sitting on an ass's colt.”
| ﴿ئەی شاری سییۆن مەترسە، ئەوەتا پاشاکەت دێت بە سواری جاشی ماکەرێک.﴾ |
16 These things his disciples did not understand at the first; but when Jesus had been glorified, then they remembered that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things to him.
| سەرەتا قوتابییەکانی لەمانە تێنەگەیشتن. بەڵام پاش ئەوەی عیسا شکۆدار کرا، بیریان کەوتەوە کە ئەمانە دەربارەی ئەو نووسراون، ئەوانیش ئەمانەیان بۆ ئەو کردووە. |
17 The multitude therefore that was with him when he called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead bore witness.
| هەروەها ئەو خەڵکەش کە لەگەڵی بوون کاتێک لەعازری لەناو گۆڕەکەوە بانگکرد و لەنێو مردوواندا هەڵیستاندەوە، شایەتییان بۆی دەدا. |
18 For this cause also the multitude met him, because they had heard that he had wrought, this sign.
| لەبەر ئەوە بوو خەڵکەکە چوونە دەرەوە بۆ ئەوەی پێشوازیی لێ بکەن، چونکە بیستیان ئەو پەرجووەی کردووە. |
19 The Pharisees therefore said among themselves, Ye see that ye effect nothing; o! the world hath gone after him.
| فەریسییەکانیش بە یەکتریان گوت: «دەبینن هیچمان لە دەست نایەت! ئەوەتا هەموو جیهان دوای کەوتووە!» |
20 Now there were certain Greeks among those who came up to worship at the feast.
| هەندێک یۆنانی لەنێو ئەوانە بوون کە هاتبوون لە جەژندا خواپەرستی بکەن. |
21 These came therefore to Philip, who was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and asked him, saying, Sir, we wish to see Jesus.
| ئەوان هاتنە لای فیلیپۆسی خەڵکی بێت‌سەیدای جەلیل و پێیان گوت: «گەورەم، دەمانەوێت عیسا ببینین.» |
22 Philip goeth and telleth Andrew; Andrew and Philip go and tell Jesus.
| فیلیپۆسیش هات و بە ئەندراوسی گوت، ئینجا ئەندراوس و فیلیپۆس هاتن و بە عیسایان گوت. |
23 But Jesus answereth them, saying, The hour hath come that the Son of man should be glorified.
| عیساش وەڵامی دانەوە و فەرمووی: «کاتی شکۆدارکردنی کوڕی مرۆڤ هاتووە. |
24 Truly, truly do I say to you, Unless a grain of wheat fall into the ground and die, itself abideth alone; but if it die, it beareth much fruit.
| ڕاستی ڕاستیتان پێ دەڵێم، دەنکە گەنم ئەگەر نەکەوێتە ناو زەوی و نەمرێت، بە تەنها دەمێنێتەوە. بەڵام کە مرد، ئەوسا بەرهەمی زۆر دەدات. |
25 He that loveth his life loseth it; and he that hateth his life in this world will keep it unto everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
| ئەوەی ژیانی خۆی خۆشدەوێت دەیدۆڕێنێت، بەڵام ئەوەی لەم جیهانەدا ڕقی لە ژیانی خۆی دەبێتەوە، ئەوا بۆ هەتاهەتایە ژیانی دەپارێزێت. (aiōnios g166) |
26 If any one be a servant to me, let him follow me; and where I am, there also will my servant be; if any one serve me, the Father will honor him.
| ئەوەی خزمەتم دەکات با بەدوام بکەوێت. ئیتر من لە هەر شوێنێک بم، خزمەتکاریشم لەوێیە. ئەگەر یەکێک خزمەتم بکات باوکم ڕێزی لێ دەگرێت.» |
27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour! But for this cause I came to this hour.
| «ئێستا خەمبارم، چی بڵێم؟”باوکە لەم کاتە ڕزگارم بکە“؟ بەڵام نەخێر، من بۆ ئەم کاتە هاتووم. |
28 Father, glorify thy name! Then came there a voice from heaven: Yea, I have glorified it, and will glorify it again.
| ئەی باوک، ناوت شکۆدار بکە!» جا دەنگێک لە ئاسمانەوە هات: «شکۆدارم کردووە و شکۆداریشی دەکەمەوە.» |
29 The multitude therefore that stood by, hearing this, said that it thundered. Others said, An angel hath spoken to him.
| ئەو خەڵکەی لەوێ ئامادەبوون گوێیان لێبوو و گوتیان: «هەورەتریشقە بوو!» هەندێکی دیکەیان گوتیان: «فریشتەیەک بوو قسەی لەگەڵ کرد.» |
30 Jesus answered and said, This voice hath come not for my sake, but for yours.
| عیسا فەرمووی: «ئەو دەنگەی هات بۆ من نەبوو، بەڵکو بۆ ئێوە بوو. |
31 Now is the judgment of this world; now will the prince of this world be cast out;
| ئێستا کاتی حوکمدانی ئەم جیهانەیە. ئێستا سەرۆکی ئەم جیهانە دەردەکرێت. |
32 and I, if I be lifted up from the earth, shall draw all men to me.
| کاتێک منیش لە زەوییەوە بەرز دەکرێمەوە، ئەوا هەمووان بۆ لای خۆم ڕادەکێشم.» |
33 This he said, signifying what kind of death he was to die.
| ئەمەی گوت ئاماژەی کرد بەو شێوە مردنەی کە دەبێت بمرێت. |
34 The multitude therefore answered him, We have heard out of the Law that the Christ abideth for ever; how then dost thou say that the Son of man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of man? (aiōn g165)
| خەڵکەکە وەڵامیان دایەوە: «لە تەوراتدا بیستوومانە کە مەسیح هەتاهەتایە دەمێنێتەوە، ئیتر چۆن دەڵێی”کوڕی مرۆڤ دەبێت بەرز بکرێتەوە“؟ ئەم کوڕی مرۆڤە کێیە؟» (aiōn g165) |
35 Jesus therefore said to them, Yet a little while is the light among you. Walk while ye have the light, that darkness may not overtake you; and he that walketh in the darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.
| عیساش پێی فەرموون: «ڕووناکییەکەتان بۆ کاتێکی کورت لەسەر دەمێنێتەوە. بڕۆن هەتا ڕووناکیتان لەگەڵە، نەوەک تاریکیتان بەسەردا بێت، چونکە ئەوەی بە تاریکیدا دەڕوات نازانێ بۆ کوێ دەڕوات. |
36 While ye have the light, believe in the light, that ye may become sons of light. These things spoke Jesus, and went away, and hid himself from them.
| باوەڕ بە ڕووناکییەکە بهێنن هەتا ڕووناکییەکەتان لەگەڵدایە، تاکو ببنە ڕۆڵەی ڕووناکییەکە.» عیسا ئەمانەی فەرموو، ڕۆیشت و خۆی لێیان شاردەوە. |
37 But though he had wrought so many signs before them, they did not believe in him;
| هەرچەندە زۆر پەرجووی لەبەردەمیان کرد، بەڵام باوەڕیان پێ نەهێنا، |
38 that what was spoken by Isaiah the prophet might be fulfilled, “Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?”
| تاکو وتەی ئیشایا پێغەمبەر بێتە دی کە گوتی: ﴿ئەی یەزدان، کێ باوەڕی بە پەیامەکەمان کرد و هێزی یەزدان بۆ کێ دەرکەوت؟﴾ |
39 For this cause they could not believe, because Isaiah said again,
| لەبەر ئەوە نەیانتوانی باوەڕ بهێنن، چونکە ئیشایا لە شوێنێکی دیکە گوتی: |
40 “He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; lest they should see with their eyes, and understand with their heart, and turn from their ways, and I should heal them.”
| ﴿چاویانی کوێر و دڵیانی ڕەقکردووە، بۆ ئەوەی بە چاویان نەبینن و بە دڵیان تێنەگەن، نەوەک بگەڕێنەوە و منیش چاکیان بکەمەوە.﴾ |
41 These things said Isaiah, because he saw his glory, and spoke of him.
| ئیشایا ئەمانەی گوت، چونکە شکۆی ئەوی بینی و باسی کرد. |
42 Yet even of the rulers many believed in him; but on account of the Pharisees they did not acknowledge him, lest they should be put of the synagogue;
| هەرچەندە ژمارەیەکی زۆر لە ڕابەرەکانیش باوەڕیان پێی هێنا، بەڵام لەبەر فەریسییەکان ڕایاننەدەگەیاند نەوەک لە کەنیشت دەربکرێن، |
43 for they loved the glory that is of men more than the glory that is of God.
| چونکە شکۆی خەڵکیان لە شکۆی خودا زیاتر خۆشدەویست. |
44 But Jesus cried aloud, and said, He that believeth in me, believeth not in me, but in him that sent me;
| ئینجا عیسا بە دەنگی بەرز فەرمووی: «ئەوەی باوەڕم پێ بهێنێت، باوەڕ بە من ناهێنێت، بەڵکو بەوەی ناردوومی، |
45 and he that beholdeth me, beholdeth him that sent me.
| ئەوەش کە دەمبینێت، ئەوە دەبینێت کە ناردوومی. |
46 I have come a light into the world, that whoever believeth in me may not remain in the darkness.
| من وەک ڕووناکی هاتوومەتە جیهان، تاکو هەرکەسێک باوەڕم پێ بهێنێت لە تاریکیدا نەمێنێتەوە. |
47 And if any one hear my words, and keep them not, I do not judge him; for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
| «ئەگەر یەکێک گوێی لە وتەکانم بوو و کاری پێ نەکرد، من حوکمی نادەم، چونکە نەهاتووم تاکو جیهان حوکم بدەم، بەڵکو جیهان ڕزگار بکەم. |
48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him; the word that I have spoken, that will judge him in the last day.
| ئەوەی ڕەتم بکاتەوە و وتەکانم وەرنەگرێت، یەکێک هەیە حوکمی بدات، ئەو قسەیەی کە من کردم لە ڕۆژی دواییدا حوکمی دەدات. |
49 Because I have not spoken from myself; but the Father who sent me hath himself committed to me what I should say, and what I should speak;
| من لە خۆمەوە قسەم نەکردووە، بەڵکو ئەو باوکەی کە ناردوومی، ڕایسپاردووم کە چی بڵێم و چ قسەیەک بکەم. |
