Job 35
1 Moreover Elihu proceeded, and said:
Елиху а луат дин ноу кувынтул ши а зис:
2 Dost thou then think this to be right? Thou hast said, “I am more righteous than God.”
„Ыць ынкипуй кэ ай дрептате ши крезь кэ те ындрептэцешть ынаинтя луй Думнезеу
3 For thou askest, “What advantage have I? What have I gained, more than if I had sinned?”
кынд зичь: ‘Ла че-мь фолосеште, че кыштиг ам кэ ну пэкэтуеск?’
4 I will answer thee, And thy companions with thee.
Ыць вой рэспунде ши ла ачаста, цие ши приетенилор тэй тотодатэ.
5 Look up to the heavens, and see! And behold the clouds, which are high above thee!
Уйтэ-те спре черурь ши привеште! Везь норий кыт де сус сунт фацэ де тине?
6 If thou sinnest, what doest thou against Him? If thy transgressions be multiplied, what doest thou to him?
Дакэ пэкэтуешть, че рэу Ый фачь Луй? Ши кынд пэкателе ци се ынмулцеск, че-Й фачь Луй?
7 If thou art righteous, what dost thou give him? Or what receiveth he at thy hand?
Дакэ ешть дрепт, че-Й дай Луй? Че примеште Ел дин мына та?
8 Thy wickedness injureth only a man like thyself, And thy righteousness profiteth only a son of man.
Рэутатя та ну поате вэтэма декыт пе семенул тэу, дрептатя та ну фолосеште декыт фиулуй омулуй.
9 The oppressed cry out on account of the multitude of wrongs; They cry aloud on account of the arm of the mighty.
Оамений стригэ ымпотрива мулцимий апэсэторилор, се плынг де силничия мултора;
10 But none saith, “Where is God, my Maker, Who giveth songs in the night;
дар ничунул ну зиче: ‘Унде есте Думнезеу, Фэкэторул меу, каре не инсуфлэ кынтэрь де веселие ноаптя,
11 Who teacheth us more than the beasts of the earth, And maketh us wiser than the birds of heaven?”
каре не ынвацэ май мулт декыт пе добитоачеле пэмынтулуй ши не дэ май мултэ причепере декыт пэсэрилор черулуй?’
12 There they cry aloud on account of the pride of the wicked; But he giveth no answer.
Сэ тот стриӂе ей атунч, кэч Думнезеу ну рэспунде дин причина мындрией челор рэй.
13 For God will not hear the vain supplication, Nor will the Almighty regard it;
Деӂяба стригэ, кэч Думнезеу н-аскултэ, Чел Атотпутерник ну я аминте.
14 Much less when thou sayest thou canst not see him: Justice is with him, —only wait thou for him!
Мэкар кэ зичь кэ ну-Л везь, тотушь причина та есте ынаинтя Луй: аштяптэ-Л!
15 But now, because he hath not visited in his anger, Nor taken strict note of transgression,
Дар, пентру кэ мыния Луй ну педепсеште ынкэ, ну ынсямнэ кэ пуцин Ый пасэ де нелеӂюире.
16 Therefore hath Job opened his mouth rashly, And multiplied words without knowledge.
Аша кэ Йов ышь дескиде гура деӂяба ши спуне о мулциме де ворбе фэрэ рост.”
