Job 32
1 So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
੧ਤਦ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਰਮੀ ਸੀ
2 Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu, the son of Barachel, the Buzite, of the family of Ram; against Job was his wrath kindled, because he accounted himself righteous rather than God.
੨ਫੇਰ ਬਰਕਏਲ ਬੂਜ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਲੀਹੂ ਜੋ ਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਟੱਬਰ ਦਾ ਸੀ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਭੜਕਿਆ। ਉਹ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਅੱਯੂਬ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਭੜਕਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ,
3 Against his three friends also was his wrath kindled, because they had not found an answer, and yet had condemned Job.
੩ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਮਿੱਤਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ ਭੜਕਿਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਕੇ, ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ।
4 Now Elihu had delayed to reply to Job, because they were older than himself.
੪ਅਲੀਹੂ ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਠਹਿਰਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਨ।
5 But when Elihu saw that there was no answer in the mouth of these three men, his wrath was kindled.
੫ਜਦ ਅਲੀਹੂ ਨੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਉੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਤਦ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਭੜਕ ਗਿਆ।
6 Then spake Elihu, the son of Barachel, the Buzite, and said: I am young, and ye are very old; Therefore I was afraid, And durst not make known to you my opinion.
੬ਤਦ ਬਰਕਏਲ ਬੂਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਲੀਹੂ ਨੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਅਜੇ ਜੁਆਨ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਹੋ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਰੁਕਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦੱਸਣ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਸੀ।
7 I said, “Days should speak, And the multitude of years should teach wisdom.”
੭ਮੈਂ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਬੋਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਬੁੱਧ ਸਿਖਾਉਣ,
8 But it is the spirit in man, Even the inspiration of the Almighty, that giveth him understanding.
੮ਪਰੰਤੂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਆਤਮਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਸਰਬ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
9 Great men are not always wise, Nor do the aged always understand what is right.
੯ਉਹ ਵੱਡੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਨ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਹੀ ਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ।
10 Therefore, I pray, listen to me: I also will declare my opinion.
੧੦“ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੇਰੀ ਸੁਣੋ, ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ।
11 Behold, I have waited for your words, I have listened to your arguments, Whilst ye searched out what to say;
੧੧ਵੇਖੋ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਲਈ ਠਹਿਰਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਦਲੀਲਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਨ ਲਾਇਆ, ਜਦ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਸੀ!
12 Yea, I have attended to you; And behold, none of you hath refuted Job, Nor answered his words.
੧੨ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਵੇਖੋ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਅੱਯੂਬ ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ, ਜਾਂ ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ।
13 Say not, then, “We have found out wisdom; God must conquer him, not man.”
੧੩ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਸਮਝੋ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਬੁੱਧ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਤਰਕ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖ,
14 He hath not directed his discourse against me, And with speeches like yours will I not answer him.
੧੪ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿਤਰਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
15 They were confounded! they answered no more! They could say nothing!
੧੫“ਉਹ ਘਬਰਾ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
16 I waited, but they spake not; They stood still; they answered no more!
੧੬ਕੀ ਮੈਂ ਠਹਿਰਿਆ ਰਹਾਂ ਜਦ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਉੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ?
17 Therefore will I answer, on my part; I also will show my opinion.
੧੭ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ।
18 For I am full of matter; The spirit within me constraineth me.
੧੮ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰਲਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
19 Behold, my bosom is as wine that hath no vent; Like bottles of new wine, which are bursting.
੧੯ਵੇਖੋ, ਮੇਰਾ ਮਨ ਉਸ ਮੈਅ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਈ, ਨਵੀਆਂ ਮਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਹ ਪਾਟਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ।
20 I will speak, that I may be relieved; I will open my lips and answer.
੨੦ਮੈਂ ਬੋਲਾਂਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਰਾਮ ਆਵੇ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
21 I will not be partial to any man's person, Nor will I flatter any man.
੨੧ਮੈਂ ਕਦੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਪੱਖਪਾਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਚਾਪਲੂਸੀ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ,
22 For I know not how to flatter; Soon would my Maker take me away.
੨੨ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਚਾਪਲੂਸੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਿਰਜਣਹਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੇਤੀ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਵੇਗਾ।”
