Job 20
1 Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said:
১তেতিয়া নামাথীয়া চোফৰে পুনৰায় উত্তৰ কৰি ক’লে,
2 For this do my thoughts lead me to reply, And for this is my ardor within me.
২মোৰ ভাৱনাই উত্তৰ দিবলৈ মোক উদগাইছে, কাৰণ এইবোৰে মোক অন্তৰক অধৈৰ্য কৰিছে।
3 I have heard my shameful rebuke; And the spirit, from my understanding, answereth for me.
৩মোক লাজ দিয়া উপদেশ মই শুনিলোঁ, তথাপি মোৰ বুদ্ধিদায়ক আত্মাই মোক উত্তৰ যোগাইছে।
4 Knowest thou not, that from the days of old, From the time when man was placed upon the earth,
৪কেতিয়াৰ পৰা ঈশ্বৰে পৃথিৱীত মনুষ্যক স্থাপন কৰিছিল, কালৰ আৰম্ভণিৰ সেই ৰহস্য তুমি নাজানা,
5 The triumphing of the wicked hath been short, And the joy of the impious but for a moment?
৫দুষ্টবোৰৰ জয়-ধ্বনি যে অলপদিনীয়া, আৰু অধাৰ্মিকৰ আনন্দ যে খন্তেকীয়া, ইয়াক তুমি নাজানা নে?
6 Though his greatness mount up to the heavens, And his head reach to the clouds,
৬যদি দুষ্টলোকৰ মাহাত্ম্যই আকাশ পায়গৈ, আৰু তাৰ মুৰ মেঘত লাগে,
7 Yet shall he perish for ever, and be mingled with dust; They who saw him shall say, Where is he?
৭তথাপি সি নিজ বিষ্ঠাৰ দৰে চিৰকাললৈকে নষ্ট হ’ব, যিবিলাকে তাক দেখিছিল, তেওঁবিলাকে সুধিব, সি ক’ত আছে?
8 He shall flee away like a dream, and shall not be found; Yea, he shall disappear like a vision of the nigh.
৮সি সপোনৰ দৰে উড়ি যাব, তাক পুনৰ পোৱা নাযাব; এনে কি, ৰাতিকালৰ দৰ্শনৰ দৰে সি লুপ্ত হ’ব।
9 The eye also which saw him shall see him no more, And his dwelling-place shall never more behold him.
৯যি চকুৱে তাক দেখিছিল, সেই চকুৱে তাক পুনৰ নেদেখিব; তাৰ নিবাসৰ ঠায়ে তাক পুনৰ দেখা নাপাব।
10 His sons shall seek the favor of the poor, And their hands shall give back his wealth.
১০তাৰ সন্তানবোৰে দৰিদ্ৰসকলৰ পৰা অনুগ্ৰহ বিচাৰিব, আৰু তাৰ নিজ হাতে তাৰ ধন-সম্পত্তি ওভোটাই দিব।
11 His bones are full of his youth, But they shall lie down with him in the dust.
১১তাৰ অস্থিবোৰ ডেকা কালৰ শক্তিৰ পৰিপূৰ্ণ, কিন্তু ইয়ো তাৰ লগত ধূলিত শুব।
12 Though wickedness be sweet in his mouth, Though he hide it under his tongue,
১২যদিও দুষ্টতা তাৰ মুখত সোৱাদ লাগে, যদিও সি জিভাৰ তলত তাক লুকুৱাই ৰাখে,
13 Though he cherish it, and will not part with it, And keep it fast in his mouth,
১৩যদিও সি তাতে ধৰি ৰাখে আৰু এৰি দিব নিবিচাৰে, কিন্তু তাৰ মুখৰ ভিতৰতে তাক ৰাখি থয়,
14 Yet his meat shall be changed within him, And become to him the poison of asps.
১৪তথাপি তাৰ আহাৰ পেট পাই বিকৃত হয়, সেয়ে তাৰ ভিতৰত কালসৰ্পৰ বিষস্বৰূপ হৈ পৰে।
15 He hath glutted himself with riches, And he shall throw them up again; Yea, God shall cast them out of his body.
১৫সি ধন-সম্পত্তি গ্ৰাস কৰে, আৰু তাক পুনৰাই বতিঁয়াই পেলাব; ঈশ্বৰে তাৰ পেটৰ পৰা তাক উলিয়াই পেলাব।
16 He shall suck the poison of asps; The tongue of the viper shall destroy him.
১৬সি কালসৰ্পৰ বিষ চুহিব; বিশাল সাপৰ জিভাই তাক বধ কৰিব।
17 He shall never see the flowing streams, And the rivers of honey and milk.
১৭সি নদীবোৰ দেখা নাপাব, মৌ আৰু দৈ গাখীৰ বৈ যোৱা সুঁতিবোৰ নেদেখিব।
18 The fruits of his toil he shall give back, and shall not enjoy them: It is substance to be restored, and he shall not rejoice therein.
১৮সি নিজ পৰিশ্ৰমৰ ফল ওভোটাই দিব, গ্ৰাস নকৰিব; সি লাভ পোৱা নিজ সম্পত্তি অনুসাৰে উল্লাস নকৰিব।
19 Because he hath oppressed and abandoned the poor, And seized upon the house which he did not build;
১৯সি দৰিদ্ৰবোৰক উপদ্ৰৱ আৰু ত্যাগ কৰিলে; এই হেতুকে যি ঘৰ কাঢ়ি ল’লে, সেই ঘৰ সি সাজি উলিয়াব নোৱাৰিব।
20 Because he knew no rest in his bosom, He shall not save that in which he delighteth.
২০তাৰ পেট কেতিয়াও তৃপ্ত নহয়; এই হেতুকে সি নিজৰ মৰমৰ বস্তুৰ মাজৰ একোকে ৰক্ষা কৰিব নোৱাৰিব।
21 Because nothing escaped his greediness, His prosperity shall not endure.
২১সি গ্ৰাস নকৰা একোৱেই বাকী নাই; এই কাৰণে তাৰ মঙ্গল চিৰকলীয়া নহ’ব।
22 In the fulness of his abundance he shall be brought low; Every hand of the wretched shall come upon him.
২২তাৰ বস্তু-বাহানি জোৰাওকৈ থকা সময়তো সি ঠেকত পৰিব; দুখত পৰা প্ৰতিজনৰ হাতে তাক আক্ৰমণ কৰিব।
23 He shall, indeed, have wherewith to fill himself: God shall send upon him the fury of his anger, And rain it down upon him for his food.
২৩সি নিজ পেট ভৰাবলৈ ধৰোঁতেই, ঈশ্বৰে তাৰ ওপৰত ক্ৰোধাগ্নি পেলাব, আৰু সি খাই থাকোঁতেই তাৰ ওপৰত তাক বৰষাব।
24 If he fleeth from the iron weapon, The bow of brass shall pierce him through.
২৪সি লোহাৰ অস্ত্ৰৰ পৰা পলাই যাব; কিন্তু পিতলৰ ধনুবাণে তাক সৰকাই পেলাব।
25 He draweth the arrow, and it cometh forth from his body; Yea, the glittering steel cometh out of his gall. Terrors are upon him;
২৫সি বাণ টানিলে, সেয়ে তাৰ গাৰ পৰা ওলাই আহে; এনে কি, তাৰ তিৰবিৰোৱা আগ, তাৰ পিত্তৰ পৰা বাহিৰ হয়; তাতে মৰণৰ ভয়ে তাক আক্ৰমণ কৰে।
26 Calamity of every kind is treasured up for him. A fire not blown shall consume him; It shall consume whatever is left in his tent.
২৬তাৰ সঞ্চিত বস্তুৰ অৰ্থে ঘোৰ আন্ধাৰ ৰাখি থোৱা হৈছে, মানুহে নধৰা জুয়ে তাক গ্ৰাস কৰিব; সেয়ে তাৰ তম্বুত থকা অৱশিষ্ট বস্তু ভষ্ম কৰিব।
27 The heavens shall reveal his iniquity, And the earth shall rise up against him.
২৭আকাশ-মণ্ডলে তাৰ অপৰাধ প্ৰকাশ কৰিব, আৰু পৃথিৱী তাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠিব।
28 The substance of his house shall disappear; It shall flow away in the day of His wrath.
২৮তাৰ ঘৰৰ সম্পত্তি উড়ি যাব; ঈশ্বৰৰ ক্ৰোধৰ দিনা তাক ধল পানীয়ে উটুৱাই নিব।
29 Such is the portion of the wicked man from God, And the inheritance appointed for him by the Almighty.
২৯দুষ্ট মানুহে ঈশ্বৰৰ পৰা পাবলগীয়া ভাগ এয়ে, আৰু এয়ে ঈশ্বৰে নিৰূপণ কৰা তাৰ অধিকাৰ।
