Isaiah 26
1 In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah: “We have a strong city; His aid doth God appoint for walls and bulwarks.
Ын зиуа ачея, се ва кынта урмэтоаря кынтаре ын цара луй Иуда: „Авем о четате таре; Думнезеу не дэ мынтуиря ка зидурь ши ынтэритурэ.
2 Open ye the gates, That the righteous nation may enter in, The nation that keepeth the truth.
Дескидець порциле, ка сэ интре нямул чел неприхэнит ши крединчос.
3 Him that is of a steadfast mind Thou wilt keep in continual peace, Because he trusteth in thee.
Челуй ку инима таре, Ту-й кезэшуешть пачя; да, пачя, кэч се ынкреде ын Тине.
4 Trust ye in Jehovah forever, For the Lord Jehovah is an everlasting rock.
Ынкредеци-вэ ын Домнул пе вечие, кэч Домнул Думнезеу есте Стынка вякурилор.
5 For he hath brought down the inhabitants of the fortress; The lofty city he hath laid low; He hath laid her low even to the ground; He hath levelled her with the dust.
Ел а рэстурнат пе чей че локуяу пе ынэлцимь, Ел а плекат четатя ынгымфатэ; а доборыт-о ла пэмынт ши а арункат-о ын цэрынэ.
6 The foot trampleth upon her, The feet of the poor, the steps of the needy.
Еа есте кэлкатэ ын пичоаре, ын пичоареле сэрачилор, суб паший челор обиждуиць.
7 The way of the upright is a smooth way; Thou, O most righteous, doth level the path of the upright!
Каля дрептулуй есте неприхэниря; Ту, каре ешть фэрэ приханэ, нетезешть кэраря дрептулуй.
8 In the way of thy judgments, O Jehovah, we have waited for thee; The desire of our souls is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.
Де ачея Те аштептэм, Доамне, ши пе каля жудекэцилор Тале; суфлетул ностру суспинэ дупэ Нумеле Тэу ши дупэ помениря Та.
9 My soul longeth for thee in the night, And my spirit within me seeketh thee in the morning; For when thy judgments are in the earth, The inhabitants of the world learn righteousness.
Суфлетул меу Те дореште ноаптя ши духул меу Те каутэ ынэунтрул меу. Кэч, кынд се ымплинеск жудекэциле Тале пе пэмынт, локуиторий лумий ынвацэ дрептатя.
10 Though favor be shown to the wicked, He will not learn righteousness; In the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, And have no regard to the majesty of Jehovah.
Дакэ ерць пе чел рэу, ел тотушь ну ынвацэ неприхэниря, се дедэ ла рэу ын цара ын каре домнеште неприхэниря ши ну каутэ ла мэреция Домнулуй.
11 Thy hand, O Jehovah, is lifted up, yet do they not see; But they shall see with shame thy zeal for thy people; Yea, fire shall devour thine adversaries.
Доамне, мына Та есте путерникэ: ей н-о зэреск, дар вор ведя рывна Та пентру попорул Тэу ши вор фи рушинаць; ва арде фокул пе врэжмаший Тэй.
12 Thou, O Jehovah, wilt give us peace; For all our works thou doest for us.
Дар ноуэ, Доамне, Ту не дай паче, кэч тот че фачем ной, Ту ымплинешть пентру ной.
13 O Jehovah, our God, other lords have had dominion over us besides thee; Only through thee do we call upon thy name.
Доамне, Думнезеул ностру, алць стэпынь афарэ де Тине ау стэпынит песте ной, дар акум нумай пе Тине ши нумай Нумеле Тэу ыл кемэм.
14 They are dead, they shall not live; They are shades, they shall not rise. For thou hast visited and destroyed them, And caused all the memory of them to perish.
Чей че сунт морць акум ну вор май трэи, сунт ниште умбре ши ну се вор май скула, кэч Ту й-ай педепсит, й-ай нимичит ши ле-ай штерс помениря.
15 “Thou wilt enlarge the nation, O Jehovah! Thou wilt enlarge the nation; thou wilt glorify thyself; Thou wilt widely extend all the borders of the land.
Ынмулцеште попорул, Доамне! Ынмулцеште попорул, аратэ-Ць слава; дэ ынапой тоате хотареле цэрий!
16 O Jehovah, in affliction they sought thee; They poured out their prayer, when thy chastisement was upon them.
Доамне, ей Те-ау кэутат кынд ерау ын стрымтораре; ау ынчепут сэ се роаӂе кынд й-ай педепсит.
17 As a woman with child, when her delivery is near, Is in anguish, and crieth aloud in her pangs, So have we been, far from thy presence, O Jehovah!
Кум се звырколеште о фемее ынсэрчинатэ гата сэ наскэ ши кум стригэ еа ын мижлокул дурерилор ей, аша ам фост ной департе де Фаца Та, Доамне!
18 We have been with child; we have been in anguish, Yet have, as it were, brought forth wind. To the land we bring no deliverance; Nor are the inhabitants of the land born.
Ам зэмислит, ам симцит дурерь ши, кынд сэ наштем, ам нэскут вынт: цара ну есте мынтуитэ ши локуиторий ей ну сунт нэскуць.
19 O might thy dead live again, Might the dead bodies of my people arise! Awake, and sing, ye that dwell in the dust! For thy dew is like the dew upon plants, And the earth shall bring forth her dead.”
Сэ ынвие дар морций Тэй! Сэ се скоале трупуриле меле моарте! Трезици-вэ ши сэриць де букурие, чей че локуиць ын цэрынэ! Кэч роуа Та есте о роуэ дэтэтоаре де вяцэ, ши пэмынтул ва скоате ярэшь афарэ пе чей морць.”
20 Come, my people, enter into thy chambers, And shut thy doors behind thee; Hide thyself for a little moment, Until the indignation be overpast!
Ду-те, попорул меу, интрэ ын одая та ши ынкуе уша дупэ тине; аскунде-те кытева клипе, пынэ ва трече мыния!
21 For behold, Jehovah cometh forth from his place, To punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity; And the earth shall disclose her blood, And shall no longer cover her slain.
Кэч ятэ, Домнул есе дин локуинца Луй сэ педепсяскэ нелеӂюириле локуиторилор пэмынтулуй, ши пэмынтул ва да сынӂеле пе фацэ ши ну ва май акопери учидериле.
