< Hebrews 4 >
1 Let us then fear, since a promise is still left us of entering into his rest, lest any one of you should appear to fail of obtaining it.
Bhai, pabha jipali miadi ja jinjila pa shipumuli, tuipwelele nkupinga anapagwe mundu munkumbi gwetu shalepele kujinjila.
2 For to us were glad tidings addressed, as well as to them; but the word which was heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.
Numbe uwe tulungushiywe Ngani ja Mmbone, malinga bhanganyabho. Ikabheje lyene lilobhelyo lyangaapwailanga, pabha bhangaliposhelanga nikulikulupalila.
3 For we who believed enter into the rest, as he hath said: “So I swore in my wrath, they shall not enter into my rest;” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Ikabheje uwe pabha tukulupalile shitujinjile pa shipumuli pala, malinga shibhalugwile a Nnungu bhalinkuti, “Malinga shinatumbele, nilumbila, ‘Bhakajinjilanga pa shipumuli shangu.’” A Nnungu bhabhelekete genego, ikabheje liengo lyabho lyamalile kuumila pubhapengenye shilambolyo.
4 For he hath spoken in a certain place of the seventh day thus: “And God rested on the seventh day from all his works;”
Pabha Majandiko gana ganataya ga lyubha lya shabha, a Nnungu bhashinkupumulila lyubha lya shabha, gubhaleshile maengo gabho gowe.
5 and in this place again: “They shall not enter into my rest.”
Malinga shiilugwilwe, “Bhakajinjilanga pa shipumuli shangu.”
6 Since then it still remaineth for some to enter into it, and they to whom the glad tidings of it were first brought did not enter in because of disobedience,
Bhai, pabha miadi ja jinjila pa shipumuli jatangu, bhapalinji shibhajinjilanje penepo. Ikabheje bhatandubhenje kulungushiywa Ngani ja Mmbone bhala, bhangajinjilanga kwa ligongo lya ungakunda gwabhonji.
7 he again appointeth a certain day, “To-day”—saying in David so long a time after, as hath before been said—”To-day, if ye hear his voice, harden not your hearts.”
Kungai a Nnungu bhashikulibhika lyubha lina bhalinkuti “Lelo,” bhabhelekete kupitila a Daudi kwa malobhe galugwilwe bhukala, “Monaga mpilikanangaga lilobhe lyangu lelo, nnanonopanje mitima.”
8 For if Joshua had given them rest, he would not after this be speaking of another day.
Bhai monaga a Yoshua bhaapelekenje bhandunji kushipumuli, a Nnungu bhakanabhelekete kabhili ga lyubha lina.
9 There remaineth therefore a sabbath-rest to the people of God.
Bhai, kwa nneyo, launo kupali kupumulila kwa bhandu bha a Nnungu.
10 For he that hath entered into his rest, hath himself rested from his works, as God did from his own.
Pabha jojowe ajinjila pa shipumuli sha a Nnungu, anapumulila maengo gakwe malinga shibhapumulile a Nnungu.
11 Let us then strive to enter into that rest, that no one may fall, as a like example of disobedience.
Bhai, ntumbilanje kuika pa shipumulipo, nkupinga anapagwe jojowe munkumbi gwenunji jwangakunda, malinga shibhatendilenje bhanganyabho nng'anga.
12 For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, both the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart;
13 and there is no creature that is not manifest in his sight; but all things are naked and laid open to the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Shakwa shikwete gumi shiishika kwa a Nnungu, indu yowe inamanyika kwa a Nnungu, shitujiye kwaatalashiya itutendile.
14 Since, then, we have a great high-priest, who hath passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
Bhai, pabha tukwete Bhakulungwa kaje Bhaabhishila bhajinjile kunnungu, a Yeshu Bhanabhabho a Nnungu, twiishimilishe nngulupai jetu jituukong'ondela.
15 For we have not a high-priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who hath in all points been tempted as we are, without sin.
Pabha Bhakulungwa bhetu Bhaabhishila bhanakutubhonela shiya ga ungakola mashili gwetu, pabha bhayene bhalinjilwe kwa indu yowe malinga uwe, ikabheje bhangatenda yambi.
16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Kwa nneyo, tuubhandishile gwangali bhoga upalume gwa nema gwa a Nnungu bhakwete shiya, nkupinga bhatubhonele shiya na bhatupe nema ja kutujangutila mobha ga ngakola mashili.
