< Hebrews 4 >
1 Let us then fear, since a promise is still left us of entering into his rest, lest any one of you should appear to fail of obtaining it.
Houjikti Ibungona haikhiba potthaba adu eikhoina lousinjanaba Tengban Mapuna eikhoida pibinaba wasakpire. Maram aduna nakhoi kana amatana wasakpikhraba potthaba adu phangdaba oidanaba eikhoi cheksinsi.
2 For to us were glad tidings addressed, as well as to them; but the word which was heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it.
Maramdi makhoida Aphaba Pao sandokkhiba adu takhibagumna eikhoinasu tare. Adubu makhoina paodam takhiba aduda makhoida kanaba purakkhide, maramdi madu taba matamda makhoina thajabaga loinana lousinjakhide.
3 For we who believed enter into the rest, as he hath said: “So I swore in my wrath, they shall not enter into my rest;” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Maram aduna Tengban Mapuna wasakpikhraba potthaba adu thajaraba eikhoina phangjei. Ibungona asumna haibikhiba asigumnani, “Eina saoduna wasakle: ‘Eina makhoida potthaba pibiramgadaba lam aduda makhoina keidoungeidasu changlaroi!’” Adum oinamak taibangpan semba matamdagi mahakki thabaksing loikhrabasu masi mahakna haibani.
4 For he hath spoken in a certain place of the seventh day thus: “And God rested on the seventh day from all his works;”
Maramdi taretnisuba numitki maramda Mapugi puyagi mapham amada asumna hai, “Taretnisuba numitta Tengban Mapuna mahakki thabak pumnamaktagi potthakhi.”
5 and in this place again: “They shall not enter into my rest.”
Aduga chap mannaba hiram asi amukka hai, “Eina makhoida potthaba pibiramgadaba lam aduda makhoina keidoungeidasu changlaroi.”
6 Since then it still remaineth for some to enter into it, and they to whom the glad tidings of it were first brought did not enter in because of disobedience,
Aphaba Pao adu hanna takhibasing aduna potthaba adu phangkhide maramdi makhoina thajakhide. Adubu potthaba aduda changgadaba mi khara leiri.
7 he again appointeth a certain day, “To-day”—saying in David so long a time after, as hath before been said—”To-day, if ye hear his voice, harden not your hearts.”
Tengban Mapuna “Ngasi” haina kouduna akaknaba numit ama amuk leple haiba adu utpire. Chahi kayagi matungda David-pu sijinnaduna Ibungona puyada haikhibagumna hai: “Ngasi nakhoina Tengban Mapugi khonjel tarabadi nakhoigi thamoi kalhan-ganu.”
8 For if Joshua had given them rest, he would not after this be speaking of another day.
Tengban Mapuna wasakpikhiba potthaba adu Joshua-na misingda phanghallamba tarabadi Tengban Mapuna tungda atoppa numit amagi maramda hairamloidabani.
9 There remaineth therefore a sabbath-rest to the people of God.
Aduna Tengban Mapuna taretnisuba numitta potthakhibagumna Tengban Mapugi misinggi potthaba ama houjiksu leiri.
10 For he that hath entered into his rest, hath himself rested from his works, as God did from his own.
Tengban Mapuna wasakpikhiba potthaba adu phangjarabasingna, Tengban Mapuna mahakki thabaktagi potthabagumna makhoina makhoigi thabaktagi potthajagani.
11 Let us then strive to enter into that rest, that no one may fall, as a like example of disobedience.
Adunadi thajadabadagi makhoina potthaba adu phangkhidabagum, eikhoigi iraktasu oidanaba potthaba adu phangnanaba eikhoina ngamba makhei hotnasi.
12 For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, both the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart;
Maramdi Tengban Mapugi waheidi hingli amadi thabak touri, aduga maya ani panba thangsangdagi henna thou-i. Masina hingbaga thawaiga tinnapham, tangsamnaphamga amadi sarugi manungda yaoba athotpa mahaoga tinnapham adu phaoduna khaidok-i aduga pukningbu amasung thamoigi wakhalbu wayel tou-i.
13 and there is no creature that is not manifest in his sight; but all things are naked and laid open to the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Tengban Mapugi mangdagi lotpa yaba karisu leite. Khutsem pumnamak Ibungogi mityeng mangda iphong phongna lei. Aduga Ibungo mangonda eikhoina toukhiba pumnamakki maram pigani.
14 Since, then, we have a great high-priest, who hath passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
Maram aduna eikhoina thajei hairiba thajaba aduda eikhoina chetna paisi. Maramdi Tengban Mapugi maphamda changluraba Athoiba Purohitlen ama haibadi Tengban Mapugi Machanupa Jisu eikhoigi lei.
15 For we have not a high-priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who hath in all points been tempted as we are, without sin.
Eikhoigi Purohitlen asidi eikhoigi asonbasingbu khangbidaba natte. Adugi onnabada maram pumnamakta eikhoida athemba phangbagumna athemba phangkhraba adubu papti toukhidaba eikhoigi Purohitlen lei.
16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Maram aduna eikhoi thouna phana thoujalgi tungnapham oiriba Tengban Mapugi phambal nakta changlasi, mapham aduda tangaiphadaba matamda eikhoibu mateng pangbinaba chanbiba amadi thoujal phangjagani.
