Acts 7
1 And the high-priest said, Are then these things so?
ତତଃ ପରଂ ମହାଯାଜକଃ ପୃଷ୍ଟୱାନ୍, ଏଷା କଥାଂ କିଂ ସତ୍ୟା?
2 And he said, Brethren and fathers, hearken. The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Haran,
ତତଃ ସ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟୱଦତ୍, ହେ ପିତରୋ ହେ ଭ୍ରାତରଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱେ ଲାକା ମନାଂସି ନିଧଦ୍ଧ୍ୱଂ| ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷ ଇବ୍ରାହୀମ୍ ହାରଣ୍ନଗରେ ୱାସକରଣାତ୍ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱଂ ଯଦା ଅରାମ୍-ନହରଯିମଦେଶେ ଆସୀତ୍ ତଦା ତେଜୋମଯ ଈଶ୍ୱରୋ ଦର୍ଶନଂ ଦତ୍ୱା
3 and said to him, “Go forth from thy country and thy kindred, and come into the land which I will show thee.”
ତମୱଦତ୍ ତ୍ୱଂ ସ୍ୱଦେଶଜ୍ଞାତିମିତ୍ରାଣି ପରିତ୍ୟଜ୍ୟ ଯଂ ଦେଶମହଂ ଦର୍ଶଯିଷ୍ୟାମି ତଂ ଦେଶଂ ୱ୍ରଜ|
4 Then came he out of the land of the Chaldaeans, and dwelt in Haran; and from thence, after his father was dead, he caused him to remove into this land wherein ye now dwell;
ଅତଃ ସ କସ୍ଦୀଯଦେଶଂ ୱିହାଯ ହାରଣ୍ନଗରେ ନ୍ୟୱସତ୍, ତଦନନ୍ତରଂ ତସ୍ୟ ପିତରି ମୃତେ ଯତ୍ର ଦେଶେ ଯୂଯଂ ନିୱସଥ ସ ଏନଂ ଦେଶମାଗଚ୍ଛତ୍|
5 and he gave him no inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on; and he promised to give it to him for a possession, and to his posterity after him, when as yet he had no child.
କିନ୍ତ୍ୱୀଶ୍ୱରସ୍ତସ୍ମୈ କମପ୍ୟଧିକାରମ୍ ଅର୍ଥାଦ୍ ଏକପଦପରିମିତାଂ ଭୂମିମପି ନାଦଦାତ୍; ତଦା ତସ୍ୟ କୋପି ସନ୍ତାନୋ ନାସୀତ୍ ତଥାପି ସନ୍ତାନୈଃ ସାର୍ଦ୍ଧମ୍ ଏତସ୍ୟ ଦେଶସ୍ୟାଧିକାରୀ ତ୍ୱଂ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟସୀତି ତମ୍ପ୍ରତ୍ୟଙ୍ଗୀକୃତୱାନ୍|
6 And God spoke in this manner: “That his posterity should sojourn in a foreign land, and that they would bring them into bondage, and ill-treat them four hundred years;
ଈଶ୍ୱର ଇତ୍ଥମ୍ ଅପରମପି କଥିତୱାନ୍ ତୱ ସନ୍ତାନାଃ ପରଦେଶେ ନିୱତ୍ସ୍ୟନ୍ତି ତତସ୍ତଦ୍ଦେଶୀଯଲୋକାଶ୍ଚତୁଃଶତୱତ୍ସରାନ୍ ଯାୱତ୍ ତାନ୍ ଦାସତ୍ୱେ ସ୍ଥାପଯିତ୍ୱା ତାନ୍ ପ୍ରତି କୁୱ୍ୟୱହାରଂ କରିଷ୍ୟନ୍ତି|
7 and the nation to which they shall be in bondage will I judge,” said God; “and after that they shall come forth, and shall worship me in this place.”
ଅପରମ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱର ଏନାଂ କଥାମପି କଥିତୱାନ୍, ଯେ ଲୋକାସ୍ତାନ୍ ଦାସତ୍ୱେ ସ୍ଥାପଯିଷ୍ୟନ୍ତି ତାଲ୍ଲୋକାନ୍ ଅହଂ ଦଣ୍ଡଯିଷ୍ୟାମି, ତତଃ ପରଂ ତେ ବହିର୍ଗତାଃ ସନ୍ତୋ ମାମ୍ ଅତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନେ ସେୱିଷ୍ୟନ୍ତେ|
8 And he gave him the covenant of circumcision; and so he begat Isaac, and circumcised him on the eighth day; and Isaac begat Jacob, and Jacob the twelve patriarchs.
ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ସ ତସ୍ମୈ ତ୍ୱକ୍ଛେଦସ୍ୟ ନିଯମଂ ଦତ୍ତୱାନ୍, ଅତ ଇସ୍ହାକନାମ୍ନି ଇବ୍ରାହୀମ ଏକପୁତ୍ରେ ଜାତେ, ଅଷ୍ଟମଦିନେ ତସ୍ୟ ତ୍ୱକ୍ଛେଦମ୍ ଅକରୋତ୍| ତସ୍ୟ ଇସ୍ହାକଃ ପୁତ୍ରୋ ଯାକୂବ୍, ତତସ୍ତସ୍ୟ ଯାକୂବୋଽସ୍ମାକଂ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷା ଅଜାଯନ୍ତ|
9 And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt; and God was with him,
ତେ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷା ଈର୍ଷ୍ୟଯା ପରିପୂର୍ଣା ମିସରଦେଶଂ ପ୍ରେଷଯିତୁଂ ଯୂଷଫଂ ୱ୍ୟକ୍ରୀଣନ୍|
10 and delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favor and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt, and all his house.
କିନ୍ତ୍ୱୀଶ୍ୱରସ୍ତସ୍ୟ ସହାଯୋ ଭୂତ୍ୱା ସର୍ୱ୍ୱସ୍ୟା ଦୁର୍ଗତେ ରକ୍ଷିତ୍ୱା ତସ୍ମୈ ବୁଦ୍ଧିଂ ଦତ୍ତ୍ୱା ମିସରଦେଶସ୍ୟ ରାଜ୍ଞଃ ଫିରୌଣଃ ପ୍ରିଯପାତ୍ରଂ କୃତୱାନ୍ ତତୋ ରାଜା ମିସରଦେଶସ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱୀଯସର୍ୱ୍ୱପରିୱାରସ୍ୟ ଚ ଶାସନପଦଂ ତସ୍ମୈ ଦତ୍ତୱାନ୍|
11 Now there came a famine over all the land of Egypt and Canaan, and great distress; and our fathers found no Sustenance.
ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ସମଯେ ମିସର-କିନାନଦେଶଯୋ ର୍ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷହେତୋରତିକ୍ଲିଷ୍ଟତ୍ୱାତ୍ ନଃ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷା ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟଦ୍ରୱ୍ୟଂ ନାଲଭନ୍ତ|
12 But Jacob, hearing that there was grain in Egypt, sent out our fathers first.
କିନ୍ତୁ ମିସରଦେଶେ ଶସ୍ୟାନି ସନ୍ତି, ଯାକୂବ୍ ଇମାଂ ୱାର୍ତ୍ତାଂ ଶ୍ରୁତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରଥମମ୍ ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷାନ୍ ମିସରଂ ପ୍ରେଷିତୱାନ୍|
13 And at the second time Joseph was recognized by his brothers, and the kindred of Joseph became known to Pharaoh.
ତତୋ ଦ୍ୱିତୀଯୱାରଗମନେ ଯୂଷଫ୍ ସ୍ୱଭ୍ରାତୃଭିଃ ପରିଚିତୋଽଭୱତ୍; ଯୂଷଫୋ ଭ୍ରାତରଃ ଫିରୌଣ୍ ରାଜେନ ପରିଚିତା ଅଭୱନ୍|
14 Then Joseph sent and called his father Jacob to him, and all his kindred, seventy five souls.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ଯୂଷଫ୍ ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣଂ ପ୍ରେଷ୍ୟ ନିଜପିତରଂ ଯାକୂବଂ ନିଜାନ୍ ପଞ୍ଚାଧିକସପ୍ତତିସଂଖ୍ୟକାନ୍ ଜ୍ଞାତିଜନାଂଶ୍ଚ ସମାହୂତୱାନ୍|
15 And Jacob went down [[into Egypt]], and died, he and our fathers.
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଯାକୂବ୍ ମିସରଦେଶଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ସ୍ୱଯମ୍ ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷାଶ୍ଚ ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ସ୍ଥାନେଽମ୍ରିଯନ୍ତ|
16 And they were removed to Shechem, and laid in the tomb that Abraham bought for a sum of money of the sons of Hamor, the father of Shechem.
ତତସ୍ତେ ଶିଖିମଂ ନୀତା ଯତ୍ ଶ୍ମଶାନମ୍ ଇବ୍ରାହୀମ୍ ମୁଦ୍ରାଦତ୍ୱା ଶିଖିମଃ ପିତୁ ର୍ହମୋରଃ ପୁତ୍ରେଭ୍ୟଃ କ୍ରୀତୱାନ୍ ତତ୍ଶ୍ମଶାନେ ସ୍ଥାପଯାଞ୍ଚକ୍ରିରେ|
17 But as the time of the promise drew near, which God solemnly made to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt,
ତତଃ ପରମ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱର ଇବ୍ରାହୀମଃ ସନ୍ନିଧୌ ଶପଥଂ କୃତ୍ୱା ଯାଂ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାଂ କୃତୱାନ୍ ତସ୍ୟାଃ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାଯାଃ ଫଲନସମଯେ ନିକଟେ ସତି ଇସ୍ରାଯେଲ୍ଲୋକା ସିମରଦେଶେ ୱର୍ଦ୍ଧମାନା ବହୁସଂଖ୍ୟା ଅଭୱନ୍|
18 until another king arose, who knew not Joseph.
ଶେଷେ ଯୂଷଫଂ ଯୋ ନ ପରିଚିନୋତି ତାଦୃଶ ଏକୋ ନରପତିରୁପସ୍ଥାଯ
19 The same dealt subtly with our race, and ill-treated our fathers, so that they should cast out their infants, that they might not be preserved alive.
ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ଜ୍ଞାତିଭିଃ ସାର୍ଦ୍ଧଂ ଧୂର୍ତ୍ତତାଂ ୱିଧାଯ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷାନ୍ ପ୍ରତି କୁୱ୍ୟୱହରଣପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱକଂ ତେଷାଂ ୱଂଶନାଶନାଯ ତେଷାଂ ନୱଜାତାନ୍ ଶିଶୂନ୍ ବହି ର୍ନିରକ୍ଷେପଯତ୍|
20 In which time Moses was born, and was exceedingly fair; who was nourished in his father's house three months.
ଏତସ୍ମିନ୍ ସମଯେ ମୂସା ଜଜ୍ଞେ, ସ ତୁ ପରମସୁନ୍ଦରୋଽଭୱତ୍ ତଥା ପିତୃଗୃହେ ମାସତ୍ରଯପର୍ୟ୍ୟନ୍ତଂ ପାଲିତୋଽଭୱତ୍|
21 And when he was cast out, Pharaoh's daughter took him up, and nourished him for herself as a son.
କିନ୍ତୁ ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ବହିର୍ନିକ୍ଷିପ୍ତେ ସତି ଫିରୌଣରାଜସ୍ୟ କନ୍ୟା ତମ୍ ଉତ୍ତୋଲ୍ୟ ନୀତ୍ୱା ଦତ୍ତକପୁତ୍ରଂ କୃତ୍ୱା ପାଲିତୱତୀ|
22 And Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in his worlds and deeds.
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ ସ ମୂସା ମିସରଦେଶୀଯାଯାଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱୱିଦ୍ୟାଯାଃ ପାରଦୃଷ୍ୱା ସନ୍ ୱାକ୍ୟେ କ୍ରିଯାଯାଞ୍ଚ ଶକ୍ତିମାନ୍ ଅଭୱତ୍|
23 And when he was forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brethren, the sons of Israel.
ସ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣଚତ୍ୱାରିଂଶଦ୍ୱତ୍ସରୱଯସ୍କୋ ଭୂତ୍ୱା ଇସ୍ରାଯେଲୀଯୱଂଶନିଜଭ୍ରାତୃନ୍ ସାକ୍ଷାତ୍ କର୍ତୁଂ ମତିଂ ଚକ୍ରେ|
24 And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed by smiting the Egyptian.
ତେଷାଂ ଜନମେକଂ ହିଂସିତଂ ଦୃଷ୍ଟ୍ୱା ତସ୍ୟ ସପକ୍ଷଃ ସନ୍ ହିଂସିତଜନମ୍ ଉପକୃତ୍ୟ ମିସରୀଯଜନଂ ଜଘାନ|
25 For he supposed his brethren would understand that God through his hand would give them salvation; but they understood not.
ତସ୍ୟ ହସ୍ତେନେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ତାନ୍ ଉଦ୍ଧରିଷ୍ୟତି ତସ୍ୟ ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣ ଇତି ଜ୍ଞାସ୍ୟତି ସ ଇତ୍ୟନୁମାନଂ ଚକାର, କିନ୍ତୁ ତେ ନ ବୁବୁଧିରେ|
26 And the next day he showed himself to them as they were contending, and urged them to peace, saying, Ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one another?
ତତ୍ପରେ ଽହନି ତେଷାମ୍ ଉଭଯୋ ର୍ଜନଯୋ ର୍ୱାକ୍କଲହ ଉପସ୍ଥିତେ ସତି ମୂସାଃ ସମୀପଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ତଯୋ ର୍ମେଲନଂ କର୍ତ୍ତୁଂ ମତିଂ କୃତ୍ୱା କଥଯାମାସ, ହେ ମହାଶଯୌ ଯୁୱାଂ ଭ୍ରାତରୌ ପରସ୍ପରମ୍ ଅନ୍ୟାଯଂ କୁତଃ କୁରୁଥଃ?
27 But he who was wronging his neighbor thrust him away, saying, “Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us?
ତତଃ ସମୀପୱାସିନଂ ପ୍ରତି ଯୋ ଜନୋଽନ୍ୟାଯଂ ଚକାର ସ ତଂ ଦୂରୀକୃତ୍ୟ କଥଯାମାସ, ଅସ୍ମାକମୁପରି ଶାସ୍ତୃତ୍ୱୱିଚାରଯିତୃତ୍ୱପଦଯୋଃ କସ୍ତ୍ୱାଂ ନିଯୁକ୍ତୱାନ୍?
28 Dost thou mean to kill me, as thou didst kill the Egyptian yesterday?”
ହ୍ୟୋ ଯଥା ମିସରୀଯଂ ହତୱାନ୍ ତଥା କିଂ ମାମପି ହନିଷ୍ୟସି?
29 And Moses fled at this saying, and became a sojourner in the land of Midian, where he begat two sons.
ତଦା ମୂସା ଏତାଦୃଶୀଂ କଥାଂ ଶ୍ରୁତ୍ୱା ପଲାଯନଂ ଚକ୍ରେ, ତତୋ ମିଦିଯନଦେଶଂ ଗତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରୱାସୀ ସନ୍ ତସ୍ଥୌ, ତତସ୍ତତ୍ର ଦ୍ୱୌ ପୁତ୍ରୌ ଜଜ୍ଞାତେ|
30 And when forty years were completed, there appeared to him in the wilderness of Mount Sinai an angel in the flaming fire of a bush.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ଚତ୍ୱାରିଂଶଦ୍ୱତ୍ସରେଷୁ ଗତେଷୁ ସୀନଯପର୍ୱ୍ୱତସ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଲିତସ୍ତମ୍ବସ୍ୟ ୱହ୍ନିଶିଖାଯାଂ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଦୂତସ୍ତସ୍ମୈ ଦର୍ଶନଂ ଦଦୌ|
31 And Moses seeing it wondered at the sight; and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of the Lord came [[to him]],
ମୂସାସ୍ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ଦର୍ଶନେ ୱିସ୍ମଯଂ ମତ୍ୱା ୱିଶେଷଂ ଜ୍ଞାତୁଂ ନିକଟଂ ଗଚ୍ଛତି,
32 saying, “I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob.” And Moses trembled and durst not behold.
ଏତସ୍ମିନ୍ ସମଯେ, ଅହଂ ତୱ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷାଣାମ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରୋଽର୍ଥାଦ୍ ଇବ୍ରାହୀମ ଈଶ୍ୱର ଇସ୍ହାକ ଈଶ୍ୱରୋ ଯାକୂବ ଈଶ୍ୱରଶ୍ଚ, ମୂସାମୁଦ୍ଦିଶ୍ୟ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟୈତାଦୃଶୀ ୱିହାଯସୀଯା ୱାଣୀ ବଭୂୱ, ତତଃ ସ କମ୍ପାନ୍ୱିତଃ ସନ୍ ପୁନ ର୍ନିରୀକ୍ଷିତୁଂ ପ୍ରଗଲ୍ଭୋ ନ ବଭୂୱ|
33 And the Lord said to him, “Loose the sandals from thy feet; for the place where thou standest is holy ground.
ପରମେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ତଂ ଜଗାଦ, ତୱ ପାଦଯୋଃ ପାଦୁକେ ମୋଚଯ ଯତ୍ର ତିଷ୍ଠସି ସା ପୱିତ୍ରଭୂମିଃ|
34 I have surely seen the oppression of my people in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them; and now, come, I will send thee into Egypt.”
ଅହଂ ମିସରଦେଶସ୍ଥାନାଂ ନିଜଲୋକାନାଂ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶାଂ ନିତାନ୍ତମ୍ ଅପଶ୍ୟଂ, ତେଷାଂ କାତର୍ୟ୍ୟୋକ୍ତିଞ୍ଚ ଶ୍ରୁତୱାନ୍ ତସ୍ମାତ୍ ତାନ୍ ଉଦ୍ଧର୍ତ୍ତୁମ୍ ଅୱରୁହ୍ୟାଗମମ୍; ଇଦାନୀମ୍ ଆଗଚ୍ଛ ମିସରଦେଶଂ ତ୍ୱାଂ ପ୍ରେଷଯାମି|
35 This Moses, whom they denied, saying, “Who made thee a ruler and a judge?” this very man did God send both as a ruler and a redeemer with the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush.
କସ୍ତ୍ୱାଂ ଶାସ୍ତୃତ୍ୱୱିଚାରଯିତୃତ୍ୱପଦଯୋ ର୍ନିଯୁକ୍ତୱାନ୍, ଇତି ୱାକ୍ୟମୁକ୍ତ୍ୱା ତୈ ର୍ୟୋ ମୂସା ଅୱଜ୍ଞାତସ୍ତମେୱ ଈଶ୍ୱରଃ ସ୍ତମ୍ବମଧ୍ୟେ ଦର୍ଶନଦାତ୍ରା ତେନ ଦୂତେନ ଶାସ୍ତାରଂ ମୁକ୍ତିଦାତାରଞ୍ଚ କୃତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରେଷଯାମାସ|
36 This very man brought them out, working wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red Sea, and in the wilderness forty years.
ସ ଚ ମିସରଦେଶେ ସୂଫ୍ନାମ୍ନି ସମୁଦ୍ରେ ଚ ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ଚତ୍ୱାରିଂଶଦ୍ୱତ୍ସରାନ୍ ଯାୱତ୍ ମହାପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ନାନାପ୍ରକାରାଣ୍ୟଦ୍ଭୁତାନି କର୍ମ୍ମାଣି ଲକ୍ଷଣାନି ଚ ଦର୍ଶଯିତ୍ୱା ତାନ୍ ବହିଃ କୃତ୍ୱା ସମାନିନାଯ|
37 This is the Moses who said to the sons of Israel, “A prophet will God raise up to you from among your brethren, as he raised up me.”
ପ୍ରଭୁଃ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରୋ ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣସ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟେ ମାଦୃଶମ୍ ଏକଂ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱକ୍ତାରମ୍ ଉତ୍ପାଦଯିଷ୍ୟତି ତସ୍ୟ କଥାଯାଂ ଯୂଯଂ ମନୋ ନିଧାସ୍ୟଥ, ଯୋ ଜନ ଇସ୍ରାଯେଲଃ ସନ୍ତାନେଭ୍ୟ ଏନାଂ କଥାଂ କଥଯାମାସ ସ ଏଷ ମୂସାଃ|
38 This is he that was in the assembly in the wilderness with the anger who spake to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers; who received the living oracles to give to us;
ମହାପ୍ରାନ୍ତରସ୍ଥମଣ୍ଡଲୀମଧ୍ୟେଽପି ସ ଏୱ ସୀନଯପର୍ୱ୍ୱତୋପରି ତେନ ସାର୍ଦ୍ଧଂ ସଂଲାପିନୋ ଦୂତସ୍ୟ ଚାସ୍ମତ୍ପିତୃଗଣସ୍ୟ ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥଃ ସନ୍ ଅସ୍ମଭ୍ୟଂ ଦାତୱ୍ୟନି ଜୀୱନଦାଯକାନି ୱାକ୍ୟାନି ଲେଭେ|
39 to whom our fathers would not be obedient, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back into Egypt,
ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷାସ୍ତମ୍ ଅମାନ୍ୟଂ କତ୍ୱା ସ୍ୱେଭ୍ୟୋ ଦୂରୀକୃତ୍ୟ ମିସରଦେଶଂ ପରାୱୃତ୍ୟ ଗନ୍ତୁଂ ମନୋଭିରଭିଲଷ୍ୟ ହାରୋଣଂ ଜଗଦୁଃ,
40 saying to Aaron, “Make us gods who shall go before us; for as for this Moses, who brought us out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.”
ଅସ୍ମାକମ୍ ଅଗ୍ରେଽଗ୍ରେ ଗନ୍ତୁମ୍ ଅସ୍ମଦର୍ଥଂ ଦେୱଗଣଂ ନିର୍ମ୍ମାହି ଯତୋ ଯୋ ମୂସା ଅସ୍ମାନ୍ ମିସରଦେଶାଦ୍ ବହିଃ କୃତ୍ୱାନୀତୱାନ୍ ତସ୍ୟ କିଂ ଜାତଂ ତଦସ୍ମାଭି ର୍ନ ଜ୍ଞାଯତେ|
41 And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands.
ତସ୍ମିନ୍ ସମଯେ ତେ ଗୋୱତ୍ସାକୃତିଂ ପ୍ରତିମାଂ ନିର୍ମ୍ମାଯ ତାମୁଦ୍ଦିଶ୍ୟ ନୈୱେଦ୍ୟମୁତ୍ମୃଜ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱହସ୍ତକୃତୱସ୍ତୁନା ଆନନ୍ଦିତୱନ୍ତଃ|
42 But God turned away, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the Prophets, “Did ye offer to me slain beasts and sacrifices for forty years in the wilderness, O house of Israel?
ତସ୍ମାଦ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରସ୍ତେଷାଂ ପ୍ରତି ୱିମୁଖଃ ସନ୍ ଆକାଶସ୍ଥଂ ଜ୍ୟୋତିର୍ଗଣଂ ପୂଜଯିତୁଂ ତେଭ୍ୟୋଽନୁମତିଂ ଦଦୌ, ଯାଦୃଶଂ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦିନାଂ ଗ୍ରନ୍ଥେଷୁ ଲିଖିତମାସ୍ତେ, ଯଥା, ଇସ୍ରାଯେଲୀଯୱଂଶା ରେ ଚତ୍ୱାରିଂଶତ୍ସମାନ୍ ପୁରା| ମହତି ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଯୂଯନ୍ତୁ ଯାନି ଚ| ବଲିହୋମାଦିକର୍ମ୍ମାଣି କୃତୱନ୍ତସ୍ତୁ ତାନି କିଂ| ମାଂ ସମୁଦ୍ଦିଶ୍ୟ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭିଃ ପ୍ରକୃତାନୀତି ନୈୱ ଚ|
43 And ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of the god Rephan, the figures which ye made to worship them; and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.”
କିନ୍ତୁ ୱୋ ମୋଲକାଖ୍ୟସ୍ୟ ଦେୱସ୍ୟ ଦୂଷ୍ୟମେୱ ଚ| ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ରିମ୍ଫନାଖ୍ୟାଯା ଦେୱତାଯାଶ୍ଚ ତାରକା| ଏତଯୋରୁଭଯୋ ର୍ମୂର୍ତୀ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଭିଃ ପରିପୂଜିତେ| ଅତୋ ଯୁଷ୍ମାଂସ୍ତୁ ବାବେଲଃ ପାରଂ ନେଷ୍ୟାମି ନିଶ୍ଚିତଂ|
44 Our fathers had the tabernacle of the testimony in the wilderness, as he that spoke to Moses commanded that he should make it according to the pattern that he had seen;
ଅପରଞ୍ଚ ଯନ୍ନିଦର୍ଶନମ୍ ଅପଶ୍ୟସ୍ତଦନୁସାରେଣ ଦୂଷ୍ୟଂ ନିର୍ମ୍ମାହି ଯସ୍ମିନ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରୋ ମୂସାମ୍ ଏତଦ୍ୱାକ୍ୟଂ ବଭାଷେ ତତ୍ ତସ୍ୟ ନିରୂପିତଂ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ୟସ୍ୱରୂପଂ ଦୂଷ୍ୟମ୍ ଅସ୍ମାକଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷୈଃ ସହ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ ତସ୍ଥୌ|
45 which also our fathers received and brought in with Joshua, at their taking possession of the gentiles whom God drove out from before our fathers, until the days of David;
ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ଯିହୋଶୂଯେନ ସହିତୈସ୍ତେଷାଂ ୱଂଶଜାତୈରସ୍ମତ୍ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷୈଃ ସ୍ୱେଷାଂ ସମ୍ମୁଖାଦ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରେଣ ଦୂରୀକୃତାନାମ୍ ଅନ୍ୟଦେଶୀଯାନାଂ ଦେଶାଧିକୃତିକାଲେ ସମାନୀତଂ ତଦ୍ ଦୂଷ୍ୟଂ ଦାଯୂଦୋଧିକାରଂ ଯାୱତ୍ ତତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନ ଆସୀତ୍|
46 who found favor before God, and asked that he might find a habitation for the God of Jacob.
ସ ଦାଯୂଦ୍ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟାନୁଗ୍ରହଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ୟ ଯାକୂବ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରାର୍ଥମ୍ ଏକଂ ଦୂଷ୍ୟଂ ନିର୍ମ୍ମାତୁଂ ୱୱାଞ୍ଛ;
47 But Solomon built him a house.
କିନ୍ତୁ ସୁଲେମାନ୍ ତଦର୍ଥଂ ମନ୍ଦିରମ୍ ଏକଂ ନିର୍ମ୍ମିତୱାନ୍|
48 Yet the Most High dwelleth not in [[temples]] made with hands; as saith the prophet,
ତଥାପି ଯଃ ସର୍ୱ୍ୱୋପରିସ୍ଥଃ ସ କସ୍ମିଂଶ୍ଚିଦ୍ ହସ୍ତକୃତେ ମନ୍ଦିରେ ନିୱସତୀତି ନହି, ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦୀ କଥାମେତାଂ କଥଯତି, ଯଥା,
49 “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What house will ye build for me? saith the Lord; or what is the place of my rest?
ପରେଶୋ ୱଦତି ସ୍ୱର୍ଗୋ ରାଜସିଂହାସନଂ ମମ| ମଦୀଯଂ ପାଦପୀଠଞ୍ଚ ପୃଥିୱୀ ଭୱତି ଧ୍ରୁୱଂ| ତର୍ହି ଯୂଯଂ କୃତେ ମେ କିଂ ପ୍ରନିର୍ମ୍ମାସ୍ୟଥ ମନ୍ଦିରଂ| ୱିଶ୍ରାମାଯ ମଦୀଯଂ ୱା ସ୍ଥାନଂ କିଂ ୱିଦ୍ୟତେ ତ୍ୱିହ|
50 Did not my hands make all these things?”
ସର୍ୱ୍ୱାଣ୍ୟେତାନି ୱସ୍ତୂନି କିଂ ମେ ହସ୍ତକୃତାନି ନ||
51 Stiffnecked, and uncircumcised in heart and ears! ye do always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do ye.
ହେ ଅନାଜ୍ଞାଗ୍ରାହକା ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣେ ଶ୍ରୱଣେ ଚାପୱିତ୍ରଲୋକାଃ ଯୂଯମ୍ ଅନୱରତଂ ପୱିତ୍ରସ୍ୟାତ୍ମନଃ ପ୍ରାତିକୂଲ୍ୟମ୍ ଆଚରଥ, ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷା ଯାଦୃଶା ଯୂଯମପି ତାଦୃଶାଃ|
52 Which of the prophets did not your fathers persecute? And they slew those who foretold the coming of the righteous one, of whom ye have now become the betrayers and murderers;
ଯୁଷ୍ମାକଂ ପୂର୍ୱ୍ୱପୁରୁଷାଃ କଂ ଭୱିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ୱାଦିନଂ ନାତାଡଯନ୍? ଯେ ତସ୍ୟ ଧାର୍ମ୍ମିକସ୍ୟ ଜନସ୍ୟାଗମନକଥାଂ କଥିତୱନ୍ତସ୍ତାନ୍ ଅଘ୍ନନ୍ ଯୂଯମ୍ ଅଧୂନା ୱିଶ୍ୱାସଘାତିନୋ ଭୂତ୍ୱା ତଂ ଧାର୍ମ୍ମିକଂ ଜନମ୍ ଅହତ|
53 ye who received the Law as ordained through angels, and did not keep it.
ଯୂଯଂ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗୀଯଦୂତଗଣେନ ୱ୍ୟୱସ୍ଥାଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ୟାପି ତାଂ ନାଚରଥ|
54 But when they heard these things, their hearts were filled with rage, and they gnashed their teeth at him.
ଇମାଂ କଥାଂ ଶ୍ରୁତ୍ୱା ତେ ମନଃସୁ ବିଦ୍ଧାଃ ସନ୍ତସ୍ତଂ ପ୍ରତି ଦନ୍ତଘର୍ଷଣମ୍ ଅକୁର୍ୱ୍ୱନ୍|
55 But, being full of the Holy Spirit, he looked up earnestly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
କିନ୍ତୁ ସ୍ତିଫାନଃ ପୱିତ୍ରେଣାତ୍ମନା ପୂର୍ଣୋ ଭୂତ୍ୱା ଗଗଣଂ ପ୍ରତି ସ୍ଥିରଦୃଷ୍ଟିଂ କୃତ୍ୱା ଈଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ଦକ୍ଷିଣେ ଦଣ୍ଡାଯମାନଂ ଯୀଶୁଞ୍ଚ ୱିଲୋକ୍ୟ କଥିତୱାନ୍;
56 and said, Lo, I behold the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.
ପଶ୍ୟ, ମେଘଦ୍ୱାରଂ ମୁକ୍ତମ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରସ୍ୟ ଦକ୍ଷିଣେ ସ୍ଥିତଂ ମାନୱସୁତଞ୍ଚ ପଶ୍ୟାମି|
57 And they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and rushed upon him with one accord;
ତଦା ତେ ପ୍ରୋଚ୍ଚୈଃ ଶବ୍ଦଂ କୃତ୍ୱା କର୍ଣେଷ୍ୱଙ୍ଗୁଲୀ ର୍ନିଧାଯ ଏକଚିତ୍ତୀଭୂଯ ତମ୍ ଆକ୍ରମନ୍|
58 and having cast him out of the city, they stoned him. And the witnesses laid down their garments at the feet of a young man named Saul;
ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ତଂ ନଗରାଦ୍ ବହିଃ କୃତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରସ୍ତରୈରାଘ୍ନନ୍ ସାକ୍ଷିଣୋ ଲାକାଃ ଶୌଲନାମ୍ନୋ ଯୂନଶ୍ଚରଣସନ୍ନିଧୌ ନିଜୱସ୍ତ୍ରାଣି ସ୍ଥାପିତୱନ୍ତଃ|
59 and they stoned Stephen, making supplication, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
ଅନନ୍ତରଂ ହେ ପ୍ରଭୋ ଯୀଶେ ମଦୀଯମାତ୍ମାନଂ ଗୃହାଣ ସ୍ତିଫାନସ୍ୟେତି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନୱାକ୍ୟୱଦନସମଯେ ତେ ତଂ ପ୍ରସ୍ତରୈରାଘ୍ନନ୍|
60 And kneeling down he cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And saying this, he fell asleep.
ତସ୍ମାତ୍ ସ ଜାନୁନୀ ପାତଯିତ୍ୱା ପ୍ରୋଚ୍ଚୈଃ ଶବ୍ଦଂ କୃତ୍ୱା, ହେ ପ୍ରଭେ ପାପମେତଦ୍ ଏତେଷୁ ମା ସ୍ଥାପଯ, ଇତ୍ୟୁକ୍ତ୍ୱା ମହାନିଦ୍ରାଂ ପ୍ରାପ୍ନୋତ୍|
