12 But Peter seeing it, answered the people: Men of Israel, why wonder ye at this? Or why look ye earnestly on us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man to walk?
Rĩrĩa Petero onire ũguo, akĩmeera atĩrĩ, “Andũ aya a Isiraeli, ũndũ ũyũ ũramũgegia nĩkĩ? Mũratũrora atĩa taarĩ hinya witũ kana ũthingu witũ watũma mũndũ ũyũ etware na magũrũ?
13 The God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his servant Jesus, whom ye indeed delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him.

16 And his name, through faith in his name, made this man strong, whom ye see and know; yea, the faith which is through him gave him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

22 Moses indeed said, “A prophet will the Lord your God raise up to you from among your brethren, as be raised up me; him shall ye hear in all things, whatever he shall speak to you.
Nĩgũkorwo Musa oigire atĩrĩ, ‘Mwathani Ngai wanyu nĩakamwarahũrĩra mũnabii o ta niĩ kuuma kũrĩ andũ anyu. Na no nginya mũgaathikĩrĩria ũrĩa wothe akaamwĩra.
23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul which doth not hear that prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.”
Na rĩrĩ, mũndũ o wothe ũrĩa ũtakamũthikĩrĩria, nĩakeherio biũ kuuma kũrĩ andũ ao.’
24 And all the prophets also, Samuel and those who followed, as many as spoke, announced these days.
