14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said to them, Men of Judea, and all that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known to you, and hearken to my words.

22 Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus the Nazarene, a man approved of God to you by miracles, and wonders, and signs, which God wrought by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves know, —

29 Brethren, I may speak to you with freedom of the patriarch David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is among us to this day.
“Mwet lili luk, nga enenu in kaskas na kalem nu suwos kacl David, papa matu pwengpeng tumasr. El tuh misa ac pukpuki, ac kulyuk lal uh pa na oan yorosr nwe misenge.

32 This Jesus God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
God El tuh akmoulyauk Jesus se inge liki misa, ac kut nukewa mwet loh kac.
33 Being therefore exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit, he hath poured forth this, which ye both see and hear.

36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God hath made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom ye crucified.
“Ke ma inge, wona kowos mwet Israel nukewa in arulana etu kalem, lah Jesus se inge su kowos srupusrak fin sakseng, pa God El orala tuh elan Leum ac Christ!”
37 And when they heard this, they were pierced to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, Brethren, what must we do?
Ke mwet uh lohng ma inge, arulana fakisya insialos, na elos fahk nu sel Peter ac mwet sap ngia, “Mwet lili, mea kut ac oru uh?”
38 But Peter said to them, Repent, and let every one of you be baptized to the name of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins, and ye will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this perverse generation.
