Acts 12
1 Now about that time, Herod the king laid his hands upon certain of the church, to oppress them.
১তস্মিন্ সমযে হেৰোদ্ৰাজো মণ্ডল্যাঃ কিযজ্জনেভ্যো দুঃখং দাতুং প্ৰাৰভৎ|
2 And he slew James, the brother of John, with the sword.
২ৱিশেষতো যোহনঃ সোদৰং যাকূবং কৰৱালাঘাতেন্ হতৱান্|
3 And seeing that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded to apprehend Peter also; (then were the days of unleavened bread; )
৩তস্মাদ্ যিহূদীযাঃ সন্তুষ্টা অভৱন্ ইতি ৱিজ্ঞায স পিতৰমপি ধৰ্ত্তুং গতৱান্|
4 and he seized him and put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after the passover to bring him forth to the people.
৪তদা কিণ্ৱশূন্যপূপোৎসৱসময উপাতিষ্টৎ; অত উৎসৱে গতে সতি লোকানাং সমক্ষং তং বহিৰানেয্যামীতি মনসি স্থিৰীকৃত্য স তং ধাৰযিৎৱা ৰক্ষ্ণাৰ্থম্ যেষাম্ একৈকসংঘে চৎৱাৰো জনাঃ সন্তি তেষাং চতুৰ্ণাং ৰক্ষকসংঘানাং সমীপে তং সমৰ্প্য কাৰাযাং স্থাপিতৱান্|
5 Peter therefore was kept guarded in prison; but earnest prayer was made by the church to God in his behalf.
৫কিন্তুং পিতৰস্য কাৰাস্থিতিকাৰণাৎ মণ্ডল্যা লোকা অৱিশ্ৰামম্ ঈশ্ৱৰস্য সমীপে প্ৰাৰ্থযন্ত|
6 And when Herod was about to bring him forth, on that night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and keepers before the door were guarding the prison.
৬অনন্তৰং হেৰোদি তং বহিৰানাযিতুং উদ্যতে সতি তস্যাং ৰাত্ৰৌ পিতৰো ৰক্ষকদ্ৱযমধ্যস্থানে শৃঙ্খলদ্ৱযেন বদ্ধ্ৱঃ সন্ নিদ্ৰিত আসীৎ, দৌৱাৰিকাশ্চ কাৰাযাঃ সম্মুখে তিষ্ঠনতো দ্ৱাৰম্ অৰক্ষিষুঃ|
7 And lo! an angel of the Lord came to him, and a light shone in the room; and he smote Peter on the side, and roused him, saying, Rise up quickly. And his chains fell from his hands.
৭এতস্মিন্ সমযে পৰমেশ্ৱৰস্য দূতে সমুপস্থিতে কাৰা দীপ্তিমতী জাতা; ততঃ স দূতঃ পিতৰস্য কুক্ষাৱাৱাতং কৃৎৱা তং জাগৰযিৎৱা ভাষিতৱান্ তূৰ্ণমুত্তিষ্ঠ; ততস্তস্য হস্তস্থশৃঙ্খলদ্ৱযং গলৎ পতিতং|
8 And the angel said to him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals; and he did so. And he saith to him, Throw thy garment round thee, and follow me.
৮স দূতস্তমৱদৎ, বদ্ধকটিঃ সন্ পাদযোঃ পাদুকে অৰ্পয; তেন তথা কৃতে সতি দূতস্তম্ উক্তৱান্ গাত্ৰীযৱস্ত্ৰং গাত্ৰে নিধায মম পশ্চাদ্ এহি|
9 And he went out, and followed; and he knew not that what was done by the angel was real, but thought he saw a vision.
৯ততঃ পিতৰস্তস্য পশ্চাদ্ ৱ্ৰজন বহিৰগচ্ছৎ, কিন্তু দূতেন কৰ্ম্মৈতৎ কৃতমিতি সত্যমজ্ঞাৎৱা স্ৱপ্নদৰ্শনং জ্ঞাতৱান্|
10 And when they had passed the first, and the second guard, they came to the iron gate that leadeth to the city, which opened to them of itself; and they went out and passed on through one street, and the angel immediately departed from him.
১০ইত্থং তৌ প্ৰথমাং দ্ৱিতীযাঞ্চ কাৰাং লঙ্ঘিৎৱা যেন লৌহনিৰ্ম্মিতদ্ৱাৰেণ নগৰং গম্যতে তৎসমীপং প্ৰাপ্নুতাং; ততস্তস্য কৱাটং স্ৱযং মুক্তমভৱৎ ততস্তৌ তৎস্থানাদ্ বহি ৰ্ভূৎৱা মাৰ্গৈকস্য সীমাং যাৱদ্ গতৌ; ততোঽকস্মাৎ স দূতঃ পিতৰং ত্যক্তৱান্|
11 And when Peter had come to himself, he said, Now I know certainly, that the Lord hath sent forth his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
১১তদা স চেতনাং প্ৰাপ্য কথিতৱান্ নিজদূতং প্ৰহিত্য পৰমেশ্ৱৰো হেৰোদো হস্তাদ্ যিহূদীযলোকানাং সৰ্ৱ্ৱাশাযাশ্চ মাং সমুদ্ধৃতৱান্ ইত্যহং নিশ্চযং জ্ঞাতৱান্|
12 And when he understood the matter, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, surnamed Mark, where many were gathered together, and praying.
১২স ৱিৱিচ্য মাৰ্কনাম্ৰা ৱিখ্যাতস্য যোহনো মাতু ৰ্মৰিযমো যস্মিন্ গৃহে বহৱঃ সম্ভূয প্ৰাৰ্থযন্ত তন্নিৱেশনং গতঃ|
13 And as he knocked at the door of the gate, a maid-servant came to listen, named Rhoda;
১৩পিতৰেণ বহিৰ্দ্ৱাৰ আহতে সতি ৰোদানামা বালিকা দ্ৰষ্টুং গতা|
14 and recognizing Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness; but ran in, and told them that Peter was standing before the gate.
১৪ততঃ পিতৰস্য স্ৱৰং শ্ৰুৱা সা হৰ্ষযুক্তা সতী দ্ৱাৰং ন মোচযিৎৱা পিতৰো দ্ৱাৰে তিষ্ঠতীতি ৱাৰ্ত্তাং ৱক্তুম্ অভ্যন্তৰং ধাৱিৎৱা গতৱতী|
15 And they said to her, Thou art mad. But she positively affirmed that it was even so. Then they said, It is his angel.
১৫তে প্ৰাৱোচন্ ৎৱমুন্মত্তা জাতাসি কিন্তু সা মুহুৰ্মুহুৰুক্তৱতী সত্যমেৱৈতৎ|
16 But Peter continued knocking; and opening the door, they saw him, and were amazed.
১৬তদা তে কথিতৱন্তস্তৰ্হি তস্য দূতো ভৱেৎ|
17 But beckoning to them with his hand to be silent, he related how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go and tell these things to James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went to another place.
১৭পিতৰো দ্ৱাৰমাহতৱান্ এতস্মিন্নন্তৰে দ্ৱাৰং মোচযিৎৱা পিতৰং দৃষ্ট্ৱা ৱিস্মযং প্ৰাপ্তাঃ|
18 And when it was day, there was no small commotion among the soldiers, as to what had become of Peter.
১৮ততঃ পিতৰো নিঃশব্দং স্থাতুং তান্ প্ৰতি হস্তেন সঙ্কেতং কৃৎৱা পৰমেশ্ৱৰো যেন প্ৰকাৰেণ তং কাৰাযা উদ্ধৃত্যানীতৱান্ তস্য ৱৃত্তান্তং তানজ্ঞাপযৎ, যূযং গৎৱা যাকুবং ভ্ৰাতৃগণঞ্চ ৱাৰ্ত্তামেতাং ৱদতেত্যুক্তা স্থানান্তৰং প্ৰস্থিতৱান্|
19 And Herod, when he had sought for him and found him not, examined the keepers, and commanded that they should be led away [[to execution]]. And he went down from Judea to Caesarea, and there abode.
১৯প্ৰভাতে সতি পিতৰঃ ক্ৱ গত ইত্যত্ৰ ৰক্ষকাণাং মধ্যে মহান্ কলহো জাতঃ|
20 And he was highly displeased with the Tyrians and Sidonians; but they came to him with one accord, and having made Blastus the king's chamberlain their friend, sued for peace; because their country drew its nourishment from that of the king.
২০হেৰোদ্ বহু মৃগযিৎৱা তস্যোদ্দেশে ন প্ৰাপ্তে সতি ৰক্ষকান্ সংপৃচ্ছ্য তেষাং প্ৰাণান্ হন্তুম্ আদিষ্টৱান্|
21 And on a day appointed, Herod, having arrayed himself in royal apparel, and taken his seat on the throne, made a speech to them.
২১পশ্চাৎ স যিহূদীযপ্ৰদেশাৎ কৈসৰিযানগৰং গৎৱা তত্ৰাৱাতিষ্ঠৎ|
22 And thereupon the people shouted, The voice of a god, and not of a man!
২২সোৰসীদোনদেশযো ৰ্লোকেভ্যো হেৰোদি যুযুৎসৌ সতি তে সৰ্ৱ্ৱ একমন্ত্ৰণাঃ সন্তস্তস্য সমীপ উপস্থায ল্ৱাস্তনামানং তস্য ৱস্ত্ৰগৃহাধীশং সহাযং কৃৎৱা হেৰোদা সাৰ্দ্ধং সন্ধিং প্ৰাৰ্থযন্ত যতস্তস্য ৰাজ্ঞো দেশেন তেষাং দেশীযানাং ভৰণম্ অভৱৎং
23 But immediately an angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory, and he was eaten by worms, and expired.
২৩অতঃ কুত্ৰচিন্ নিৰুপিতদিনে হেৰোদ্ ৰাজকীযং পৰিচ্ছদং পৰিধায সিংহাসনে সমুপৱিশ্য তান্ প্ৰতি কথাম্ উক্তৱান্|
24 But the word of God grew and was extended.
২৪ততো লোকা উচ্চৈঃকাৰং প্ৰত্যৱদন্, এষ মনুজৰৱো ন হি, ঈশ্ৱৰীযৰৱঃ|
25 And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, having performed their service, taking with them also John, surnamed Mark.
২৫তদা হেৰোদ্ ঈশ্ৱৰস্য সম্মানং নাকৰোৎ; তস্মাদ্ধেতোঃ পৰমেশ্ৱৰস্য দূতো হঠাৎ তং প্ৰাহৰৎ তেনৈৱ স কীটৈঃ ক্ষীণঃ সন্ প্ৰাণান্ অজহাৎ| কিন্ত্ৱীশ্ৱৰস্য কথা দেশং ৱ্যাপ্য প্ৰবলাভৱৎ| ততঃ পৰং বৰ্ণব্বাশৌলৌ যস্য কৰ্ম্মণো ভাৰং প্ৰাপ্নুতাং তাভ্যাং তস্মিন্ সম্পাদিতে সতি মাৰ্কনাম্না ৱিখ্যাতো যো যোহন্ তং সঙ্গিনং কৃৎৱা যিৰূশালম্নগৰাৎ প্ৰত্যাগতৌ|
