Acts 11
1 And the apostles and the brethren throughout Judaea heard that the gentiles also had received the word of God.
तब प्रेरितों अऊर भाऊ न जो यहूदियों म होतो सुन्यो कि गैरयहूदियों न भी परमेश्वर को वचन मान लियो हय।
2 And when Peter went up to Jerusalem, they that were of the circumcision contended with him,
येकोलायी जब पतरस यरूशलेम म आयो, त खतना करयो हुयो लोग ओको सी वाद-विवाद करन लग्यो,
3 saying, Thou didst go in to men uncircumcised, and didst eat with them.
“तय न खतनारहित करयो लोगों को इत जाय क उन्को संग खायो।”
4 But Peter rehearsed the matter to them in order from the beginning, saying,
तब पतरस न उन्ख सुरूवात सी एक को बाद एक ख कह्य सुनायो:
5 I was in the city of Joppa praying, and in a trance I saw a vision, a sort of vessel descending, as it were a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners, and it came even to me;
“मय याफा नगर म प्रार्थना कर रह्यो होतो, अऊर बेहोश होय क एक दर्शन देख्यो कि एक चिज, बड़ो चादर को जसो चारों कोना सी लटकायो हुयो, आसमान सी उतर क मोरो जवर आयो।
6 on which fixing my eyes, I observed, and saw the four-footed beasts of the earth, and the wild beasts, and the creeping things, and the birds of the air.
जब मय न ओको पर ध्यान करयो, त ओको म धरती को चार पाय वालो अऊर जंगली पशु अऊर रेंगन वालो जन्तु अऊर आसमान को पक्षी देख्यो;
7 And I also heard a voice saying to me, Arise, Peter; slay and eat.
अऊर यो आवाज भी सुन्यो, ‘हे पतरस उठ, मार अऊर खा।’
8 But I said, Not so, Lord; for nothing common or unclean ever entered my mouth.
मय न कह्यो, ‘नहीं प्रभु, नहीं; कहालीकि कोयी अपवित्र यां अशुद्ध चिज मोरो मुंह म कभी नहीं गयी।’
9 But a voice answered the second time out of heaven, That which God hath cleansed, call not thou common.
येको उत्तर म आसमान सी दूसरों बार आवाज भयो, ‘जो कुछ परमेश्वर न शुद्ध ठहरायो हय, ओख अशुद्ध मत कह्य।’
10 And this was done three times; and all were again drawn up into heaven.
तीन बार असोच भयो; तब सब कुछ आसमान पर खीच लियो गयो।
11 And lo! immediately there stood three men at the house where I was, having been sent to me from Caesarea.
अऊर देखो, तुरतच तीन आदमी जो कैसरिया सी मोरो जवर भेज्यो गयो होतो, ऊ घर पर जेको म हम होतो, आय खड़ो हुयो।
12 And the Spirit bade me go with them. And these six brethren also came with me, and we entered the man's house.
तब आत्मा न मोरो सी उन्को संग बिन शक सी होय जान कह्यो, अऊर हि छे भाऊ भी मोरो संग होय गयो; अऊर हम ऊ आदमी को घर गयो।
13 And he told us how he had seen the angel in his house, standing and saying to him, Send to Joppa, and call for Simon, surnamed Peter;
ओन हम्ख बतायो, कि ओन एक स्वर्गदूत ख अपनो घर म खड़ो देख्यो, जेन ओको सी कह्यो, ‘याफा नगर म आदमी भेज क शिमोन ख जो पतरस कहलावय हय, बुलाय लेवो।
14 who will speak to thee words by which thou shalt be saved, and all thy house.
ऊ तुम सी असी बाते कहेंन, जिन्को द्वारा तय अऊर तोरो पूरो घराना उद्धार पायेंन।’
15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
जब मय बाते करन लग्यो, त पवित्र आत्मा उन पर उच तरह सी उतरयो जो तरह सी सुरूवात म हम पर उतरयो होतो।
16 And I remembered the word of the Lord, that he said, John indeed baptized with water, but ye shall be baptized in the Holy Spirit.
तब मोख प्रभु को ऊ वचन याद आयो; जो ओन कह्यो होतो, ‘यूहन्ना न त पानी सी बपतिस्मा दियो, पर तुम पवित्र आत्मा सी बपतिस्मा पावों।’
17 Since then God gave the like gift to them as to us, on believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I, that I could withstand God?
येकोलायी जब परमेश्वर न उन्ख भी उच दान दियो, जो हम्ख प्रभु यीशु मसीह पर विश्वास करन सी मिल्यो होतो; त मय कौन होतो जो परमेश्वर ख रोक सकत होतो?”
18 And when they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, So then to the gentiles also God hath granted repentance unto life.
यो सुन क हि चुप रह्यो, अऊर परमेश्वर की बड़ायी कर क् कहन लग्यो, “तब त परमेश्वर न गैरयहूदियों ख भी जीवन लायी मन फिराव को दान दियो हय।”
19 Now they who were scattered abroad by the persecution that arose on account of Stephen traveled as far as Phenicia, and Cyprus, and Antioch, speaking the word to none but Jews.
जो लोग ऊ कठिनायी को मारे जो स्तिफनुस को वजह पड़्यो होतो, तितर-बितर भय गयो होतो, हि फिरतो-फिरतो फीनीके अऊर साइप्रस अऊर अन्ताकिया म पहुंच्यो; पर यहूदियों ख छोड़ कोयी अऊर ख वचन नहीं सुनावत होतो।
20 But some of them were men of Cyprus and Cyrene, who, when they had come to Antioch, spoke to the Greeks, publishing the glad tidings of the Lord Jesus.
पर उन्म सी कुछ साइप्रस निवासी अऊर कुरेनी होतो, जो अन्ताकिया म आय क यूनानी भाषा बोलन वालो ख भी प्रभु यीशु को सुसमाचार सुनावन लग्यो।
21 And the hand of the Lord was with them; and a great number believed, and turned to the Lord.
प्रभु को हाथ उन पर होतो, अऊर बहुत लोग विश्वास कर क् प्रभु को तरफ फिरयो।
22 But the talk concerning them came to the ears of the church which was in Jerusalem; and they sent forth Barnabas, to go as far as Antioch;
जब उन्की चर्चा यरूशलेम की मण्डली को सुनन म आयी, त उन्न बरनबास ख अन्ताकिया भेज्यो।
23 who, when he came, and saw the grace of God, rejoiced, and exhorted all to cleave to the Lord with purpose of heart;
ऊ उत पहुंच क अऊर परमेश्वर को अनुग्रह ख देख क खुश भयो, अऊर सब ख उपदेश दियो कि तन मन लगाय क प्रभु सी लिपट्यो रहो।
24 for he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and of faith. And a great multitude was added to the Lord.
ऊ एक अच्छो आदमी होतो, अऊर पवित्र आत्मा अऊर विश्वास सी परिपूर्न होतो; अऊर दूसरों बहुत सो लोग प्रभु म आय मिल्यो।
25 And he went to Tarsus, to seek for Saul;
तब ऊ शाऊल ख ढूंढन लायी तरसुस ख चली गयो।
26 and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. And it came to pass, that for a whole year they came together in the church, and taught a great multitude; and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
जब ऊ ओको सी मिल्यो त ओख अन्ताकिया लायो; अऊर असो भयो कि हि एक साल तक मण्डली को संग मिलत अऊर बहुत लोगों ख उपदेश देतो रह्यो; अऊर चेला सब सी पहिले अन्ताकियाच म मसीही कहलायो।
27 And in those days prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch.
उनच दिनो म कुछ भविष्यवक्ता यरूशलेम सी अन्ताकिया आयो।
28 And one of them named Agabus stood up, and signified by the Spirit, that there was about to be a great famine over the whole world; which came to pass in the days of Claudius.
उन्म सी अगबुस नाम को एक न खड़ो होय क आत्मा की प्रेरना सी यो बतायो कि पूरो जगत म बड़ो अकाल पड़ेंन ऊ अकाल क्लौदियुस को समय म पड़्यो।
29 And according as any one of the disciples was prospered, they determined every one of them to send relief to the brethren who dwelt in Judaea;
तब चेलां न निर्णय करयो कि हर एक अपनी अपनी पूंजी को अनुसार यहूदियों म रहन वालो भाऊ की मदत लायी कुछ भेज्यो।
30 which also they did, sending it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.
उन्न असोच करयो; अऊर बरनबास अऊर शाऊल को हाथ म बुजूर्गों को जवर कुछ भेज दियो।
