1 Corinthians 16
1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, according to the directions which I gave to the churches of Galatia, so also do ye.
A około składania na świętych, jakom postanowił we zborach Galickich, tak też i wy czyńcie.
2 Every first day of the week let each of you lay by him something in store, according as he hath prospered; that the collections may not have to be made when I come.
Każdego pierwszego dnia w tygodniu każdy z was niech odkłada u siebie, zbierając według tego, jako mu się powodzi, aby nie dopiero, gdy przyjdę, składania czynione były.
3 And when I am with you, I will send with letters whomever you may approve to carry your bounty to Jerusalem;
A gdy przyjdę, którychkolwiek uchwalicie przez listy, tych poślę, aby odnieśli dobrodziejstwo wasze do Jeruzalemu.
4 and if it be worth while for me to go also, they shall go with me.
A jeźliby słuszna rzecz była, żebym i ja szedł, wespół ze mną pójdą.
5 Now I will come to you, when I have passed through Macedonia; for I am about to pass through Macedonia;
A przyjdę do was, gdy przejdę Macedoniję; (bo pójdę przez Macedoniję).
6 and perhaps I may remain, or even spend the winter with you, that ye may set me forward on my journey whithersoever I may be going.
A podobno zamieszkam u was albo i przezimuję, abyście wy mię odprowadzili, kędykolwiek pójdę.
7 For I am unwilling to see you now in passing; for I hope to stay some time with you if the Lord permit.
Albowiem nie chcę was teraz widzieć, mijając; ale spodziewam się, iż pomieszkam z wami czas niejaki, będzieli Pan chciał.
8 But I shall remain at Ephesus until the Pentecost;
A zostanę w Efezie aż do Świątek.
9 for a door hath been opened to me great and effective, and there are many adversaries.
Albowiem drzwi mi są otworzone wielkie i mocne, i mam wiele przeciwników.
10 Now if Timothy come, see that he be with you without fear; for he is laboring in the work of the Lord, as I am;
Jeźliby tedy przyszedł Tymoteusz, patrzcie, aby bez bojaźni był między wami, bo dzieło Pańskie sprawuje, jako i ja.
11 let no one therefore despise him. But conduct him on in peace, that he may come to me; for I am waiting for him with the brethren.
Przetoż niechaj go nikt nie lekceważy; ale odprowadźcie go w pokoju, aby przyszedł do mnie; bo go czekam z braćmi.
12 As regards Apollos, the brother, I urged him much to come to you with the brethren; and it was not at all his will to come at this time; but he will come when he hath a convenient opportunity.
A o bracie Apollosie wiedzcie, żem go bardzo prosił, aby szedł do was z braćmi; ale zgoła nie miał woli, aby teraz szedł; przyjdzie jednak, gdy czas po temu mieć będzie.
13 Watch, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong;
Czujcież, stójcie w wierze, mężnie sobie poczynajcie, zmacniajcie się.
14 let all your doings be in love.
Wszystkie rzeczy wasze niech się dzieją w miłości.
15 And I exhort you, brethren, —ye know the family of Stephanas, that they are the first-fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to the service of the holy, —
A proszę was, bracia! wiedzcie, iż dom Stefanowy jest pierwiastkiem Achai, a iż sami siebie oddali na posługiwanie świętym.
16 that ye submit yourselves to such as they are, and to every one that worketh with us, and laboreth.
Abyście i wy poddani byli takowym, i każdemu pomagającemu i pracującemu.
17 I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus; for what was lacking on your part, they supplied;
A cieszę się z przyjścia Stefana i Fortunata, i Achaika; bo ci niedostatek wasz napełnili.
18 for they refreshed my spirit and yours. Pay regard then to those that are such.
Ochłodzili bowiem ducha mego i waszego; znajcież tedy takowych.
19 The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Prisca, with the church that is in their house, send you many salutations in the Lord.
Pozdrawiają was zbory, które są w Azyi. Pozdrawiają was wielce w Panu Akwilas i Pryscylla, ze zborem, który jest w domu ich.
20 All the brethren salute you. Salute one another with a holy kiss.
Pozdrawiają was bracia wszyscy. Pozdrówcie jedni drugich w świętem pocałowaniu.
21 The salutation of me, Paul, with my own hand.
Pozdrowienie ręką moją Pawłową.
22 If any one loveth not the Lord, let him be accursed! The Lord is at hand.
Jeźliże kto nie miłuje Pana Jezusa Chrystusa, niech będzie przeklęstwem, które zowią Maran ata.
23 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.
Łaska Pana Jezusa Chrystusa niech będzie z wami.
24 My love is with you all in Christ Jesus.
Miłość moja niech będzie z wami wszystkimi w Chrystusie Jezusie. Amen.
