< Romans 1 >
1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle, set apart for the Good News of God,
Rosulluⱪⱪa tallap qaⱪirilƣan, Hudaning hux hǝwirini jakarlaxⱪa ayrip tǝyinlǝngǝn, Mǝsiⱨ Əysaning ⱪuli bolƣan mǝnki Pawlustin salam!
2 which he promised before through his prophets in the holy Scriptures,
Huda bu hux hǝwǝrning kelixini heli burunla pǝyƣǝmbǝrliri arⱪiliⱪ muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda wǝdǝ ⱪilƣanidi.
3 concerning his Son, who was born of the offspring of David according to the flesh,
Bu hux hǝwǝr Ɵz Oƣli, yǝni Rǝbbimiz Əysa Mǝsiⱨ toƣrisididur; jismaniy jǝⱨǝttin U Dawutning nǝslidin tuƣulƣan; birdinbir pak-muⱪǝddǝs Roⱨ tǝripidin ɵlümdin tirildürülüx arⱪiliⱪ «küq-ⱪudrǝt Igisi Hudaning Oƣli» dǝp kɵrsitilip bekitilgǝn;
4 who was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord,
5 through whom we received grace and the office of apostle, for obedience of faith among all the nations, for his name's sake;
U arⱪiliⱪ, xundaⱪla Uning nami üqün barliⱪ ǝllǝr arisida Hudaƣa etiⱪadtin bolƣan itaǝtmǝnlik wujudⱪa kǝltürülüxkǝ biz meⱨir-xǝpⱪǝtkǝ wǝ rosulluⱪⱪa muyǝssǝr bolduⱪ;
6 among whom you are also called to belong to Jesus Christ;
Silǝr ular arisida, Əysa Mǝsiⱨ tǝripidin qaⱪirilƣansilǝr.
7 to all who are in Rome, loved by God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Xunga, Huda sɵygǝn wǝ U «muⱪǝddǝs bǝndilirim» dǝp qaⱪirƣan Rim xǝⱨiridiki ⱨǝmminglarƣa, Atimiz Hudadin wǝ Rǝbbimiz Əysa Mǝsiⱨtin meⱨir-xǝpⱪǝt wǝ aman-hatirjǝmlik bolƣay!
8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed throughout the whole world.
Aldi bilǝn mǝn Əysa Mǝsiⱨ arⱪiliⱪ ⱨǝmminglar üqün Hudayimƣa tǝxǝkkür eytimǝn; qünki silǝrning etiⱪadinglar pütkül alǝmgǝ pur kǝtti.
9 For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the Good News of his Son, how I constantly mention you
Ɵz Oƣli toƣrisidiki hux hǝwǝrdǝ qin roⱨ-ⱪǝlbim bilǝn mǝn hizmitini ⱪiliwatⱪan Huda Ɵzi mening dualirimda silǝrni xunqǝ üzlüksiz ǝslǝp turƣanliⱪimƣa guwaⱨtur.
10 always in my prayers, requesting, if by any means now at last I may succeed by the will of God to come to you.
Mǝn dualirimda, mumkin ⱪǝdǝr Hudaning iradisi bilǝn silǝrning yeninglarƣa berixⱪa ahir muyǝssǝr boluxⱪa ⱨǝmixǝ ɵtünimǝn.
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to strengthen you;
Qünki mǝn silǝrni birǝr roⱨiy iltipatⱪa igǝ ⱪilix arⱪiliⱪ mustǝⱨkǝmlǝx üqün silǝr bilǝn kɵrüxüxkǝ intayin tǝⱪǝzzamǝn;
12 that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith, both yours and mine.
yǝni, mǝn aranglarda bolsam, bir-birimizning etiⱪadidin ɵzara tǝsǝlli wǝ ilⱨam alalaymiz demǝkqimǝn.
13 Now I do not desire to have you unaware, brothers, that I often planned to come to you, and was hindered so far, that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among the other non-Jewish people.
Ⱪerindaxlar, mǝn silǝrning xuni bilixinglarni halaymǝnki, baxⱪa yǝrdiki ǝlliklǝrning arisida hizmitim mewǝ bǝrgǝndǝk, silǝrning aranglardimu hizmitimning mewǝ berixi üqün yeninglarƣa berixni kɵp ⱪetim niyǝt ⱪildim, lekin bügüngiqǝ tosalƣuƣa uqrap keliwatimǝn.
14 I have an obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish.
Mǝn ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ adǝmlǝrgǝ, mǝyli Yunanliⱪlar wǝ yat taipilǝrgǝ, danixmǝn wǝ nadanlarƣa bolsun, ⱨǝmmisigǝ ⱪǝrzdarmǝn.
15 So, for my part, I am eager to preach the Good News to you also who are in Rome.
Xuning üqün imkaniyǝt manga yar bǝrsila mǝn Rimdiki silǝrgimu hux hǝrwǝrni yǝtküzüp bayan ⱪilixⱪa ⱪizƣinmǝn.
16 For I am not ashamed of the Good News, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes; for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.
Qünki mǝn Mǝsiⱨ toƣrisidiki bu hux hǝwǝrdin ⱨǝrgiz hijil bolmaymǝn! Qünki u uningƣa ixǝngüqilirining ⱨǝmmisini, aldi bilǝn Yǝⱨudiylarni, andin keyin Greklǝrni nijatⱪa erixtüridiƣan Hudaning küq-ⱪudritidur!
17 For in it is revealed God's righteousness from faith to faith. As it is written, "But the righteous will live by faith."
Qünki [hux hǝwǝrdǝ] etiⱪadⱪa asaslanƣan, Hudaning birhil ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyliⱪi etiⱪad ⱪilƣuqilarƣa wǝⱨiy ⱪilinƣandur. [Muⱪǝddǝs yazmilarda] yezilƣinidǝk: — «Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy adǝm ixǝnq-etiⱪadi bilǝn ⱨayat bolidu».
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of people, who suppress the truth by unrighteousness,
Qünki ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝtsizlik bilǝn ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtni basidiƣan insanlarning barliⱪ iplasliⱪiƣa wǝ ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝtsizlikigǝ nisbǝtǝn Hudaning ⱪaratⱪan ƣǝzipi ǝrxtin oquⱪ wǝⱨiy ⱪilinmaⱪta.
19 because what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.
Qünki insanlar Huda toƣrisida bilǝlǝydiƣan ixlar ularning kɵz aldida turidu; qünki Huda ⱨǝmmini ularƣa oquⱪ kɵrsitip bǝrgǝn
20 For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made. So they are without excuse. (aïdios )
(qünki dunya apiridǝ bolƣandin beri Hudaning kɵzgǝ kɵrünmǝs ɵzgiqilikliri, yǝni mǝnggülük ⱪudriti wǝ birdinbir Huda ikǝnliki Ɵzi yaratⱪan mǝwjudatlar arⱪiliⱪ oquⱪ kɵrülmǝktǝ, xundaⱪla buni qüxinip yǝtkili bolidu. Xu sǝwǝbtin insanlar ⱨeq baⱨanǝ kɵrsitǝlmǝydu) (aïdios )
21 Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God or give him thanks, but their thinking became nonsense, and their foolish heart was darkened.
— qünki insanlar Hudani bilsimu, uni Huda dǝp uluƣlimidi, Uningƣa tǝxǝkkür eytmidi; ǝksiqǝ, ularning oy-pikirliri bimǝnǝ bolup, nadan ⱪǝlbi ⱪarangƣulixip kǝtti.
22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools,
Ɵzlirini danixmǝn ⱪilip kɵrsǝtsimu, lekin ǝⱪilsiz bolup qiⱪti;
23 and traded the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal humans, and of birds, and four-footed animals, and crawling creatures.
qirimas Hudaning uluƣluⱪining orniƣa qirip ɵlidiƣan adǝmzatⱪa, uqar-ⱪanatlarƣa, tɵt ayaƣliⱪ ⱨaywanlarƣa wǝ yǝr beƣirliƣuqilarƣa ohxaydiƣan butlarni almaxturup ⱪoyƣanidi.
24 Therefore God also abandoned them in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the degrading of their bodies among themselves,
Xunga Huda ularni ⱪǝlbidiki xǝⱨwaniy ⱨǝwǝsliri bilǝn iplasliⱪ ⱪilixⱪa, xundaⱪla bir-birining tǝnlirini nomusⱪa ⱪalduruxⱪa ⱪoyup bǝrdi.
25 who exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. (aiōn )
Ular Huda toƣrisidiki ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝtni yalƣanƣa aylandurdi, Yaratⱪuqining orniƣa yaritilƣan nǝrsilǝrgǝ qoⱪunup, tawap-taǝt ⱪilƣanidi. Ⱨalbuki, Yaratⱪuqiƣa tǝxǝkkür-mǝdⱨiyǝ mǝnggügǝ oⱪulmaⱪta! Amin! (aiōn )
26 For this reason, God abandoned them to their degrading passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for that which is contrary to nature.
Mana xuning üqün, Huda ularni pǝskǝx xǝⱨwaniy ⱨǝwǝslǝrgǝ ⱪoyup bǝrdi. Ⱨǝtta ayallarmu tǝbiiy jinsiy munasiwǝtni ƣǝyriy munasiwǝtkǝ aylandurdi;
27 Likewise also the men, giving up natural relations with women, burned in their lust toward one another, men with men, committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error.
xuningdǝk, ǝrlǝrmu ayallar bilǝn bolidiƣan tǝbiiy jinsiy munasiwǝtlǝrni taxlap, baxⱪa ǝrlǝrgǝ xǝⱨwaniy ⱨǝwǝslǝr bilǝn kɵyüp pixidiƣan boldi. Ərlǝr ǝrlǝr bilǝn xǝrmǝndilikkǝ kirixti wǝ nǝtijidǝ ularning muhalip ⱪilmixliri ɵz bexiƣa qiⱪti.
28 Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God abandoned them to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not right;
Ular Hudani bilixtin waz keqixni layiⱪ kɵrgǝnliki talliƣanliⱪi üqün, Huda ularni buzuⱪ niyǝtlǝrgǝ wǝ nalayiⱪ ixlarni ⱪilixⱪa ⱪoyup bǝrdi.
29 being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil habits, secret slanderers,
Ular ⱨǝrhil ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝtsizlik, rǝzillik, nǝpsaniyǝtqilik, ɵqmǝnlikkǝ qɵmüp, ⱨǝsǝthorluⱪ, ⱪatilliⱪ, jedǝlhorluⱪ, mǝkkarliⱪ wǝ ⱨǝrhil bǝtniyǝtlǝr bilǝn toldi. Ular iƣwagǝr,
30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
tɵⱨmǝthor, Hudaƣa nǝprǝtlinidiƣan, kibirlik, mahtanqaⱪ, qongqi, ⱨǝrhil rǝzilliklǝrni oylap qiⱪiridiƣan, ata-anisining sɵzini anglimaydiƣan,
31 foolish, promise-breakers, heartless, unforgiving, unmerciful;
yorutulmiƣan, wǝdisidǝ turmaydiƣan, kɵyümsiz wǝ rǝⱨimsiz insanlardur.
32 who, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also approve of those who practice them.
Ular Hudaning xularƣa bolƣan adil ⱨɵkümini, yǝni xundaⱪ ixlarni ⱪilƣuqilarning ɵlümgǝ layiⱪ ikǝnlikini eniⱪ bilsimu, bu ixlarni ɵzliri ⱪilipla ⱪalmay, bǝlki xundaⱪ ⱪilidiƣan baxⱪilardin sɵyünüp ularni alⱪixlaydu.
