< Romans 6 >

1 What should we say then? Should we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
Chuti ahileh aphai, Pathen in alungsetna kidangtah eichansahbe chehna dinguva ichonset jing dingu ham?
2 Absolutely not. We who died to sin, how could we live in it any longer?
Chuti thei ponte. Eiho chonsetna'a thisaho chu iti dan'a chuti bep'a chu ihinjom nahlai dingu ham?
3 Or do you not know that all we who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?
Ahilou jongleh eiho Christa Yeshua to kijop matna'a baptize chang chengse hi, Ama thina'a thitha ihiu nasuhmil'u hitam?
4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism to death, that just like Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.
Ajehchu eiho baptize ichan'u hi Christa toh thithaa chule kivuitha ihitauve. Ajehchu Pa thaneina loupitah chun Christa athia kona akaithou banga chu, tua hi eiho jong hinkho thah a ihinthei dingu ahitai.
5 For if we have become united with him in the likeness of his death, we will also be part of his resurrection;
Ama thina a thikhom'ah ihiu banga chu, Ama thokit banga eiho jong hinna'a kaithouva umkit ding ihiu ahi.
6 knowing this, that our old self was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be in bondage to sin.
Eihoa um ihinau milui chonsetna chu Christa to khetbeh tha ihitah jeh uva, chonset in ihinkho uva tha aneina chu lahmanga um ding ahi.
7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.
Ajehchu eiho Christa toh ithiuva chu chonset thaneina noija kon eichamlhatsah-u ahitai.
8 But if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him;
Chule eiho Christa toh thithaihitah jeh uva, eiho Amato ihin dingu ahi ti iheuve.
9 knowing that Christ, being raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no more has dominion over him.
Christa chu athilah a kona thoudoh'a ahitah jeh a, hiche hi ihetchen'u ahi, chule Ama chunga thinan thu aneitah loujeh-a Ama thikit talou ding ahi. Thina chun achunga thu aneitah lou ding ahitai.
10 For the death that he died, he died to sin one time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God.
Ama athia chu chonset sulha dinga khatvei thia ahitai. Hinla, tua Ama ahintah jeh a, Pathen loupina dinga Ama dia hinga ahitai.
11 In the same way, consider yourselves dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
Hijeh a hi nangho jong chonset thaneinaa chu athia nakigel dingu, chule Christa Yeshua jal'a ahinga nakigel dingu ahitai.
12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts.
Hijehchun, natahsau thithei chunga hin tahsa lung ngaichat lam'a chonna dingin chonset vaihomsah hih hel'un
13 Neither present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.
Natibah chengu chu hoipen hijongleh chonset bolnaa man dingin pedoh hihbeh-un. Chusang'in, Pathen ah kipe thengun, ajehchu nangho athisa nahiuvin, hinla tun hinna naneitauve. Hijehchun, natahsa pumpiu chu Pathen loupina dingin adihlam bolna in manguvin.
14 For sin will not have dominion over you. For you are not under law, but under grace.
Nangho Danthu noija naum tahlou jeh uvin, chonset soh nahi tapouve. Chusangin, Pathen lungsetna noija chamlhat nahi tauve.
15 What then? Should we sin because we are not under law, but under grace? Absolutely not.
Achutileh aphai! Pathen lungsetna chun Danthu noija kona eilha ongu ahitahleh, ichonset jom jing thei nahlaiyu ahi tina ham? Hiti chu hithei ponte.
16 Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, whether of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to righteousness?
Koi hijeng jongleh asoh hidinga nakipehna pen dinga chu athua naum ding chu geldoh louva nahim? Nangma chonset soh nahithei, hichun thinaa napuilut ding, ahilouleh chonphatna hinkho Pathen seingaina hinkho naman thei ahi.
17 But thanks be to God, that, whereas you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were entrusted.
Pathen chu thangvah in umhen! Khatvei chu chonset soh nana hiu ahin, hinla tun nanghon hiche thuhil kahil nau hi nalung pum piuvin nangaiyuve.
18 Being made free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
Tua hi nangho chonset soh nahiuva kona nachamlhat'u ahitan, chule chonphatna hinkhoa sohna natoh-u ahitai.
19 I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh, for as you presented your members as slaves to uncleanness and to wickedness upon wickedness, even so now present your members as slaves to righteousness for sanctification.
Na mihinauva lhahsamna aumjeh a, hichea kiseiho jouse hi nahet theina dinguva soh thudol'a vetsahna a kasei ahi. Tumasang sea chu thenlouna le chonkhel na a sohchanga nahiu ahin, hichun chonset'a lhahlut thuh chehna a napui lut'u ahi. Tua hi nangho chonphatna soh a nakipeh lut joh dingu, hichun nathen sah dingu ahi.
20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
Nangho chonset soh nahipet uva chu thilpha bolna lama chamlhat nanahiuve.
21 What fruit then did you have at that time in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.
Chule hichun, aga ipi asodoh em? Nanghon nanabol hou chu najachat piu ahitai, hicheho chun tonsot themmona a napuilut dingu ahi.
22 But now, being made free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit of sanctification, and the result of everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
Hinlah tun, nangho chonset thaneina noiya ongthola nahi tahjeh uva Pathen sohte hung hia nahi tauve. Tun, nanghon hicheho hi nabol'u hin thenna le tonsot hinna ah nalha theitauve. (aiōnios g166)
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is everlasting life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (aiōnios g166)
Ajeh iham itileh chonset natohman thina ahi, hinla Pathen in manbeiya athilpeh hi, i-Pakaiyu Christa Yeshua jal'a Tonsot Hinna ahi. (aiōnios g166)
