< Romans 12 >

1 Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
Tua ahikom suapui te awng, na pumpi uh sia a thiangtho, Pathian tung ah a san thamman, a nungta biakpiakna pia tu in, Pathian i hesuakna tungtawn in kong thum hi, hi thu sia na sep tu uh a pha le a kilawm nasep a hihi.
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. (aiōn g165)
Taciang hi leitung pianzia zil in zui heak vun: ahihang na pha, a san thamman le Pathian deina kicing tetti na lak thei natu uh in, na thinsung puaphat kikna tungtawn in na nuntak zia uh lai in om tavun. (aiōn g165)
3 For I say, through the grace that was given me, to everyone among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith.
Banghangziam cile note sung ah mi khatsim in, ama taw a ki phu ngawl in a sang mama in ama le ama ki ngaisun ngawl a; Pathian in mihing khatsim tung ah a piak upna bang in, pilvangtak in ngaisut tu sia, ka tung hongpiak thuthiamna tungtawn in kong son hi.
4 For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members do not have the same function,
Banghangziam cile pumpi khat sung ah khen tatuam tampi i nei bangma in, tua pumpi khen teng i nasep kibang siat ngawl hi:
5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
Tasia bangma in, eite tam mama napi, Christ sung ah pumkhat i hihi, taciang pumpi khen te sia khat le khat kizom dimdiam uh hi.
6 And we have different gifts according to the grace that was given to us. If prophecy, according to the proportion of the faith;
Eite tung ah hongpiak thuthiamna bang in letsong atuam tek nei i hikom in, mailam thu pualakna letsong nga i hile, upna i san na za in phuang tawng;
7 if service, in the service; if teaching, in the teaching;
Ngual dang na seam tu i hile sepsak tawng: a hiltu i hile hil tawng;
8 if exhorting, in exhortation; giving, in generosity; leading, in diligence; showing mercy, in cheerfulness.
Ngual hanthawn tu a hile, hanthotna nei tahen: piak na a hile, ngotak in pia tahen; ukna a hile, hanciam in uk tahen; hesuak na a hile, angtangtak in hesuak tahen.
9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.
Itna sia ki hitheamsak na omheak tahen. A pha ngawl sia lipkhap vun a; napha te beal kip tavun.
10 In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate one to another; outdo one another in showing honor;
Suapui ki itna taw khat le khat ki it tavun; khat le khat ki zatak vawt tavun;
11 not lagging in diligence; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
Datham ngawl in hanciam in naseam vun; lawptak in Topa na seam vun;
12 rejoicing in hope; enduring in troubles; continuing steadfastly in prayer;
Lametna sung ah lungdam vun; haksatna sung ah thuak vun; a tawntung in thungen vun;
13 contributing to the needs of the saints; given to hospitality.
Mi thiangtho te i kisapna te hawm vun; leangna te phatak in zindo vun.
14 Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse.
Note hong vawtsia te thupha pia vun: thupha pia vun a, hamsiat heak vun.
15 Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep.
A lungdam te taw lungdam khawm tavun a, a kap te taw kap khawm tavun.
16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be arrogant, but associate with the humble. Do not be conceited.
Khat le khat thinkhat lungkhat in om tavun. Noma le noma a sang mama in ki ngaisun heak vun, ahihang dinmun niam mihing te taw kikop vun. Noma le noma mipil khi hi, ci in ki ngaisun heak vun.
17 Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all people.
Siatna sia siatna ma taw thukkik heak vun. Mi theampo mai ah thuman in nungta vun.
18 If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all people.
Ahi thei le, na hi thei tawp in mi theampo taw a kilem in om vun.
19 Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but leave room for the wrath. For it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."
Ka it te awng, note vateak in phulam heak vun, tasia sang in Pathian i thin-ukna sung ah ap zaw vun: banghangziam cile, Topa in, phulakna sia keima a hi; keima in thukkik tu khi hi, ci hi, ci in ki at hi.
20 Therefore "If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for by doing this you will heap coals of fire on his head."
Tua ahikom na ngal te a ngil a kial le an pia in; a dang a tak le, tui pia in: banghangziam cile tabang na vawt ciang in a lu tung ah meikam situa na hi tu hi.
21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Siatna in zosak heak in, ahihang siatna sia phatna taw zo zaw in.
