< Psalms 99 >
1 YHWH reigns. Let the peoples tremble. He sits enthroned among the cherubim; the earth shakes.
ʻOku pule ʻa Sihova; tuku ke tetetete ʻae kakai: ʻoku ʻafio ia ʻi he vahaʻa ʻoe ongo selupi; tuku ke ngalulu ʻa māmani.
2 YHWH is great in Zion. He is high above all the peoples.
ʻOku lahi ʻa Sihova ʻi Saione; pea ʻoku māʻolunga lahi ia ʻi he kakai kotoa pē.
3 Let them praise your great and awesome name. He is Holy.
Tuku kenau fakamālō ki ho huafa lahi mo fakailifia; he ʻoku māʻoniʻoni ia.
4 The King's strength also loves justice. You do establish equity. You execute justice and righteousness in Jacob.
ʻOku ʻofa foki ʻae mālohi ʻoe tuʻi ki he fakamaau; ʻoku ke fokotuʻumaʻu ʻae fai totonu, ʻoku ke fai ʻae fakamaau mo e māʻoniʻoni ʻia Sēkope.
5 Exalt YHWH our God. Worship at his footstool. He is Holy.
Mou fakahikihiki ʻa Sihova ko hotau ʻOtua, pea lotu ʻi hono tuʻunga vaʻe; he ʻoku māʻoniʻoni ia.
6 Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel among those who call on his name; they called on YHWH, and he answered them.
Ko Mōsese mo ʻElone ʻi heʻene kau taulaʻeiki, pea mo Samuela ʻiate kinautolu ʻoku ui ki hono huafa; naʻa nau ui kia Sihova, pea ne talia ʻakinautolu.
7 He spoke to them in the pillar of cloud. They kept his testimonies, the statute that he gave them.
Naʻa ne folofola kiate kinautolu ʻi he pou ʻoe ʻao: naʻa nau tauhi ʻene ngaahi fakamoʻoni, mo e tuʻutuʻuni naʻa ne fokotuʻu kiate kinautolu.
8 You answered them, YHWH our God. You are a God who forgave them, although you took vengeance for their doings.
ʻE Sihova ko homau ʻOtua, naʻa ke talia ʻakinautolu: ko koe ko e ʻOtua naʻa ke fakamolemolea ʻakinautolu, neongo hoʻo totongi koeʻuhi ko ʻenau ngaahi fakakaukau.
9 Exalt YHWH, our God. Worship at his holy mountain, for YHWH, our God, is holy.
Fakahikihiki ʻa Sihova ko hotau ʻOtua, pea lotu ʻi hono moʻunga tapu; he ʻoku māʻoniʻoni ʻa Sihova ko hotau ʻOtua.
