Psalms 31
1 [For the Chief Musician. A Psalm by David.] In you, YHWH, I take refuge. Let me never be disappointed. Deliver me in your righteousness.
伶長にうたはしめたるダビデのうた ヱホバよわれ汝によりたのむ 願くはいづれの日までも愧をおはしめたまふなかれ なんぢの義をもてわれを助けたまへ
2 Bow down your ear to me. Deliver me speedily. Be to me a strong rock, a house of defense to save me.
なんぢの耳をかたぶけて速かにわれをすくひたまへ 願くはわがためにかたき磐となり我をすくふ保障の家となりたまへ
3 For you are my rock and my fortress, therefore for your name's sake lead me and guide me.
なんぢはわが磐わが城なり されば名のゆゑをもてわれを引われを導きたまへ
4 Pluck me out of the net that they have laid secretly for me, for you are my stronghold.
なんぢ我をかれらが密かにまうけたる網よりひきいだしたまへ なんぢはわが保砦なり
5 Into your hands I commit my spirit. You redeem me, YHWH, God of truth.
われ霊魂をなんぢの手にゆだぬ ヱホバまことの神よなんぢはわれを贖ひたまへり
6 I hate those who regard lying vanities, but I trust in YHWH.
われはいつはりの虚きことに心をよする者をにくむ われは獨ヱホバによりたのむなり
7 I will be glad and rejoice in your loving kindness, for you have seen my affliction. You have known my soul in adversities.
我はなんぢの憐憫をよろこびたのしまん なんぢわが艱難をかへりみ わがたましひの禍害をしり
8 You have not shut me up into the hand of the enemy. You have set my feet in a large place.
われを仇の手にとぢこめしめたまはず わが足をひろきところに立たまへばなり
9 Have mercy on me, YHWH, for I am in distress. My eye, my soul, and my body waste away with grief.
われ迫りくるしめり ヱホバよ我をあはれみたまへ わが目はうれひによりておとろふ 霊魂も身もまた衰へぬ
10 For my life is spent with sorrow, my years with sighing. My strength fails because of my affliction, and my bones waste away.
わが生命はかなしみによりて消えゆき わが年華はなげきによりて消ゆけばなり わが力はわが不義によりておとろへ わが骨はかれはてたり
11 Because of all my adversaries I have become utterly contemptible to my neighbors, A fear to my acquaintances. Those who saw me on the street fled from me.
われもろもろの仇ゆゑにそしらる わが隣にはわけて甚だし相識ものには忌憚られ衢にてわれを見るもの避てのがる
12 I am forgotten from their hearts like a dead man. I am like broken pottery.
われは死たるもののごとく忘られて人のこころに置れず われはやぶれたる器もののごとくなれり
13 For I have heard the slander of many, terror on every side, while they conspire together against me, they plot to take away my life.
そは我おほくの人のそしりをきい到るところに懼あり かれら我にさからひて互にはかりしが わが生命をさへとらんと企てたり
14 But I trust in you, YHWH. I said, "You are my God."
されどヱホバよわれ汝によりたのめり また汝はわが神なりといへり
15 My times are in your hand. Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
わが時はすべてなんぢの手にあり ねがはくはわれを仇の手よりたすけ われに追迫るものより助けいだしたまへ
16 Make your face to shine on your servant. Save me in your loving kindness.
なんぢの僕のうへに聖顔をかがやかせ なんぢの仁慈をもて我をすくひたまヘ
17 Let me not be disappointed, YHWH, for I have called on you. Let the wicked be disappointed. Let them be silent in Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
ヱホバよわれに愧をおはしめ給ふなかれ そは我なんぢをよべばなり 願くはあしきものに恥をうけしめ陰府にありて口をつぐましめ給へ (Sheol h7585)
18 Let the lying lips be mute, which speak against the righteous insolently, with pride and contempt.
傲慢と軽侮とをもて義きものにむかひ妄りにののしるいつはりの口唇をつぐましめたまへ
19 Oh how great is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you, which you have worked for those who take refuge in you, before the descendants of Adam.
汝をおそるる者のためにたくはへ なんぢに依頼むもののために人の子のまへにてほどこしたまへる汝のいつくしみは大なるかな
20 In the shelter of your presence you will hide them from the plotting of man. You will keep them secretly in a dwelling away from the strife of tongues.
汝かれらを御前なるひそかなる所にかくして人の謀略よりまぬかれしめ また行宮のうちにひそませて舌のあらそひをさけしめたまはん
21 Praise be to YHWH, for he has shown me his marvelous loving kindness in a besieged city.
讃べきかなヱホバは堅固なる城のなかにて奇しまるるばかりの仁慈をわれに顕したまへり
22 As for me, I said in my haste, "I am cut off from before your eyes." Nevertheless you heard the voice of my petitions when I cried to you.
われ驚きあわてていへらく なんぢの目のまへより絶れたりと 然どわれ汝によびもとめしとき汝わがねがひの聲をききたまへり
23 Oh love YHWH, all you his faithful ones. YHWH preserves the faithful, and fully recompenses him who behaves arrogantly.
なんぢらもろもろの聖徒よヱホバをいつくしめ ヱホバは眞實あるものをまもり傲慢者におもく報をほどこしたまふ
24 Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in YHWH.
すべてヱホバを侯望むものよ雄々しかれ なんぢら心をかたうせよ
