Psalms 145
1 [A praise psalm by David.] I will exalt you, my God, the King. I will praise your name forever and ever.
| مَزْمُورُ تَسْبِيحٍ لِدَاوُدَ يَا إِلَهِي الْمَلِكَ، إِنِّي أُعَظِّمُكَ وَأُبَارِكُ اسْمَكَ إِلَى الدَّهْرِ وَالأَبَدِ. | ١ |
2 Every day I will praise you. I will extol your name forever and ever.
| فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ أُبَارِكُكَ، وَأُسَبِّحُ اسْمَكَ إِلَى الدَّهْرِ وَالأَبَدِ. | ٢ |
3 Great is YHWH, and greatly to be praised. His greatness is unsearchable.
| عَظِيمٌ هُوَ الرَّبُّ، وَلَهُ جَزِيلُ التَّسْبِيحِ، وَلَا اسْتِقْصَاءَ لِعَظَمَتِهِ. | ٣ |
4 One generation will commend your works to another, and will declare your mighty acts.
| يَمْدَحُ أَعْمَالَكَ جِيلٌ مَاضٍ لِجِيلٍ آتٍ، مُعْلِنِينَ أَفْعَالَكَ الْمُقْتَدِرَةَ. | ٤ |
5 Of the glorious splendor of your majesty they will speak, of your wondrous works, I will meditate.
| أَتَحَدَّثُ عَنْ بَهَاءِ مَجْدِكَ الْجَلِيلِ، وَأَتَأَمَّلُ فِي أَعْمَالِكَ الْخَارِقَةِ. | ٥ |
6 Men will speak of the might of your awesome acts. I will declare your greatness.
| هُمْ يُخَبِّرُونَ بِجَبَرُوتِ أَفْعَالِكَ الرَّهِيبَةِ، وَأَنَا أُذِيعُ أَعْمَالَكَ الْعَظِيمَةَ. | ٦ |
7 They will utter the memory of your great goodness, and will sing of your righteousness.
| يُفِيضُونَ بِذِكْرِ صَلاحِكَ الْعَمِيمِ وَبِعَدْلِكَ يَتَرَنَّمُونَ. | ٧ |
8 YHWH is gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and of great loving kindness.
| الرَّبُّ حَنَّانٌ وَرَحِيمٌ، بَطِيءُ الْغَضَبِ وَوَافِرُ الرَّأْفَةِ. | ٨ |
9 YHWH is good to all. His tender mercies are over all his works.
| الرَّبُّ يَغْمُرُ الْجَمِيعَ بِصَلاحِهِ، وَمَرَاحِمُهُ تَعُمُّ كُلَّ أَعْمَالِهِ. | ٩ |
10 All your works will give thanks to you, YHWH. And your faithful ones will bless you.
| كُلُّ أَعْمَالِكَ تُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ يَا رَبُّ، وَأَتْقِيَاؤُكَ يُبَارِكُونَكَ، | ١٠ |
11 They will speak of the glory of your kingdom, and talk about your power;
| يُخَبِّرُونَ بِمَجْدِ مُلْكِكَ، وَيَتَحَدَّثُونَ عَنْ قُدْرَتِكَ. | ١١ |
12 to make known to the descendants of Adam his mighty acts, the glory of the majesty of his kingdom.
| لِكَيْ يُطْلِعُوا النَّاسَ عَلَى أَفْعَالِكَ الْمُقْتَدِرَةِ، وَعَلَى بَهَاءِ مُلْكِكَ الْمَجِيدِ. | ١٢ |
13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. Your dominion endures throughout all generations. YHWH is faithful in all his words, and gracious in all his deeds.
| مُلْكُكَ مُلْكٌ سَرْمَدِيٌّ، وَسُلْطَانُكَ مِنْ جِيلٍ إِلَى جِيلٍ يَدُومُ. | ١٣ |
14 YHWH upholds all who fall, and raises up all those who are bowed down.
| يُسْنِدُ الرَّبُّ كُلَّ الْعَاثِرِينَ، وَيُنْهِضُ كُلَّ الْمُنْحَنِينَ. | ١٤ |
15 The eyes of all wait for you. You give them their food in due season.
| بِكَ تَتَعَلَّقُ أَعْيُنُ النَّاسِ رَاجِيَةً وَأَنْتَ تَرْزُقُهُمْ طَعَامَهُمْ فِي أَوَانِهِ. | ١٥ |
16 You yourself open your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
| تَبْسُطُ يَدَكَ فَتُشْبِعُ رَغْبَةَ كُلِّ مَخْلُوقٍ حَيٍّ. | ١٦ |
17 YHWH is righteous in all his ways, and faithful in all his deeds.
| الرَّبُّ عَادِلٌ فِي جَمِيعِ طُرُقِهِ، وَرَحِيمٌ فِي كُلِّ أَعْمَالِهِ. | ١٧ |
18 YHWH is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
| الرَّبُّ قَرِيبٌ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَهُ بِصِدْقٍ، | ١٨ |
19 He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry, and will save them.
| يُجِيبُ سُؤْلَ جَمِيعِ خَائِفِيهِ، وَيَسْمَعُ تَضَرُّعَهُمْ فَيُخَلِّصُهُمْ. | ١٩ |
20 YHWH preserves all those who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.
| يُحَافِظُ الرَّبُّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُحِبِّيهِ، أَمَّا الأَشْرَارُ فَيُبِيدُهُمْ جَمِيعاً. | ٢٠ |
21 My mouth will speak the praise of YHWH. Let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.
| يَشْدُو فَمِي بِتَسْبِيحِ الرَّبِّ، وَلْيُبَارِكْ كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ اسْمَهُ الْقُدُّوسَ، إِلَى أَبَدِ الآبِدِينَ. | ٢١ |
