Psalms 110

1 [A Psalm by David.] YHWH says to my Lord, "Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet."

௧தாவீதின் பாடல். யெகோவா என் ஆண்டவரை நோக்கி: நான் உம்முடைய எதிரிகளை உம்முடைய பாதத்தின்கீழ் போடும்வரைக்கும், நீர் என்னுடைய வலதுபக்கத்தில் உட்காரும் என்றார்.

2 YHWH will send forth the rod of your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of your enemies.

௨யெகோவா சீயோனிலிருந்து உமது வல்லமையின் செங்கோலை அனுப்புவார்; நீர் உம்முடைய எதிரிகளின் நடுவே ஆளுகைசெய்யும்.

3 Your people offer themselves willingly on the day of your power. On the holy mountains at sunrise the dew of your youth will be yours.

௩உமது மகத்துவத்தின் நாளிலே உம்முடைய மக்கள் மனப்பூர்வமும் பரிசுத்த அலங்காரம் உள்ளவர்களாக இருப்பார்கள்; அதிகாலையின் கர்ப்பத்தில் பிறக்கும் பனிக்குச் சமமாக உம்முடைய மக்கள் உமக்குப் பிறப்பார்கள்.

4 YHWH has sworn, and will not change his mind: "You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek."

௪நீர் மெல்கிசேதேக்கின் முறைமையின்படி என்றென்றைக்கும் ஆசாரியராக இருக்கிறீர் என்று யெகோவா ஆணையிட்டார்; மனம் மாறாமலுமிருப்பார்.

5 YHWH is at your right hand. He will crush kings in the day of his wrath.

௫உம்முடைய வலதுபக்கத்திலிருக்கிற ஆண்டவர், தமது கோபத்தின் நாளிலே ராஜாக்களை வெட்டுவார்.

6 He will judge among the nations. He will heap up dead bodies. He will shatter the head throughout a vast territory.

௬அவர் தேசங்களுக்குள் நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்; எல்லா இடங்களையும் பிரேதங்களால் நிரப்புவார்; அநேக தேசங்களின்மேல் தலைவர்களாக இருக்கிறவர்களை நொறுக்கிப்போடுவார்.

7 He will drink of the brook in the way; therefore he will lift up his head.

௭வழியிலே அவர் நதியில் குடிப்பார்; ஆகையால் அவர் தமது தலையை எடுப்பார்.
