< Psalms 11 >
1 [For the Chief Musician. By David.] In YHWH, I take refuge. How can you say to my soul, "Flee as a bird to your mountain."
[Aka mawt ham David kah] BOEIPA dongah ka ying coeng. Metlamlae ka hinglu te vaa bangla na tlang dongah rhaehba khaw rhaehba mai na ti?
2 For, look, the wicked bend their bows. They set their arrows on the strings, that they may shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
Halang rhoek loh lungbuei aka thuem rhoek te a hmuep lamloh kah ham, lirhui dongah thaltang a mop uh tih lii a phuk uh thil ke.
3 If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?
A yung a paa te a koengloeng uh vaengah aka dueng loh balae a saii thai?
4 YHWH is in his holy temple. YHWH is on his throne in heaven. His eyes look upon the poor. His eyes examine the descendants of Adam.
BOEIPA tah amah kah bawkim cim ah om. BOEIPA kah a ngolkhoel tah vaan ah om. Hlang capa rhoek te a mik neh a dawn tih a mikkhu neh a noem.
5 YHWH examines the righteous, but the wicked and the one who loves violence his soul hates.
BOEIPA loh aka dueng neh aka halang te a noem vaengah kuthlahnah aka lungnah te BOEIPA kah a hinglu loh a hmuhuet.
6 On the wicked he will rain blazing coals; fire, sulfur, and scorching wind shall be the portion of their cup.
Halang tah hmai pael neh kat a tlan thil vetih yilh ling boengloeng te a buham nah ni.
7 For YHWH is righteous. He loves righteousness. The upright shall see his face.
