< Matthew 11 >
1 And it happened that when Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he departed from there to teach and preach in their cities.
KADEKADEO Iesus lao kaimwisokela a masan ong sapwilim a tounpadak ekriamen, ap kotila sang wasa o, pwen kaukawewe o padapadak nan ar kanim akan.
2 Now when John heard in prison the works of the Christ, he sent his disciples
A Ioaneis lao ronger nan imateng wiawian Kristus, ap poronela a tounpadak kai.
3 and said to him, "Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?"
Kalelapok re a: Ir me pan kotido, de sen auiaui amen?
4 And Jesus answered them, "Go and tell John the things which you hear and see:
Iesus kotin sapeng masani ong irail: Komail kowei kaireki Ioanes, me komail rong o kilang:
5 the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.
Me maskun akan kin kilang wasa, o me dangidang kan kin alu, o me tuketuk kan kin makeladar, o me salongepon kan kin rong wasa, o me melar akan kin maureda, o rongamau kin loloki ong me samama kan.
6 And blessed is he who is not offended by me."
O meid pai, me sota pan makar kin ia.
7 And as these went their way, Jesus began to say to the crowds concerning John, "What did you go out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken by the wind?
Mepukat lao kokola, Iesus ap kotin tapiadar mamasani ong pokon o duen Ioanes: Da me komail koieila en kilang nan sap tan? Alek pot, me kin dueduälokki ang?
8 But what did you go out to see? A man in soft clothing? Look, those who wear soft things are in kings' houses.
De da me komail koieila en kilang? Aramas amen nan likau muterok? Kilang, me kin likau kida likau muterok, kin mi nan im en nanmarki kan.
9 But what did you go out to see? A prophet? Yes, I tell you, and much more than a prophet.
De da me komail koieila en kilang? Saukop amen? Ei I indai ong komail a laude sang saukop amen.
10 This is the one of whom it is written, 'Look, I send my messenger ahead of you, who will prepare your way before you.'
Pwe iei i, me intingidier: Kilang I kadarala mo’mui ai men kadar, me pan koko al mo’mui.
11 Truly I tell you, among those who are born of women there has not arisen anyone greater than John the Baptist; yet he who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
Melel I indai ong komail, sota me ipwidi sang ren li akan, me laude sang Ioanes saunpaptais. Ari so, me tikitik nan wein nanlang, iei me laude sang i.
12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent are taking it by force.

14 And if you are willing to receive it, this is Elijah, who is to come.
O ma komail men duki ong, nan iei Elias, me pan kodo.

Me salong a mia, men rong, i en rong!

A da me I en karasai ong di wet? A ras ong seri kan, me kin momod nan wasan net akan o likelikwir ong kis arail,
17 and say, 'We played the flute for you, and you did not dance. We wailed in mourning, and you did not mourn.'

18 For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, 'He has a demon.'

19 The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Look, a gluttonous man and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners.' But wisdom is justified by her children."
Nain aramas pwarado, mangamanga o nim, a re kin inda: Kilang, me kaped en manga o kamom sakau, kompoke pan saunopwei o me dipan akan, a lolekong o kin diarok kida na seri ko.
20 Then he began to denounce the cities in which most of his mighty works had been done, because they did not repent.

21 "Woe to you, Chorazin. Woe to you, Bethsaida. For if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which were done in you, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.
Suedi ong uk Korasin! Suedi ong uk Petsaida! Pwe ma manaman akan, me wiaui ong uk er, wiauier ong Tirus o Sidon, nan melel re pan pitipit kalula nan tuk en likau o nan pas.
22 But I tell you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon on the day of judgment than for you.
A I indai ong komail, a pan mongai ong Tirus o Sidon ni ran en kadeik sang komail.
23 And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, you will be brought down to hell. For if the mighty works had been done in Sodom which were done in you, it would have remained until this day. (Hadēs )
A koe Kapernaum, me paidar lel nanlang, pan pisikindi nan pweleko; pwe ma manaman akan, me wiaui ong uk er, wiauier ong Sodom, nan a pan mimieta lao lel ran wet. (Hadēs )
24 But I tell you that it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom, on the day of judgment, than for you."

25 At that time, Jesus answered, "I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you hid these things from the wise and intelligent, and revealed them to little children.
Ni ansau ota Iesus kotin tapiadar masani: I kapinga komui Sam, Kaun pan lang o sappa, me komui okila mepukat sang me lolekong o koiok kan, ap kasale ong seri pwelel akan.
26 Yes, Father, for so it was well-pleasing in your sight.
Ei Sam ai, pwe iduen me komui kupukupura.
27 All things have been delivered to me by my Father. No one knows the Son, except the Father; neither does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and he to whom the Son desires to reveal him.

Komail karos, me pangadar o toutoular kodo re i I pan kamoleilei komail la.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Pwe ai iok me mangai, o katoutou pai me marara.
