1 YHWH spoke to Moses, saying,
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, 'The set feasts of YHWH, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my set feasts.
Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, [Concerning] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim [to be] holy convocations, [even] these [are] my feasts.
3 "'Six days shall work be done: but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no manner of work. It is a Sabbath to YHWH in all your dwellings.
Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day [is] the sabbath of rest, a holy convocation: ye shall do no work [in it]: it [is] the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.
4 "'These are the set feasts of YHWH, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their appointed season.
These [are] the feasts of the LORD, holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.
5 In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is YHWH's Passover.
In the fourteenth [day] of the first month at evening [is] the LORD'S passover.
6 On the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread to YHWH. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.
And on the fifteenth day of the same month [is] the feast of unleavened bread to the LORD, seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.
7 In the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.
In the first day ye shall have a holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work in it.
8 But you shall offer an offering made by fire to YHWH seven days. In the seventh day is a holy convocation: you shall do no regular work.'"
But ye shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD seven days: in the seventh day [is] a holy convocation, ye shall do no servile work [in it].
9 YHWH spoke to Moses, saying,
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
10 "Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, 'When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap its the harvest, then you shall bring the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest:
Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, When ye shall have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the first-fruits of your harvest to the priest:
11 and he shall wave the sheaf before YHWH, to be accepted for you. On the next day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.
And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
12 On the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb without blemish a year old for a burnt offering to YHWH.
And ye shall offer, that day when ye wave the sheaf, a he-lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt-offering to the LORD.
13 The meal offering with it shall be two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire to YHWH for a pleasant aroma; and the drink offering with it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin.
And the meat-offering thereof [shall be] two tenth-parts of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire to the LORD [for] a sweet savor: and the drink-offering thereof [shall be] of wine, the fourth [part] of a hin.
14 You shall eat neither bread, nor roasted grain, nor fresh grain, until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God. This is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the same day that ye have brought an offering to your God: [It shall be] a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
15 "'You shall count from the next day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven Sabbaths shall be completed:
And ye shall count to you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave-offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
16 even to the next day after the seventh Sabbath you shall number fifty days; and you shall offer a new meal offering to YHWH.
Even to the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat-offering to the LORD.
17 You shall bring out of your habitations two loaves of bread for a wave offering made of two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour. They shall be baked with yeast, for first fruits to YHWH.
Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave-loaves of two tenth-parts: they shall be of fine flour, they shall be baked with leaven, [they are] the first-fruits to the LORD.
18 You shall present with the bread seven lambs without blemish a year old, one young bull, and two rams. They shall be a burnt offering to YHWH, with their meal offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to YHWH.
And ye shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be [for] a burnt-offering to the LORD, with their meat-offering, and their drink offerings, [even] an offering made by fire of a sweet savor to the LORD.
19 You shall offer one male goat for a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
Then ye shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin-offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace-offerings.
20 The priest shall wave them with the bread of the first fruits for a wave offering before YHWH, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to YHWH for the priest.
And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the first-fruits [for] a wave-offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.
21 You shall make proclamation on the same day: there shall be a holy convocation to you; you shall do no regular work. This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
And ye shall proclaim on the same day, [that] it may be a holy convocation to you: ye shall do no servile work [in it]. [it shall be] a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
22 "'When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap into the corners of your field, neither shall you gather the gleanings of your harvest: you shall leave them for the poor, and for the foreigner. I am YHWH your God.'"
And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them to the poor, and to the stranger: I [am] the LORD your God.
23 YHWH spoke to Moses, saying,
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
24 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying, 'In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, shall be a solemn rest to you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
Speak to the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first [day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
25 You shall do no regular work; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to YHWH.'"
Ye shall do no servile work [in it]; but ye shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD.
26 YHWH spoke to Moses, saying,
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
27 "However on the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement: it shall be a holy convocation to you, and you shall afflict yourselves; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to YHWH.
Also on the tenth [day] of this seventh month [there shall be] a day of atonement; it shall be a holy convocation to you, and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire to the LORD.
28 You shall do no manner of work in that same day; for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before YHWH your God.
And ye shall do no work in that same day; for it [is] a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
29 For whoever it is who shall not deny himself in that same day; shall be cut off from his people.
For whatever soul [it may be] that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
30 Whoever it is who does any manner of work in that same day, that person I will destroy from among his people.
And whatever soul [it may be] that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
31 You shall do no manner of work: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
Ye shall do no manner of work. [It shall be] a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
32 It shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall deny yourselves. In the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall keep your Sabbath."
It [shall be] to you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls in the ninth [day] of the month at evening: from evening to evening shall ye celebrate your sabbath.
33 YHWH spoke to Moses, saying,
And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
34 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say, 'On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of booths for seven days to YHWH.
Speak to the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month [shall be] the feast of tabernacles [for] seven days to the LORD.
35 On the first day shall be a holy convocation: you shall do no regular work.
On the first day [shall be] a holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work [in it].
36 Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to YHWH. On the eighth day shall be a holy convocation to you; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to YHWH. It is a solemn assembly; you shall do no regular work.
Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD: on the eighth day shall be a holy convocation to you, and ye shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD: it [is] a solemn assembly; [and] ye shall do no servile work [in it].
37 "'These are the appointed feasts of YHWH, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to YHWH, a burnt offering, and a meal offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, each on its own day;
These [are] the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim [to be] holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to the LORD, a burnt-offering, and a meat-offering, a sacrifice, and drink-offerings, every thing upon its day:
38 besides the Sabbaths of YHWH, and besides your gifts, and besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings, which you give to YHWH.
Beside the sabbaths of the LORD, and beside your gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your free-will-offerings, which ye give to the LORD.
39 "'So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you shall keep the feast of YHWH seven days: on the first day shall be a solemn rest, and on the eighth day shall be a solemn rest.
Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast to the LORD seven days: on the first day [shall be] a sabbath, and on the eighth day [shall be] a sabbath.
40 You shall take on the first day the fruit of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before YHWH your God seven days.
And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm-trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.
41 You shall keep it a feast to YHWH seven days in the year: it is a statute forever throughout your generations; you shall keep it in the seventh month.
And ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD seven days in the year. [It shall be] a statute for ever in your generations; ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
42 You shall dwell in booths seven days. All who are native-born in Israel shall dwell in booths,
Ye shall dwell in booths seven days: all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:
43 that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am YHWH your God.'"
That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I [am] the LORD your God.
44 Moses declared to the children of Israel the appointed feasts of YHWH.
And Moses declared to the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.
