< Isaiah 53 >

1 YHWH, who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of YHWH been revealed?
Mwet uh topuk, “Ku su lukun ku in lulalfongi ma kut srumun inge? Su ac ku in liye poun LEUM GOD in ma inge?
2 For he grew up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nor special appearance that we should desire him.
Ma lungse lun LEUM GOD pa inge, tuh mwet kulansap lal In kapak oana soko sak fusr ma yoki ac okahla in acn pao. El tia mangol ac el tia pac kato. Wanginna ma ac oru kut in lohang nu sel. Wangin ma wo kacl, ku ma fal in pwen mutasr nu sel. Wangin ma oru kut in ke apkuran nu yorol.
3 He was despised, and rejected by people; a man of sorrows, and familiar with illness; and as one from whom people hide their face. He was despised, and we did not value him.
Kut srungal ac sisella. El mutangla keok ac waiok. Wanginna mwet ngetang nu sel. Kut pilesral ac tiana lohang nu sel.
4 Surely he bore our diseases, and took our pains; yet we considered him stricken, and struck down by God, and afflicted.
“A el mutangla keok su fal in orek nu sesr, Ac waiok su ac ma lasr. Ke orek ouinge nu sel, kut pangon mu Mwe keok inge kaiyuk lun God nu sel.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, and he was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.
A kanteyuki el ke sripen ma koluk lasr, Sringsring el ke ma koluk kut orala. Kut kwela ke sripen kalya ma el keok kac, Akwoyeyukla kut ke sringsring ma el eis.
6 We all like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and YHWH has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Kut nukewa oana sheep tuhlac, Kais sie sesr fahsr ke inkanek lal sifacna. A LEUM GOD El filiya facl Kaiyuk su fal in ma nu sesr nukewa.
7 He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he did not open his mouth. He was led like a sheep to the slaughter, and like a lamb before its shearer is silent, so he does not open his mouth.
“Orek El arulana koluk, a el pusisel in mutangla; El tiana fahkla sie kas. Oana soko sheep fusr ma akola in anwuki, Oana soko sheep ma kokola in kalkulla, El tiana fahkla sie kas.
8 In his oppression his justice was taken away. Who will consider his generation? For his life was cut off from the earth. For the transgression of my people he was led to death.
Elos sruokilya, ac nununkal, ac kololla nu ke misa, A wangin sie lohang nu ke ongoiya lal. Anwuki el ke sripen ma koluk lun mwet lasr.
9 And they assigned his grave with the wicked, yet with the rich at his death, though he had committed no sin, nor was deceit found in his mouth.
Filiyuki el in sie kulyuk yurin mwet koluk, El pukpuki inmasrlon mwet kasrup, El ne tia orala kutena ma koluk, Ku fahkla sie kas kikiap.”
10 Yet YHWH was pleased to crush him and make him ill. Although his soul is made a reparation offering, he will see his offspring, he will prolong his days, and the desire of YHWH will succeed by his hand.
LEUM GOD El fahk, “Oakwuk luk pa elan keok; Misa lal uh sie mwe kisa in ase nunak munas. Ouinge el fah liye fwilin tulik natul; Ac fah loes moul lal, Ac ke sripal, oakwuk luk fah orekla.
11 After the suffering of his soul he will see light and be satisfied by his knowledge. The righteous one, my servant, will make many righteous, and he will bear their iniquities.
Tukun sie moul na keok, el fah sifil insewowo; El fah etu lah el tia keok ke wangin. Mwet kulansap oaru luk, su nga insewowo kacl Fah polong kalyeiyuk lun mwet puspis, Ac ke sripal nga fah nunak munas nu selos.
12 Therefore I will divide him a portion with the great, and he will divide the spoil with the strong; because he poured out his soul to death, and he was numbered with transgressors; yet he bore the sins of many, and made intercession for their transgressions.
Ouinge nga fah arulana akfulatyal, Ac sang acn sel inmasrlon mwet fulat ac ku. El sifacna asang moul lal Ac ipeis ke mwe ongoiya lun mwet koluk. El eis acn sin mwet koluk puspis, Ac el pre tuh in nunak munas nu selos.”
