Isaiah 51
1 "Listen to me, you who follow after righteousness, you who seek YHWH: look to the rock you were cut from, and to the hold of the pit you were dug from.
౧నీతిని అనుసరిస్తూ యెహోవాను వెతుకుతూ ఉండే మీరు, నా మాట వినండి. ఏ బండ నుంచి మిమ్మల్ని చెక్కారో ఏ గని నుంచి మిమ్మల్ని తవ్వారో దాన్ని గమనించండి.
2 Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who bore you; for when he was but one I called him, and I blessed him, and made him many.
౨మీ తండ్రి అబ్రాహామును, మిమ్మల్ని కనిన శారాను గమనించండి. అతడు ఒంటరిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు నేను అతన్ని పిలిచాను. అతన్ని దీవించి అనేకమందిగా చేశాను.
3 For YHWH has comforted Zion; he has comforted all her waste places, and has made her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of YHWH; joy and gladness shall be found in it, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
౩యెహోవా సీయోనును ఆదరిస్తాడు. పాడైన దాని స్థలాలన్నిటినీ ఆయన ఆదరిస్తాడు. దాని అరణ్య ప్రదేశాన్ని ఏదెనులాగా చేశాడు. దాని ఎడారి భూములు యెహోవా తోటలాగా చేస్తున్నాడు. దానిలో ఆనందం, సంతోషం, కృతజ్ఞత, సంగీతనాదం, ఉంటాయి.
4 "Attend to me, my people; and give ear to me, my nation: for a law shall go forth from me, and I will establish my justice for a light of the peoples.
౪నా ప్రజలారా, నా మీద దృష్టి పెట్టండి. నా మాట వినండి! నేనొక ఆజ్ఞ జారీ చేస్తాను. రాజ్యాలకు వెలుగుగా నా న్యాయాన్ని ఉంచుతాను.
5 My righteousness is near, my salvation is gone forth, and my arms shall judge the peoples; the islands shall wait for me, and on my arm shall they trust.
౫నా నీతి దగ్గరగా ఉంది. నా విడుదల బయలుదేరుతుంది. నా చెయ్యి రాజ్యాలను శిక్షిస్తుంది. ద్వీపాల్లో ఉండేవాళ్ళు నా కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తారు. వాళ్ళు నా చేతి వైపు ఆశతో చూస్తారు.
6 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look on the earth beneath; for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment; and those who dwell in it shall die in the same way: but my salvation shall be forever, and my righteousness shall not be abolished.
౬ఆకాశం వైపు మీ కళ్ళు ఎత్తండి. కిందున్న భూమిని చూడండి. అంతరిక్షం, పొగలాగా కనిపించకుండా పోతుంది. భూమి బట్టలాగా మాసిపోతుంది. దాని నివాసులు ఈగల్లాగా చస్తారు. అయితే నా రక్షణ ఎప్పటికీ ఉంటుంది. నా నీతికి అంతం ఉండదు.
7 "Listen to me, you who know righteousness, the people in whose heart is my law; do not fear the reproach of men, neither be dismayed at their insults.
౭సరైనది అంటే ఏంటో తెలిసిన మీరు నా మాట వినండి. నా చట్టాన్ని మీ హృదయంలో ఉంచుకున్న మీరు, వినండి. మనుషుల నిందకు భయపడవద్దు. వారి దూషణకు దిగులుపడవద్దు.
8 For the moth shall eat them up like a garment, and the worm shall eat them like wool; but my righteousness shall be forever, and my salvation to all generations."
౮చిమ్మెట బట్టలను కొరికేసినట్టు వారిని కొరికేస్తుంది. పురుగు, బొచ్చును కొరికేసినట్టు వారిని కొరికేస్తుంది. అయితే నా నీతి ఎప్పటికీ నిలిచి ఉంటుంది. నా రక్షణ తరతరాలుంటుంది.
9 Awake, awake, put on strength, arm of YHWH; awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Isn't it you who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the monster?
౯యెహోవా హస్తమా లే! బలం ధరించుకో. పూర్వకాలంలో పురాతన తరాల్లో లేచినట్టు లే. భయంకరమైన సముద్ర జంతువును నరికివేసింది నువ్వే గదా? డ్రాగన్ను పొడిచేసింది నువ్వే గదా?
10 Isn't it you who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep; who made the depths of the sea a way for the redeemed to pass over?
౧౦చాలా లోతైన నీళ్లున్న సముద్రాన్ని ఇంకిపోయేలా చేసింది నువ్వే గదా? విడుదల పొందినవాళ్ళు దాటిపోయేలా సముద్ర లోతుల్లో దారి చేసింది నువ్వే గదా?
11 The ransomed of YHWH shall return, and come with singing to Zion; and everlasting joy shall be on their heads. They shall obtain gladness and joy. Sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
౧౧యెహోవా విమోచించినవారు సంగీతనాదంతో సీయోనుకు తిరిగి వస్తారు. వారి తలలమీద ఎప్పటికీ నిలిచే సంతోషం ఉంటుంది. సంతోషానందాలు వారికి నిండుగా ఉంటాయి. దుఃఖం నిట్టూర్పు ఎగిరిపోతాయి.
12 "I, even I, am he who comforts you: who are you, that you are afraid of man who shall die, and of the son of man who shall be made as grass;
౧౨నేను, నేనే మిమ్మల్ని ఓదారుస్తాను. చనిపోయే మనుషులకు, గడ్డిలాంటి మనుషులకు మీరెందుకు భయపడతారు?
13 and have forgotten YHWH your Maker, who stretched forth the heavens, and laid the foundations of the earth; and fear continually all the day because of the fury of the oppressor, when he makes ready to destroy? and where is the fury of the oppressor?
౧౩ఆకాశాలను పరచి భూమి పునాదులు వేసిన మీ సృష్టికర్త అయిన యెహోవాను ఎందుకు మరచిపోతున్నారు? బాధించేవాడు ఎంతో కోపంతో మిమ్మల్ని నాశనం చేయడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాడు. కాబట్టి మీరు ప్రతిరోజూ నిరంతర భయంతో ఉన్నారు. బాధించేవాడి కోపం ఏమయింది?
14 The captive exile shall speedily be freed; and he shall not die and go down into the pit, neither shall his bread fail.
౧౪కుంగిపోయిన వారిని యెహోవా త్వరగా విడుదల చేస్తాడు. అతడు గోతిలోకి పోడు. చావడు. అతనికి తిండి లేకుండా పోదు.
15 For I am YHWH your God, who stirs up the sea, so that its waves roar: YHWH of hosts is his name.
౧౫నేను యెహోవాను. నీ దేవుణ్ణి. సముద్రపు అలలు ఘోషించేలా దాన్ని రేపుతాను. నేను సేనల ప్రభువు యెహోవాను.
16 I have put my words in your mouth, and have covered you in the shadow of my hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and tell Zion, 'You are my people.'"
౧౬నేను ఆకాశాలను పరచడానికీ భూమికి పునాదులు వేయడానికీ “నువ్వే నా ప్రజ” అని సీయోనుతో చెప్పడానికీ నీ నోట నా మాటలు ఉంచి నా చేతి నీడలో నిన్ను కప్పాను.
17 Awake, awake, stand up, Jerusalem, that have drunk at the hand of YHWH the cup of his wrath; you have drunk from the bowl, of the cup of staggering, and drained it.
౧౭యెరూషలేమా! లే. లేచి నిలబడు. యెహోవా చేతినుంచి కోపంతో నిండిన పాత్రను తీసుకుని తాగినదానా! నువ్వు పాత్రలోనిదంతా తాగావు. తూలేలా తాగావు.
18 There is none to guide her among all the sons whom she has brought forth; neither is there any who takes her by the hand among all the sons who she has brought up.
౧౮ఆమె కనిన కొడుకులందరిలో ఆమెకు దారి చూపేవాడు ఎవడూ లేడు. ఆమె పెంచిన కొడుకులందరిలో ఆమె చెయ్యి పట్టుకునే వాడెవడూ లేడు.
19 These two things have happened to you. Who will grieve for you? Desolation and destruction, and the famine and the sword. Who will console you?
౧౯రెండు విపత్తులు నీ మీదికి వచ్చాయి. నీతో కలిసి ఎవరు ఏడుస్తారు? ధ్వంసం, నాశనం, కరువు, కత్తి నీ మీదికి వచ్చాయి. నిన్నెవరు ఓదారుస్తారు?
20 Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as an antelope in a net; they are full of the wrath of YHWH, the rebuke of your God.
౨౦నీ కొడుకులు మూర్ఛపోయారు. దుప్పి వలలో చిక్కుపడినట్టు, ప్రతి వీధిలో పడియున్నారు. యెహోవా కోపంతో నీ దేవుని గద్దింపుతో వారు నిండిపోయారు.
21 Therefore hear now this, you afflicted, and drunk, but not with wine:
౨౧అయితే ద్రాక్షమద్యం లేకుండానే మత్తుగా ఉండి బాధపడినదానా, ఈ మాట విను.
22 Thus says your Lord YHWH, your God who pleads the cause of his people, "Look, I have taken out of your hand the cup of staggering, even the bowl of the cup of my wrath; you shall no more drink it again:
౨౨నీ యెహోవా ప్రభువు తన ప్రజల పక్షాన వాదించే నీ దేవుడు ఇలా చెబుతున్నాడు, “ఇదిగో, నువ్వు తూలేలా చేసే పాత్రను నా కోపంతో నిండిన ఆ పాత్రను నీ చేతిలోనుంచి తీసివేశాను. నీవది మళ్ళీ తాగవు.
23 and I will put it into the hand of those who afflict you, who have said to your soul, 'Bow down, that we may walk over you;' and you have laid your back as the ground, and as the street, to those who walk over."
౨౩నిన్ను బాధించేవాళ్ళ చేతిలో దాన్ని పెడతాను. ‘మేము నీ మీద నడిచిపోతాం. సాష్టాంగ పడు’ అని వాళ్ళు నీతో చెబితే నువ్వు నీ వీపును దాటే వారికి దారిగా చేసి నేలకు దాన్ని వంచావు గదా.”
