< Hebrews 3 >
1 Therefore, holy brothers, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus;
I ME, ri ai saraui kan, komail me pwaisanekier en lang a eker, komail madamadaua duen wanporon o samero lapalap en atail lamalam: Iesus.
2 who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also was Moses in his house.
Me melel ong i me kasapwilada i, dueta Moses me melel wasa karos nan tanpas en Kot.
3 For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, just as he who built the house has more honor than the house.
Pwe lingan en Ol men et me lapa sang lingan en Moses, dueta aramas amen, me wiadar im eu, me kaka sang im o.
4 For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God.
Pwe im karos wiauieda ren aramas amen, a me wiadar meakan karos, iei Kot.
5 Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken,
A Moses me melel ni a koaki tanpas en Kot, dueta papa amen, pwen saunkadede en meakan me pan lokido.
6 but Christ is faithful as a Son over his house; whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and the boast of our hope.
A Kristus me udan Na, ap melel nan pein tanpas a. A tanpas a iei kitail, ma kitail kolekoleta poson o peren en kaporopor lao lel imwi.
7 Therefore, even as the Holy Spirit says, "Today if you will hear his voice,
I me Ngen saraui kotin masani: Ran wet, ma komail pan rong kapitie,
8 do not harden your hearts, as in the provocation, like as in the day of the trial in the wilderness,
Komail der kapitakaila mongiong omail, due ni ansau en kaongiong ni ran en songesong nan sap tan.
9 where your fathers tested me and challenged me, and saw my works for forty years.
Wasa me sam omail akan kakaudud o kasosong ia o irail kilanger ai wiawia kan saunpar paeisok.
10 Therefore I was displeased with this generation, and said, 'They always err in their heart, but they did not know my ways;'
Iei me I makaraki pan ti o, ap inda: Mongiong arail kin poden sapungla. A irail solelapokki ai al akan.
11 as I swore in my wrath, 'They will not enter into my rest.'"
Iei me I kaukila ni ai makar: Irail sota pan konodi ai moleilei.
12 Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God;
Kalaka ri ai kan, pwe mongiong en amen de suedela, ap so poson o muei wei sang Kot ieias.
13 but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called "today;" lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
A komail panau pena ran karos arain omail kak inda: Ran wet; pwe amen de kapitakai kila widing en dip.
14 For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm to the end:
Pwe kitail wialar kisan Kristus, ma kitail kolekoleta tapin atail liki lao imwisokela.
15 while it is said, "Today if you will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion."
Duen a lokido: Ran wet, ma komail pan rong kapitie, komail de kapitakaila mongiong omail, due ni ansau en kaongiong.
16 For who, when they heard, rebelled? No, did not all those who came out of Egypt by Moses?
A is irail, me kaudud ong i ni ar rongadar? Kaidin irail karos, me ko wei sang Äkipten ren Moses?
17 With whom was he displeased forty years? Was not it with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
A is irail, me a kotin ongiong kidar par paeisok? Kaidin irail, me wiadar dip, me war arail pupedi nan sap tan?
18 To whom did he swear that they would not enter into his rest, but to those who were disobedient?
A is irail, me a kotin kaukila, me re sota pan konodi a moleilei? Kaidin irail eta, me sota peiki ong i.
19 We see that they were not able to enter in because of unbelief.
Ari, kitail diarada, me re sota kak, konodi, aki ar so poson.
