Hebrews 10
1 For the Law, having a shadow of the good to come, not the very image of the things, can never with the same sacrifices year by year, which they offer continually, make perfect those who draw near.
วฺยวสฺถา ภวิษฺยนฺมงฺคลานำ ฉายาสฺวรูปา น จ วสฺตูนำ มูรฺตฺติสฺวรูปา ตโต เหโต รฺนิตฺยํ ทียมาไนเรกวิไธ รฺวารฺษิกพลิภิ: ศรณาคตโลกานฺ สิทฺธานฺ กรฺตฺตุํ กทาปิ น ศกฺโนติฯ
2 Or else would not they have ceased to be offered, because the worshippers, having been once cleansed, would have had no more consciousness of sins?
ยทฺยศกฺษฺยตฺ ตรฺหิ เตษำ พลีนำ ทานํ กึ น นฺยวรฺตฺติษฺยต? ยต: เสวาการิเษฺวกกฺฤตฺว: ปวิตฺรีภูเตษุ เตษำ โก'ปิ ปาปโพธ: ปุน รฺนาภวิษฺยตฺฯ
3 But in those sacrifices there is yearly reminder of sins.
กินฺตุ ไต รฺพลิทาไน: ปฺรติวตฺสรํ ปาปานำ สฺมารณํ ชายเตฯ
4 For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.
ยโต วฺฤษาณำ ฉาคานำ วา รุธิเรณ ปาปโมจนํ น สมฺภวติฯ
5 Therefore when he comes into the world, he says, "Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me.
เอตตฺการณาตฺ ขฺรีษฺเฏน ชคตฺ ปฺรวิเศฺยทมฺ อุจฺยเต, ยถา, "เนษฺฏฺวา พลึ น ไนเวทฺยํ เทโห เม นิรฺมฺมิตสฺตฺวยาฯ
6 Whole burnt offerings and sin-offerings you took no pleasure in.
น จ ตฺวํ พลิภิ รฺหไวฺย: ปาปคฺไหฺน รฺวา ปฺรตุษฺยสิฯ
7 Then I said, 'Look, I have come. It is written about me in the scroll of a book; to do your will, God.'"
อวาทิษํ ตไทวาหํ ปศฺย กุรฺเวฺว สมาคมํฯ ธรฺมฺมคฺรนฺถสฺย สรฺเค เม วิทฺยเต ลิขิตา กถาฯ อีศ มโน'ภิลาษเสฺต มยา สมฺปูรยิษฺยเตฯ "
8 Previously saying, "Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sin-offerings you did not desire, nor took pleasure in" (which are offered according to the Law),
อิตฺยสฺมินฺ ปฺรถมโต เยษำ ทานํ วฺยวสฺถานุสาราทฺ ภวติ ตานฺยธิ เตเนทมุกฺตํ ยถา, พลิไนเวทฺยหวฺยานิ ปาปฆฺนญฺโจปจารกํ, เนมานิ วาญฺฉสิ ตฺวํ หิ น ไจเตษุ ปฺรตุษฺยสีติฯ
9 then he said, "Look, I have come to do your will." He takes away the first, that he may establish the second,
ตต: ปรํ เตโนกฺตํ ยถา, "ปศฺย มโน'ภิลาษํ เต กรฺตฺตุํ กุรฺเวฺว สมาคมํ;" ทฺวิตียมฺ เอตทฺ วากฺยํ สฺถิรีกรฺตฺตุํ ส ปฺรถมํ ลุมฺปติฯ
10 by which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
เตน มโน'ภิลาเษณ จ วยํ ยีศุขฺรีษฺฏไสฺยกกฺฤตฺว: สฺวศรีโรตฺสรฺคาตฺ ปวิตฺรีกฺฤตา อภวามฯ
11 Every priest indeed stands day by day serving and often offering the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins,
อปรมฺ เอไกโก ยาชก: ปฺรติทินมฺ อุปาสนำ กุรฺวฺวนฺ ไยศฺจ ปาปานิ นาศยิตุํ กทาปิ น ศกฺยนฺเต ตาทฺฤศานฺ เอกรูปานฺ พลีนฺ ปุน: ปุนรุตฺสฺฤชนฺ ติษฺฐติฯ
12 but this one, when he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;
กินฺตฺวเสา ปาปนาศกมฺ เอกํ พลึ ทตฺวานนฺตกาลารฺถมฺ อีศฺวรสฺย ทกฺษิณ อุปวิศฺย
13 from that time waiting until his enemies are made the footstool of his feet.
ยาวตฺ ตสฺย ศตฺรวสฺตสฺย ปาทปีฐํ น ภวนฺติ ตาวตฺ ปฺรตีกฺษมาณสฺติษฺฐติฯ
14 For by one offering he has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.
ยต เอเกน พลิทาเนน โส'นนฺตกาลารฺถํ ปูยมานานฺ โลกานฺ สาธิตวานฺฯ
15 The Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying,
เอตสฺมินฺ ปวิตฺร อาตฺมาปฺยสฺมากํ ปกฺเษ ปฺรมาณยติ
16 "This is the covenant that I will make with them: 'After those days,' says the Lord, 'I will put my laws on their hearts, I will also write them on their minds.'"
"ยโต เหโตสฺตทฺทินาตฺ ปรมฺ อหํ ไต: สารฺทฺธมฺ อิมํ นิยมํ สฺถิรีกริษฺยามีติ ปฺรถมต อุกฺตฺวา ปรเมศฺวเรเณทํ กถิตํ, เตษำ จิตฺเต มม วิธีนฺ สฺถาปยิษฺยามิ เตษำ มน: สุ จ ตานฺ เลขิษฺยามิ จ,
17 "And I will remember their sins and their iniquities no more."
อปรญฺจ เตษำ ปาปานฺยปราธำศฺจ ปุน: กทาปิ น สฺมาริษฺยามิฯ "
18 Now where forgiveness of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
กินฺตุ ยตฺร ปาปโมจนํ ภวติ ตตฺร ปาปารฺถกพลิทานํ ปุน รฺน ภวติฯ
19 Having therefore, brothers, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus,
อโต เห ภฺราตร: , ยีโศ รุธิเรณ ปวิตฺรสฺถานปฺรเวศายาสฺมากมฺ อุตฺสาโห ภวติ,
20 by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the curtain, that is to say, his flesh;
ยต: โส'สฺมทรฺถํ ติรสฺกริณฺยารฺถต: สฺวศรีเรณ นวีนํ ชีวนยุกฺตญฺไจกํ ปนฺถานํ นิรฺมฺมิตวานฺ,
21 and having a great priest over the house of God,
อปรญฺเจศฺวรียปริวารสฺยาธฺยกฺษ เอโก มหายาชโก'สฺมากมสฺติฯ
22 let us draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water,
อโต เหโตรสฺมาภิ: สรลานฺต: กรไณ รฺทฺฤฒวิศฺวาไส: ปาปโพธาตฺ ปฺรกฺษาลิตมโนภิ รฺนิรฺมฺมลชเล สฺนาตศรีไรศฺเจศฺวรมฺ อุปาคตฺย ปฺรตฺยาศายา: ปฺรติชฺญา นิศฺจลา ธารยิตวฺยาฯ
23 let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.
ยโต ยสฺตามฺ องฺคีกฺฤตวานฺ ส วิศฺวสนีย: ฯ
24 Let us consider how to motivate one another to love and good works,
อปรํ เปฺรมฺนิ สตฺกฺริยาสุ ไจไกกโสฺยตฺสาหวฺฤทฺธฺยรฺถมฺ อสฺมาภิ: ปรสฺปรํ มนฺตฺรยิตวฺยํฯ
25 not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as you see the Day approaching.
อปรํ กติปยโลกา ยถา กุรฺวฺวนฺติ ตถาสฺมาภิ: สภากรณํ น ปริตฺยกฺตวฺยํ ปรสฺปรมฺ อุปเทษฺฏวฺยญฺจ ยตสฺตตฺ มหาทินมฺ อุตฺตโรตฺตรํ นิกฏวรฺตฺติ ภวตีติ ยุษฺมาภิ รฺทฺฤศฺยเตฯ
26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins,
สตฺยมตสฺย ชฺญานปฺราปฺเต: ปรํ ยทิ วยํ สฺวํจฺฉยา ปาปาจารํ กุรฺมฺมสฺตรฺหิ ปาปานำ กฺฤเต 'นฺยตฺ กิมปิ พลิทานํ นาวศิษฺยเต
27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which will devour the adversaries.
กินฺตุ วิจารสฺย ภยานกา ปฺรตีกฺษา ริปุนาศกานลสฺย ตาปศฺจาวศิษฺยเตฯ
28 Anyone who disregards the Law of Moses dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses.
ย: กศฺจิตฺ มูสโส วฺยวสฺถามฺ อวมนฺยเต ส ทยำ วินา ทฺวโยสฺติสฺฤณำ วา สากฺษิณำ ปฺรมาเณน หนฺยเต,
29 How much worse punishment, do you think, will he be judged worthy of, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant with which he was sanctified an unholy thing, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?
ตสฺมาตฺ กึ พุธฺยเธฺว โย ชน อีศฺวรสฺย ปุตฺรมฺ อวชานาติ เยน จ ปวิตฺรีกฺฤโต 'ภวตฺ ตตฺ นิยมสฺย รุธิรมฺ อปวิตฺรํ ชานาติ, อนุคฺรหกรมฺ อาตฺมานมฺ อปมนฺยเต จ, ส กิยนฺมหาโฆรตรทณฺฑสฺย โยโคฺย ภวิษฺยติ?
30 For we know him who said, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay." Again, "The Lord will judge his people."
ยต: ปรเมศฺวร: กถยติ, "ทานํ ผลสฺย มตฺกรฺมฺม สูจิตํ ปฺรททามฺยหํฯ " ปุนรปิ, "ตทา วิจารยิษฺยนฺเต ปเรเศน นิชา: ปฺรชา: ฯ " อิทํ ย: กถิตวานฺ ตํ วยํ ชานีม: ฯ
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
อมเรศฺวรสฺย กรโย: ปตนํ มหาภยานกํฯ
32 But remember the former days, in which, after you were enlightened, you endured a great struggle with sufferings;
เห ภฺราตร: , ปูรฺวฺวทินานิ สฺมรต ยตสฺตทานีํ ยูยํ ทีปฺตึ ปฺราปฺย พหุทุรฺคติรูปํ สํคฺรามํ สหมานา เอกโต นินฺทาเกฺลไศ: เกาตุกีกฺฤตา อภวต,
33 partly, being exposed to insults and abuse in public, and sometimes you came to share with others who were treated in the same way.
อนฺยตศฺจ ตทฺโภคินำ สมำศิโน 'ภวตฯ
34 For you both had compassion on them that were in chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your possessions, since you knew that you yourselves had a better possession and an enduring one.
ยูยํ มม พนฺธนสฺย ทุ: เขน ทุ: ขิโน 'ภวต, ยุษฺมากมฺ อุตฺตมา นิตฺยา จ สมฺปตฺติ: สฺวรฺเค วิทฺยต อิติ ชฺญาตฺวา สานนฺทํ สรฺวฺวสฺวสฺยาปหรณมฺ อสหธฺวญฺจฯ
35 Therefore do not throw away your boldness, which has a great reward.
อเตอว มหาปุรสฺการยุกฺตํ ยุษฺมากมฺ อุตฺสาหํ น ปริตฺยชตฯ
36 For you need patient endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise.
ยโต ยูยํ เยเนศฺวรเสฺยจฺฉำ ปาลยิตฺวา ปฺรติชฺญายา: ผลํ ลภธฺวํ ตทรฺถํ ยุษฺมาภิ ไรฺธรฺยฺยาวลมฺพนํ กรฺตฺตวฺยํฯ
37 "For in just a little while, he who is coming will come and will not delay.
เยนาคนฺตวฺยํ ส สฺวลฺปกาลาตฺ ปรมฺ อาคมิษฺยติ น จ วิลมฺพิษฺยเตฯ
38 But the righteous will live by faith, and if he holds back, my soul has no pleasure in him."
"ปุณฺยวานฺ ชโน วิศฺวาเสน ชีวิษฺยติ กินฺตุ ยทิ นิวรฺตฺตเต ตรฺหิ มม มนสฺตสฺมินฺ น โตษํ ยาสฺยติฯ "
39 But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul.
กินฺตุ วยํ วินาศชนิกำ ธรฺมฺมาตฺ นิวฺฤตฺตึ น กุรฺวฺวาณา อาตฺมน: ปริตฺราณาย วิศฺวาสํ กุรฺวฺวามเหฯ
