< Galatians 3 >

1 Foolish Galatians, who has cunningly deceived you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly set forth as crucified?
Mwet Galatia, kowos mwet lalfon! Su intikowosla uh? Fwackyuk arulana kalem ye motowos ke misa lun Jesus Christ fin sakseng soko!
2 I just want to learn this from you. Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?
Fahkma nu sik ma se inge: ya kowos eis ngun lun God ke kowos oru ma sapkinyuk ke Ma Sap, ku ke kowos porongo wosasu ac lulalfongi?
3 Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now completed in the flesh?
Efu kowos ku arulana lalfon? Kowos tuh mutawauk moul sasu lowos ke ngun lun God; ya inge kowos lungse aksafye ke ku lowos sifacna?
4 Did you suffer so many things in vain, if it is indeed in vain?
Ya ma kowos pulakin in moul in Christian lowos uh wangin sripa? Tia ku in wangin sripa!
5 He therefore who supplies the Spirit to you, and works miracles among you, does he do it by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?
Ya God El asot ngun nu suwos ac oru mwenmen inmasrlowos ke sripen ma sapkinyuk ke Ma Sap, ku ke sripen kowos porongo wosasu ac lulalfongi?
6 Even as Abraham "believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness."
Nunku kacl Abraham, in oana ke Ma Simusla fahk: “Abraham el filiya lulalfongi lal in Leum God ac ke sripen lulalfongi lal, God El oakulla sie mwet suwoswos.”
7 Know therefore that those who are of faith, the same are sons of Abraham.
8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the non-Jews by faith, preached the Good News beforehand to Abraham, saying, "Through you all the nations will be blessed."
Ma Simusla uh fahkak tari meet lah God El ac aksuwosye mwet pegan nu sel sifacna ke lulalfongi lalos. Ouinge, Ma Simusla fahkak Pweng Wo nu sel Abraham in kas inge: “Keim God El ac fah akinsewowoye mutanfahl nukewa.”
9 So then, those who are of faith are blessed with the faithful Abraham.
10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse. For it is written, "Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things that are written in the book of the law, to do them."
Elos su filiya finsrak lalos ke ma elos oru in akfalye Ma Sap uh, elos muta ye selnga. Tuh Ma Simusla fahk, “Elos su tia akos ma nukewa ma simla in book lun Ma Sap in pacl nukewa, elos oan ye selnga lun God.”
11 Now it is evident that no one is justified by the law before God, for, "The righteous will live by faith."
Inge kalem lah God El tia aksuwosye kutena mwet ke Ma Sap, mweyen Ma Simusla fahk mu, “Mwet se su God El aksuwosye ke sripen lulalfongi, el na pa ac moul.”
12 The law is not of faith, but, "The one who does them will live by them."
Wangin kupasr lun Ma Sap nu ke lulalfongi. Mweyen Ma Simusla fahk, “Elos su oru ma nukewa sapkinyuk in Ma Sap fah moul ke Ma Sap.”
13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,"
Christ el molikutla liki selnga lun Ma Sap, ke el sifacna selngawiyuk kacsr; tuh Ma Simusla fahk, “Kutena mwet su sripsripyak fin sak uh el oan ye selnga lun God.”
14 that the blessing of Abraham might come on the non-Jews through Christ Jesus; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Christ el oru ma inge tuh mwe insewowo ma God El wulela kac nu sel Abraham, in itukyang nu sin mwet pegan ke Christ Jesus, tuh ke sripen lulalfongi, kut fah ku in eis Ngun su God El wulela kac.
15 Brothers, I am speaking in human terms. Though it is only a human covenant, once it has been ratified, no one annuls it or adds to it.
Mwet lili, nga ac srumun sie mwe srikasrak ma kowos arulana kalem kac: ke pacl se mwet luo insesela ke sie ma, ac sainiya inelos kac, na wangin mwet ku in kunausla ku laesla kutena ma nu kac.
16 Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his offspring. He does not say, "And to offsprings," as of many, but as of one, "And to your offspring," which is Christ.
Ma Simusla tia fahk ke fita puspis, a nu ke fita sefanna, su Christ.
17 Now I say this: the law, which came four hundred thirty years later, does not annul a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to cancel the promise.
Kalmen ma nga fahk uh pa God El orala sie wulela ku yorol Abraham, ac El wulela mu El ac karinganang na. Na Ma Sap, su tuh itukyang ke yac angfoko tolngoul toko, tia ku in kunausla ku akwanginyala sripen wulela sac.
18 For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no more of promise; but God has granted it to Abraham by promise.
19 What then is the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise has been made. It was ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator.
Na fin ouinge, mea sripen Ma Sap uh? Ma itukyang toko in akkalemye lah mea ma koluk uh, ac ku lun Ma Sap uh in oanna nwe ke fita se lal Abraham el tuku, su wulela sac orekla nu se.
20 Now a mediator is not between one, but God is one.
21 Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not. For if there had been a law given which could give life, most certainly righteousness would have been of the law.
Ya kalmac pa Ma Sap uh lain wulela lun God? Mo, tiana ouinge! Tuh fin oasr ma sap su ku in asang moul nu sin mwet, na mwet nukewa lukun ku in aksuwosyeyuk ye mutun God ke elos akos ma sap sac.
22 But the Scriptures imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.
Tuhsruktu Ma Simusla fahk lah faclu nufon oan ye ku lun ma koluk; ouinge mwe kite su God El wulela kac ke sripen lulalfongi ke Jesus Christ, ac fah itukyang nu selos na su lulalfongi.
23 But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, confined for the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
Tuh meet liki pacl lun lulalfongi ke Christ uh tuku, Ma Sap uh tuh kalikuti oana mwet kapir, nwe ke pacl lulalfongi se inge akkalemyeyukla.
24 So that the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
Ouinge Ma Sap pa liyekutyang nwe ke Christ el tuku, na kut tufah ku in aksuwosyeyuk ye mutun God ke lulalfongi.
25 But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.
Inge, ke pacl in lulalfongi ke Christ tuku tari, Ma Sap el tia sifil liyekutyang.
26 For you are all sons of God, through faith in Christ Jesus.
Ke sripen lulalfongi, kowos nukewa tulik nutin God ke kowos ma sefannala yurin Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
Kowos baptaisla in kupasryang nu yurin Christ, ac inge kowos nokomang tari moul lun Christ sifacna.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Ouinge wangin ekla inmasrlon mwet Jew ac mwet pegan, ku inmasrlon mwet kohs ac mwet sukosok, ku inmasrlon mukul ac mutan — kowos nukewa ma sefannala yurin Christ Jesus.
29 If you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring and heirs according to promise.
