< Daniel 10 >
1 In the third year of Koresh king of Persia a word was revealed to Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the word was true: a great war. And he understood the word, and had understanding of the vision.
Iti maikatlo a tawen a panagturay ni Ciro nga ari ti Persia, maysa a mensahe ti naipaltiing kenni Daniel, (a maawagan pay iti Beltesazar) ket pudno daytoy a mensahe. Maipanggep daytoy iti dakkel a gubat. Naawatan ni Daniel ti mensahe idi naaddaan isuna iti pannakaawat iti sirmata.
2 In those days I, Daniel, was mourning for three whole weeks.
Kadagidiay nga al-aldaw, siak a ni Daniel ket nagladladingit iti las-ud iti tallo a lawas.
3 I had no pleasing food, neither meat nor wine came into my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, until three whole weeks were fulfilled.
Saanak a nangnangan iti naiimas a taraon, iti karne, saanak nga immin-inom iti arak, ken saanak a nagsapsapo iti lana agingga a maturpos ti tallo a lawas.
4 In the four and twentieth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, which is the Tigris,
Iti maikaduapulo ket uppat nga aldaw iti umuna a bulan, bayat ti kaaddak iti igid ti dakkel a karayan (nga isu ti Tigris),
5 I lifted up my eyes and looked, and look, a man clothed in linen, around his waist a belt made of pure gold from Uphaz.
timmangadak ket nakakitaak iti maysa a tao a nakakawes iti lino, nakabarikes isuna iti barikes a puro a balitok a nagtaud iti Ufaz.
6 His body was like beryl, and his face like the appearance of lightning, and his eyes like flaming torches, and his arms and his feet like burnished bronze, and the sound of his words like the sound of a multitude.
Naraniag ti bagina a kasla iti topaz, naraniag ti rupana a kasla iti kimat, kasla umap-apuy a pagsilawan dagiti matana, kasla napasileng a gambang dagiti takkiag ken sakana, ket kasla ariwawa ti nakaad-adu a tattao ti timekna.
7 I, Daniel, alone saw the vision; for the men who were with me did not see the vision; but a great trembling fell on them, and they fled to hide themselves.
Siak laeng a ni Daniel ti nakakita iti sirmata, ta saan a nakita dagiti lallaki a kadduak ti sirmata. Nupay kasta, nagbutengda iti kasta unay, ket nagtarayda a naglemmeng.
8 So I was left alone, and saw this great vision, and there remained no strength in me; for my natural appearance grew deathly pale, and I retained no strength.
Isu a siak laeng ti nabati ken nakakita iti daytoy a naisangsangayan a sirmata. Napakapsutannak unay; nakabutbuteng ti panagbaliw iti naraniag a langak; ket napakapsutannak unay.
9 Yet I heard the sound of his words, and when I heard the sound of his words, then I fell into a deep sleep on my face, with my face toward the ground.
Ket nangngegko dagiti saona - ket bayat a mangmangegko nga agsasaoda, naawananak iti puot ket natuangak a papakleb iti daga.
10 Look, a hand touched me, which set me on my knees and on the palms of my hands.
Maysa nga ima ti nangsagid kaniak, ket pinagkutukotna dagiti tumengko ken pinagpigergerna dagiti imak.
11 He said to me, "Daniel, man greatly loved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright; for I have now been sent to you." And when he had spoken this word to me, I stood trembling.
Kinuna ti anghel kaniak, “Daniel, sika a tao a dungdungoen unay ti Dios, awatem dagiti sasao nga ibagbagak kenka, ket tumakderka, ta naibaonak nga umay kenka.” Idi naibagana daytoy a sao kaniak, agpigpigergerak a timmakder.
12 Then he said to me, "Do not be afraid, Daniel; for from the first day that you did set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. And I have come because of your words.
Ket kinunana kaniak, “Saanka nga agbuteng Daniel. Manipud idi umuna nga aldaw nga inkeddengmo a mang-awat iti sirmata ken agpakumbabaka iti sangoanan ti Diosmo, naipangag dagiti saom, ket immayak gapu kadagiti saom.
13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; but, look, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was left there with the kings of Persia.
Linapdannak ti prinsipe iti pagarian ti Persia, ket nagtalinaedak sadiay kadagiti ar-ari ti Persia iti las-ud ti duapulo ket maysa nga aldaw. Ngem immaynak tinulongan ni Miguel, maysa kadagiti kangatoan a prinsipe.
14 Now I have come to make you understand what shall happen to your people in the latter days; for the vision refers to future days."
Ita, immayak tapno tulonganka a mang-awat no ania ti mapasamak kadagiti tattaom iti maudi nga al-aldaw. Ta ti sirmata ket para kadagiti masungad pay laeng nga al-aldaw.”
15 And when he had spoken to me according to these words, I turned my face toward the ground, and could not speak.
Idi insaona kaniak dagitoy, nagdumogak ken saanak a makasao.
16 And look, something like a man's hand touched my lips. Then I opened my mouth and spoke and said to him who stood before me, "My lord, it is because of the vision anguish has come upon me, and I have no strength.
Maysa a kaas-asping ti tao ti nangsagid kadagiti bibigko, ket inungapko ti ngiwatko ket nagsaoak kenkuana a nakatakder iti sangoanak, “Apok, pinagbutengnak ti sirmata, ket napakapsutanak unay.
17 For how can this servant of my lord talk with my lord? As for me, no strength remains, and I am breathless."
Siak ket adipenmo. Kasanoak a makisao iti apok? Ta napakapsutanak unayen ket saanak a makaanges.”
18 Then one like the appearance of a man touched me again and strengthened me.
Sinagid ken pinapigsanak ti kaas-asping ti tao.
19 And he said, "Greatly loved man, do not be afraid, peace be to you; be strong, be strong." When he spoke to me, I was strengthened, and said, "Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me."
Kinunana, “Tao nga ay-ayaten unay ti Dios, saanka nga agbuteng. Kappia koma ti adda kenka. Bumilegka ita; bumilegka!” Idi nagsao isuna kaniak, pimmigsaak ket kinunak, “Agsao koma ti apok, ta pinapigsanak.”
20 Then he said, "Do you know why I have come to you? Now I will return to fight with the prince of Persia. When I go forth, look, the prince of Greece shall come.
Kinunana, “Ammom kadi no apay nga immayak kenka? Agsubliak ita tapno makirangetak a maibusor iti prinsipe ti Persia. Inton rummuarak, umayto ti prinsipe ti Grecia.
21 But I will tell you that which is inscribed in the Book of Truth. And there is no one who contends with me against them except Michael, your prince."
Ngem ibagak kenka ti nakasurat iti Libro ti Kinapudno - awan ti siasinoman a mangipakpakita a nabilegda malaksid kaniak, malaksid kenni Miguel a prinsipeyo.”
