< Acts 26 >
1 Agrippa said to Paul, "You may speak for yourself." Then Paul stretched out his hand, and made his defense.
Agripa alobaki na Polo: — Napesi yo nzela ya koloba. Boye, Polo atombolaki loboko mpe abandaki kosamba:
2 "I think myself happy, King Agrippa, that I am to make my defense before you this day concerning all the things that I am accused by the Jews,
— Mokonzi Agripa, nazali na esengo mingi ya kosamba lelo liboso na yo, na tina na makambo nyonso oyo Bayuda bafundeli ngai,
3 especially because you are expert in all customs and questions which are among Jews. Therefore I beg you to hear me patiently.
pamba te oyebi malamu bizaleli mpe tembe ya Bayuda. Boye nasengi na yo ete ozala na motema monene mpo na koyoka ngai.
4 "Indeed, all Jews know my way of life from my youth up, which was from the beginning among my own nation and at Jerusalem;
Bayuda nyonso bayebi evandeli na ngai, wuta na bomwana na ngai, kobanda na ebandeli ya bomoi na ngai, kati na ekolo na ngai, mpe ezala kati na Yelusalemi.
5 having known me from the first, if they are willing to testify, that after the strictest sect of our religion I lived a Pharisee.
Bayebi ngai wuta kala mpe bakoki kotatola, soki balingi, ete natambolisaki bomoi na ngai lokola Mofarizeo, na botosi makasi ya mibeko, ndenge lingomba na biso esengaka.
6 Now I stand here to be judged for the hope of the promise made by God to our fathers,
Mpe nazali kosamba lelo mpo na elikya na ngai kati na elaka oyo Nzambe apesaki na bakoko na biso.
7 which our twelve tribes, earnestly serving night and day, hope to attain. Concerning this hope I am accused by the Jews, O King.
Bato ya mabota na biso zomi na mibale basalelaki Nzambe, butu mpe moyi, na kolemba te, mpo ete bazalaki na elikya ete bakomona kokokisama ya elaka yango. Mokonzi Agripa, ezali kaka mpo na elikya yango nde Bayuda bafundi ngai.
8 Why is it judged incredible with you, if God does raise the dead?
Mpo na nini, kati na bino, bozali kondima te ete Nzambe akoki kosekwisa bakufi?
9 "In fact, I thought to myself that I ought to do many things against the name of Jesus the Nazorean.
Ngai moko mpe nazalaki liboso kokanisa ete esengeli na ngai kosala nyonso oyo ekoki kosalema, mpo na kotelemela Kombo ya Yesu ya Nazareti.
10 This I also did in Jerusalem. I both shut up many of the saints in prisons, having received authority from the chief priests, and when they were put to death I gave my vote against them.
Ezali mosala yango nde nasalaki kati na Yelusalemi: natiaki basantu ebele na boloko, na ndingisa ya bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe; boye, tango bazalaki koboma bango, ngai mpe nazalaki kondima.
11 Punishing them often in all the synagogues, I tried to make them blaspheme. Being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even to foreign cities.
Kati na bandako nyonso ya mayangani, nazalaki mbala mingi kotambola mpo na kopesa bango bitumbu mpe kotinda bango na makasi ete bafinga Yesu-Klisto. Na zuwa na ngai oyo eleka ndelo, nazalaki kolanda bango kino na bingumba ya bapaya mpo na konyokola bango.
12 "Whereupon as I traveled to Damascus with the authority and commission from the chief priests,
Ezali mpo na yango nde nakendeki na Damasi, na bokonzi mpe na etinda ya bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe.
13 at noon, O King, I saw on the way a light from the sky, brighter than the sun, shining around me and those who traveled with me.
Mokonzi, na ngonga ya midi, wana nazalaki kokende, namonaki pole moko kowuta na likolo, elekaki kutu ata kongenga ya moyi; pole yango ezipaki ngai mpe bato oyo bazalaki kotambola elongo na ngai.
14 When we had all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew language, 'Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.'
Tokweyaki biso nyonso na mabele, mpe nayokaki mongongo moko koloba na ngai na lokota ya Arami: « Saulo, Saulo, mpo na nini ozali konyokola Ngai? Ezali pasi mpo na yo komibamba na basende. »
15 "I said, 'Who are you, Lord?' "He said, 'I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.
Bongo natunaki: « Nkolo, yo nani? » Nkolo azongisaki: « Ngai, nazali Yesu oyo yo ozali konyokola.
16 But arise, and stand on your feet, for I have appeared to you for this purpose: to appoint you a servant and a witness both of the things which you have seen me, and of the things which I will reveal to you;
Kasi lamuka mpe telema! Pamba te namimonisi epai na yo mpo na kokomisa yo mosali na Ngai mpe motatoli ya makambo oyo osili komona, mpe ya makambo oyo nakolakisa yo na sima.
17 delivering you from the people, and from the non-Jewish people, to whom I send you,
Nakokangola yo wuta na maboko ya bato ya ekolo na yo mpe na maboko ya bato ya bikolo ya bapaya. Nakotinda yo epai na bango
18 to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in me.'
mpo ete ofungola bango miso, olongola bango na molili mpe omema bango na pole; mpo ete olongola bango na se ya bokonzi ya Satana mpe omema bango epai ya Nzambe, na tina ete bazwa bolimbisi ya masumu mpe libula kati na bato oyo babulisama na nzela ya kondima kati na Ngai. »
19 "Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision,
Boye, mokonzi Agripa, wuta tango wana, nandimaki kotosa emoniseli oyo ewutaki na Likolo.
20 but declared first to them of Damascus, at Jerusalem, and throughout all the country of Judea, and also to the non-Jews, that they should repent and turn to God, doing works worthy of repentance.
Nateyaki liboso bavandi ya Damasi; sima, nateyaki bavandi ya Yelusalemi, ya Yuda mobimba mpe ya bikolo ya bapaya: nateyaki bango ete basengeli kobongola mitema, kozonga epai ya Nzambe mpe, na nzela ya misala na bango, kolakisa penza ete babongoli mitema.
21 For this reason Jews seized me when I was in the temple, and tried to kill me.
Ezali kaka mpo na tina oyo nde Bayuda bakangaki ngai kati na Tempelo mpe balukaki koboma ngai.
22 Having therefore obtained the help that is from God, I stand to this day testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the Prophets and Moses said would happen,
Kasi kino lelo, Nzambe azali kobatela ngai; yango wana natelemi awa mpo na kotatola liboso ya bato pamba mpe bato minene. Nazali koteya makambo mosusu te, bobele makambo oyo basakoli mpe Moyize baloba ete ekokokisama solo:
23 how the Christ would suffer, and how, by the resurrection of the dead, he would be first to proclaim light both to these people and to non-Jewish people."
Klisto akomona pasi mpe akozala moto ya liboso ya kosekwa kati na bakufi mpo na kosakola pole ya lobiko epai ya Bayuda mpe epai ya bato ya bikolo ya bapaya.
24 As he thus made his defense, Festus said with a loud voice, "Paul, you are crazy. Your great learning is driving you insane."
Wana Polo azalaki nanu koloba, Festisi akataki ye maloba mpe agangelaki ye: — Ozali na liboma, Polo! Boyebi oyo otondi na yango ekomisi yo liboma!
25 But he said, "I am not crazy, most excellent Festus, but boldly declare words of truth and reasonableness.
Polo azongisaki: — Tata mokonzi Festisi, nazali na liboma te. Makambo oyo nazali koloba ezali ya solo mpe ezali penza na nzela.
26 For the king knows of these things, to whom also I speak freely. For I am persuaded that none of these things is hidden from him, for this has not been done in a corner.
Mokonzi Agripa kutu ayebi makambo oyo malamu; yango wana nazali koloba na molende nyonso liboso na ye. Nandimisami ete abungi ata likambo moko te kati na makambo yango, pamba te esalemaki na nkuku te.
27 King Agrippa, do you believe the prophets? I know that you believe."
Mokonzi Agripa, boni, ondimaka basakoli? Nayebi malamu ete ondimaka bango.
28 Agrippa said to Paul, "With a little persuasion are you trying to make me a Christian?"
Agripa alobaki na Polo: — Okanisi ete okoki kondimisa ngai kokoma Moklisto kaka na mwa tango moke?
29 Paul said, "I pray to God, that whether with little or with much, not only you, but also all that hear me this day, might become such as I am, except for these bonds."
Polo azongisaki: — Ezala na tango molayi to na tango moke, nazali kosambela Nzambe ete, yo moko kaka te, kasi elongo na bato nyonso oyo bazali koyoka ngai lelo, bokoma lokola ngai, longola kaka minyololo oyo!
30 The king rose up with the governor, and Bernice, and those who sat with them.
Wana azalaki koloba bongo, mokonzi, moyangeli, Berenise mpe bato nyonso oyo bazalaki elongo na bango batelemaki.
31 When they had withdrawn, they spoke one to another, saying, "This man does nothing worthy of death or of bonds."
Wana bazalaki kobima, balobanaki bango na bango: — Moto oyo asali mabe ata moko te oyo ekoki komemela ye etumbu ya kufa to ya boloko.
32 Agrippa said to Festus, "This man might have been set free if he had not appealed to Caesar."
Agripa alobaki na Festisi: — Soki moto oyo asengaki te kosamba liboso ya Sezare, esengelaki kotika ye.
