1 Corinthians 2
1 When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with superiority of speech or wisdom, proclaiming to you the mystery of God.
೧ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ನಾನು ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದ ದೇವರ ಸತ್ಯಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವವನಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ವಾಕ್ಚಾತುರ್ಯದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ, ಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದಾಗಲಿ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
2 For I determined not to know anything among you, except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
೨ನಾನು ಶಿಲುಬೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಯೇಸು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನನ್ನೇ ಹೊರತು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದನ್ನೂ ತಿಳಿಯದವನಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವೆನೆಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆನು.
3 When I was with you, I was weak and afraid and I shook.
೩ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಹೀನನೂ, ಭಯಪಡುವವನೂ, ಬಹು ನಡುಗುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೆನು.
4 My speech and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,
೪ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ಮನುಷ್ಯಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಆಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ದೇವರ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಧಾರಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ನನ್ನ ಬೋಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಪ್ರಸಂಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮನವೊಲಿಸುವ ಜ್ಞಾನವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸದೇ ದೇವರಾತ್ಮನ ಬಲವನ್ನು ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸುವ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಿದೆನು.
5 that your faith would not rest on human wisdom, but on the power of God.
೫
6 We speak wisdom, however, among those who are mature, but a wisdom not of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are passing away. (aiōn g165)
೬ಆದರೆ ಪರಿಪಕ್ವತೆಯುಳ್ಳವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೇ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅದು ಇಹಲೋಕದ ಜ್ಞಾನವಲ್ಲ, ಗತಿಸಿ ಹೋಗುವ ಇಹಲೋಕಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾನವೂ ಅಲ್ಲ. (aiōn g165)
7 But we speak God's wisdom in a mystery, the wisdom that has been hidden, which God determined in advance before the ages for our glory, (aiōn g165)
೭ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಸತ್ಯಾರ್ಥವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೇ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅದು ಯಾವುದೆಂದರೆ ದೇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಮಹಿಮೆಗಾಗಿ ಲೋಕೋತ್ಪತ್ತಿಗಿಂತ ಮೊದಲೇ ನೇಮಿಸಿ ಮರೆಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ದೇವರ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮರ್ಮವೇ ಆಗಿದೆ. (aiōn g165)
8 which none of the rulers of this age has understood. For had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn g165)
೮ಇದನ್ನು ಇಹಲೋಕಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಅರಿತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅರಿತಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ಮಹಿಮೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಶಿಲುಬೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಸುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; (aiōn g165)
9 But as it is written, No eye has seen, and no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things which God has prepared for those who love him.
೯ಆದರೆ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, “ದೇವರು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವವರಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರುವಂಥದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಕಣ್ಣು ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಕಿವಿ ಕೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅದರ ಭಾವನೆಯು ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಲಿಲ್ಲ.”
10 But to us God revealed it through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
೧೦ನಮಗಾದರೋ ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮನ ಮೂಲಕ ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಪಡಿಸಿದನು. ಆ ಆತ್ಮನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು, ದೇವರ ಅಗಾಧವಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಪರಿಶೋಧಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
11 For what person knows the things of a person except the spirit of the person that is in him? So also, no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
೧೧ಮನುಷ್ಯನೊಳಗಿನ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳು ಅವನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮನುಷ್ಯತ್ಮನಿಗಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತಾರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು? ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ದೇವರಾಲೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮನೇ ಹೊರತು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾರಿಂದಲೂ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
12 But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might know the things that were freely given to us by God.
೧೨ನಾವು ಇಹಲೋಕದ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದದೆ ದೇವರು ನಮಗೆ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿರುವ ವರಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದೇವರಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನೇ ಹೊಂದಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
13 And we speak of these things, not with words taught by human wisdom, but with those taught by the Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things.
೧೩ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಕಲಿಸಿದ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಹೇಳದೆ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನೇ ಕಲಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿ ಆತ್ಮೀಕವಾದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮೀಕರಾದವರಿಗೆ ಯುಕ್ತವಾದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
14 Now the natural person does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
೧೪ಪ್ರಾಪಂಚಿಕನಾದವನು ದೇವರಾತ್ಮನ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇಡವೆನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹುಚ್ಚುಮಾತನಾಗಿ ತೋರುತ್ತವೆ; ಅವು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾರನು.
15 But he who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is judged by no one.
೧೫ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದ ನಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನೋ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ವಿವೇಚಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯಾರೂ ವಿವೇಚಿಸಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.
16 For, "Who has known the mind of the Lord? Who will instruct him?" But we have the mind of Christ.
೧೬“ಕರ್ತನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಉಪದೇಶಿಸುವವನಾರು?” ಎಂದು ಬರೆದಿದೆಯಲ್ಲಾ. ನಾವಾದರೋ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
