Romans 3
1 Then what advantage does the Jew have? Or what is the profit of circumcision?
১অপৰঞ্চ যিহূদিনঃ কিং শ্ৰেষ্ঠৎৱং? তথা ৎৱক্ছেদস্য ৱা কিং ফলং?
2 Much in every way. Because first of all, they were entrusted with the oracles of God.
২সৰ্ৱ্ৱথা বহূনি ফলানি সন্তি, ৱিশেষত ঈশ্ৱৰস্য শাস্ত্ৰং তেভ্যোঽদীযত|
3 For what if some were without faith? Will their lack of faith nullify the faithfulness of God?
৩কৈশ্চিদ্ অৱিশ্ৱসনে কৃতে তেষাম্ অৱিশ্ৱসনাৎ কিম্ ঈশ্ৱৰস্য ৱিশ্ৱাস্যতাযা হানিৰুৎপৎস্যতে?
4 Absolutely not. Let God be found true, but every human being a liar. As it is written, "That you may be justified in your words, and prevail when you judge."
৪কেনাপি প্ৰকাৰেণ নহি| যদ্যপি সৰ্ৱ্ৱে মনুষ্যা মিথ্যাৱাদিনস্তথাপীশ্ৱৰঃ সত্যৱাদী| শাস্ত্ৰে যথা লিখিতমাস্তে, অতস্ত্ৱন্তু স্ৱৱাক্যেন নিৰ্দ্দোষো হি ভৱিষ্যসি| ৱিচাৰে চৈৱ নিষ্পাপো ভৱিষ্যসি ন সংশযঃ|
5 But if our unrighteousness commends the righteousness of God, what will we say? Is God unrighteous who inflicts wrath? (I am speaking in human terms).
৫অস্মাকম্ অন্যাযেন যদীশ্ৱৰস্য ন্যাযঃ প্ৰকাশতে তৰ্হি কিং ৱদিষ্যামঃ? অহং মানুষাণাং কথামিৱ কথাং কথযামি, ঈশ্ৱৰঃ সমুচিতং দণ্ডং দত্ত্ৱা কিম্ অন্যাযী ভৱিষ্যতি?
6 Absolutely not. For then how will God judge the world?
৬ইত্থং ন ভৱতু, তথা সতীশ্ৱৰঃ কথং জগতো ৱিচাৰযিতা ভৱিষ্যতি?
7 For if the truth of God through my lie abounded to his glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner?
৭মম মিথ্যাৱাক্যৱদনাদ্ যদীশ্ৱৰস্য সত্যৎৱেন তস্য মহিমা ৱৰ্দ্ধতে তৰ্হি কস্মাদহং ৱিচাৰেঽপৰাধিৎৱেন গণ্যো ভৱামি?
8 And Why not (as we are slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say), "Let us do evil, that good may come?" Their condemnation is just.
৮মঙ্গলাৰ্থং পাপমপি কৰণীযমিতি ৱাক্যং ৎৱযা কুতো নোচ্যতে? কিন্তু যৈৰুচ্যতে তে নিতান্তং দণ্ডস্য পাত্ৰাণি ভৱন্তি; তথাপি তদ্ৱাক্যম্ অস্মাভিৰপ্যুচ্যত ইত্যস্মাকং গ্লানিং কুৰ্ৱ্ৱন্তঃ কিযন্তো লোকা ৱদন্তি|
9 What then? Are we better than they? No, in no way. For we previously warned both Jews and Greeks, that they are all under sin.
৯অন্যলোকেভ্যো ৱযং কিং শ্ৰেষ্ঠাঃ? কদাচন নহি যতো যিহূদিনো ঽন্যদেশিনশ্চ সৰ্ৱ্ৱএৱ পাপস্যাযত্তা ইত্যস্য প্ৰমাণং ৱযং পূৰ্ৱ্ৱম্ অদদাম|
10 As it is written, "There is no one righteous; no, not one."
১০লিপি ৰ্যথাস্তে, নৈকোপি ধাৰ্ম্মিকো জনঃ|
11 "There is no one who understands. There is no one who seeks after God.
১১তথা জ্ঞানীশ্ৱৰজ্ঞানী মানৱঃ কোপি নাস্তি হি|
12 They have all turned aside. They have together become unprofitable. There is no one who does good, there is not even one."
১২ৱিমাৰ্গগামিনঃ সৰ্ৱ্ৱে সৰ্ৱ্ৱে দুষ্কৰ্ম্মকাৰিণঃ| একো জনোপি নো তেষাং সাধুকৰ্ম্ম কৰোতি চ|
13 "Their throat is an open tomb. With their tongues they have used deceit." "Viper's poison is under their lips;"
১৩তথা তেষান্তু ৱৈ কণ্ঠা অনাৱৃতশ্মশানৱৎ| স্তুতিৱাদং প্ৰকুৰ্ৱ্ৱন্তি জিহ্ৱাভিস্তে তু কেৱলং| তেষামোষ্ঠস্য নিম্নে তু ৱিষং তিষ্ঠতি সৰ্প্পৱৎ|
14 "Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness."
১৪মুখং তেষাং হি শাপেন কপটেন চ পূৰ্য্যতে|
15 "Their feet are swift to shed blood.
১৫ৰক্তপাতায তেষাং তু পদানি ক্ষিপ্ৰগানি চ|
16 Destruction and calamity are in their paths.
১৬পথি তেষাং মনুষ্যাণাং নাশঃ ক্লেশশ্চ কেৱলঃ|
17 The way of peace, they have not known."
১৭তে জনা নহি জানন্তি পন্থানং সুখদাযিনং|
18 "There is no fear of God before their eyes."
১৮পৰমেশাদ্ ভযং যত্তৎ তচ্চক্ষুষোৰগোচৰং|
19 Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God.
১৯ৱ্যৱস্থাযাং যদ্যল্লিখতি তদ্ ৱ্যৱস্থাধীনান্ লোকান্ উদ্দিশ্য লিখতীতি ৱযং জানীমঃ| ততো মনুষ্যমাত্ৰো নিৰুত্তৰঃ সন্ ঈশ্ৱৰস্য সাক্ষাদ্ অপৰাধী ভৱতি|
20 Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight. For through the law comes the knowledge of sin.
২০অতএৱ ৱ্যৱস্থানুৰূপৈঃ কৰ্ম্মভিঃ কশ্চিদপি প্ৰাণীশ্ৱৰস্য সাক্ষাৎ সপুণ্যীকৃতো ভৱিতুং ন শক্ষ্যতি যতো ৱ্যৱস্থযা পাপজ্ঞানমাত্ৰং জাযতে|
21 But now apart from the law, a righteousness of God has been revealed, being testified by the Law and the Prophets;
২১কিন্তু ৱ্যৱস্থাযাঃ পৃথগ্ ঈশ্ৱৰেণ দেযং যৎ পুণ্যং তদ্ ৱ্যৱস্থাযা ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাদিগণস্য চ ৱচনৈঃ প্ৰমাণীকৃতং সদ্ ইদানীং প্ৰকাশতে|
22 even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. For there is no distinction,
২২যীশুখ্ৰীষ্টে ৱিশ্ৱাসকৰণাদ্ ঈশ্ৱৰেণ দত্তং তৎ পুণ্যং সকলেষু প্ৰকাশিতং সৎ সৰ্ৱ্ৱান্ ৱিশ্ৱাসিনঃ প্ৰতি ৱৰ্ত্ততে|
23 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;
২৩তেষাং কোপি প্ৰভেদো নাস্তি, যতঃ সৰ্ৱ্ৱএৱ পাপিন ঈশ্ৱৰীযতেজোহীনাশ্চ জাতাঃ|
24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus;
২৪ত ঈশ্ৱৰস্যানুগ্ৰহাদ্ মূল্যং ৱিনা খ্ৰীষ্টকৃতেন পৰিত্ৰাণেন সপুণ্যীকৃতা ভৱন্তি|
25 whom God set forth whom God displayed publicly as a mercy seat, through faith in his blood, for a demonstration of his righteousness, because in God's forbearance he had passed over the sins previously committed;
২৫যস্মাৎ স্ৱশোণিতেন ৱিশ্ৱাসাৎ পাপনাশকো বলী ভৱিতুং স এৱ পূৰ্ৱ্ৱম্ ঈশ্ৱৰেণ নিশ্চিতঃ, ইত্থম্ ঈশ্ৱৰীযসহিষ্ণুৎৱাৎ পুৰাকৃতপাপানাং মাৰ্জ্জনকৰণে স্ৱীযযাথাৰ্থ্যং তেন প্ৰকাশ্যতে,
26 to demonstrate his righteousness at this present time, so that he would be just, and the justifier of him who has faith in Jesus.
২৬ৱৰ্ত্তমানকালীযমপি স্ৱযাথাৰ্থ্যং তেন প্ৰকাশ্যতে, অপৰং যীশৌ ৱিশ্ৱাসিনং সপুণ্যীকুৰ্ৱ্ৱন্নপি স যাথাৰ্থিকস্তিষ্ঠতি|
27 Where then is the boasting? It is excluded. By what manner of law? Of works? No, but by a law of faith.
২৭তৰ্হি কুত্ৰাত্মশ্লাঘা? সা দূৰীকৃতা; কযা ৱ্যৱস্থযা? কিং ক্ৰিযাৰূপৱ্যৱস্থযা? ইত্থং নহি কিন্তু তৎ কেৱলৱিশ্ৱাসৰূপযা ৱ্যৱস্থযৈৱ ভৱতি|
28 For we maintain that one is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.
২৮অতএৱ ৱ্যৱস্থানুৰূপাঃ ক্ৰিযা ৱিনা কেৱলেন ৱিশ্ৱাসেন মানৱঃ সপুণ্যীকৃতো ভৱিতুং শক্নোতীত্যস্য ৰাদ্ধান্তং দৰ্শযামঃ|
29 Or is God for Jews only? Is he not the God of the non-Jews also? Yes, of the non-Jews also,
২৯স কিং কেৱলযিহূদিনাম্ ঈশ্ৱৰো ভৱতি? ভিন্নদেশিনাম্ ঈশ্ৱৰো ন ভৱতি? ভিন্নদেশিনামপি ভৱতি;
30 since indeed there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith, and the uncircumcised through faith.
৩০যস্মাদ্ এক ঈশ্ৱৰো ৱিশ্ৱাসাৎ ৎৱক্ছেদিনো ৱিশ্ৱাসেনাৎৱক্ছেদিনশ্চ সপুণ্যীকৰিষ্যতি|
31 Do we then nullify the law through faith? Absolutely not. No, we establish the law.
৩১তৰ্হি ৱিশ্ৱাসেন ৱযং কিং ৱ্যৱস্থাং লুম্পাম? ইত্থং ন ভৱতু ৱযং ৱ্যৱস্থাং সংস্থাপযাম এৱ|
