< Psalms 98 >

1 [A Psalm.] Sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things. His right hand, and his holy arm, have worked salvation for him.
Zabbuli. Muyimbire Mukama oluyimba oluggya, kubanga akoze eby’ekitalo. Omukono gwe ogwa ddyo, era omukono omutukuvu, gumuwadde obuwanguzi.
2 The LORD has made known his salvation. He has openly shown his righteousness in the sight of the nations.
Mukama ayolesezza obulokozi bwe, era abikkulidde amawanga obutuukirivu bwe.
3 He has remembered his loving kindness and his faithfulness toward the house of Israel. Every part of the earth has seen the salvation of our God.
Ajjukidde okwagala kwe okutakoma n’obwesigwa bwe eri ennyumba ya Isirayiri. Enkomerero z’ensi yonna zirabye obulokozi bwa Katonda waffe.
4 Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth. Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing praises.
Muyimbire Mukama n’essanyu lingi mwe ensi yonna; muyimbe ennyimba mu maloboozi ag’essanyu.
5 Sing praises to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the voice of melody.
Mutendereze Mukama n’ennanga ez’enkoba; n’ennanga ez’enkoba n’amaloboozi ag’okuyimba,
6 With trumpets and sound of the ram's horn, make a joyful noise before the King, the LORD.
n’amakondeere n’eddoboozi ly’eŋŋombe. Muyimbe n’essanyu mu maaso ga Mukama era Kabaka.
7 Let the sea roar with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell in it.
Ennyanja eyire ne byonna ebigirimu, n’ensi ne byonna ebigirimu bijaguze.
8 Let the rivers clap their hands. Let the mountains sing for joy together.
Emigga gikube mu ngalo n’ensozi zonna ziyimbire wamu olw’essanyu;
9 Let them sing before the LORD, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
byonna biyimbe mu maaso ga Mukama, kubanga ajja okulamula ensi. Aliramula ensi mu butuukirivu; aliramula amawanga mu bwenkanya.
