< Psalms 6 >
1 [For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments, upon the eight-stringed lyre. A Psalm by David.] LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger, neither discipline me in your wrath.
[Psalm lal David] O LEUM GOD, nik kom kutongyu in mulat lom, Ku kaiyu in kasrkusrak lom.
2 Be gracious to me, LORD, for I am frail. LORD, heal me, for my bones are trembling.
O LEUM GOD, pakomutuk tuh nga arulana totola. Ase ku nu sik tuh nga munaslana,
3 And my soul is greatly troubled. But you, LORD, how long?
Ac ngunik arulana foroti. O LEUM GOD, kom ac tupan putaka?
4 Return, LORD. Deliver my soul. Save me because of your lovingkindness.
LEUM GOD, fahsru ac moliyula; Loangeyula liki misa, ke lungkulang lom.
5 For in death there is no memory of you. In Sheol, who shall give you thanks? (Sheol )
In facl sin mwet misa wangin esamyom. Wangin mwet ac kaksakin kom ingo. (Sheol )
6 I am weary with my groaning. Every night I drench my bed; I melt my couch with my tears.
Nga totola ke sripen asor luk; Fong nukewa mwe oan kiuk sroksrok ke sroninmutuk, Ac ilul luk uh sroksroki ke tung luk.
7 My eye wastes away because of grief. It grows old because of all my adversaries.
Nga koflana ngetnget wo; Mutuk fafwak Ke tungiyen orekma lun mwet lokoalok luk.
8 Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for the LORD has heard the sound of my weeping.
Fahsr likiyu, kowos mwet orekma koluk! LEUM GOD El lohng pusren tung luk;
9 The LORD has heard my plea. The LORD has accepted my prayer.
El lipsre pusren kwafe luk, Ac El ac fah topuk pre luk.
10 May all my enemies be ashamed and greatly terrified. May they turn back, suddenly ashamed.
Mwet lokoalok luk elos ac fah pulakin mwekin lulap ke kutangyukla elos; Elos fah sa na in akfohsyeyukyak ac lillilla.
