Psalms 29

1 [A Psalm by David.] Ascribe to the LORD, you sons of the mighty, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.

ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದೇವದೂತರೇ, ಬಲವು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರದೇ, ಮಹಿಮೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರದೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ.

2 Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Worship the LORD in holy array.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ನಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲತಕ್ಕ ಘನವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರಿ; ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧತ್ವವೆಂಬ ವಸ್ತ್ರದೊಡನೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಆರಾಧಿಸಿರಿ.

3 The voice of the LORD is on the waters. The God of glory thunders, even the LORD on many waters.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಜಲರಾಶಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದೆ; ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ದೇವರು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಮಹಾಸಾಗರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.

4 The voice of the LORD is powerful. The voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಶಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳದ್ದು; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ವೈಭವವುಳ್ಳದ್ದು.

5 The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars. Yes, the LORD breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ದೇವದಾರು ವೃಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಲೆಬನೋನಿನ ದೇವದಾರು ವೃಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

6 He makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young, wild ox.

ಲೆಬನೋನ್ ಪರ್ವತವು ಕರುವಿನ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಸಿರ್ಯೋನ್ ಬೆಟ್ಟವು ಎಳೆಯ ಕಾಡುಕೋಣದ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಹಾರಾಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

7 The voice of the LORD strikes with flashes of lightning.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಸಿಡಿಲಿನ ಮಿಂಚಿನಂತೆ ಅಪ್ಪಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

8 The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness. The LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಶಬ್ದವು ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನಡುಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಕಾದೇಶ್ ಮರುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನಡುಗಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

9 The voice of the LORD makes the large trees tremble, and strips the forests bare. In his temple everything says, "Glory."

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಧ್ವನಿಯು ಜಿಂಕೆಗಳು ಈಯುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಡವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ; ದೇವರ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ “ಮಹಿಮೆ!” ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

10 The LORD sat enthroned at the Flood. Yes, the LORD sits as King forever.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಪ್ರಳಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಯುಗಯುಗಕ್ಕೂ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ಅರಸರಾಗಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

11 The LORD will give strength to his people. The LORD will bless his people with peace.

ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವರು; ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಾನದಿಂದ ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವರು.
