< Psalms 15 >
1 [A Psalm by David.] LORD, who shall dwell in your sanctuary? Who shall live on your holy mountain?
Psaume de David. Eternel, qui séjournera sous ta tente? Qui habitera sur ta montagne sainte?
2 He who walks blamelessly and does what is right, and speaks truth in his heart.
Celui qui marche intègre, pratique la justice et dit la vérité de tout son cœur;
3 He doesn't slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his friend, nor lifts up an insult against his neighbor.
qui n’a pas de calomnie sur la langue, ne fait aucun mal à son semblable, et ne profère point d’outrage contre son prochain;
4 In his eyes a vile man is despised, but he honors those who fear the LORD. He keeps an oath even when it hurts, and doesn't change it.
qui tient pour méprisable quiconque mérite le mépris, mais honore ceux qui craignent l’Eternel; qui, ayant juré à son détriment, ne se rétracte point;
5 He doesn't lend out his money for interest, nor take a bribe against the innocent. The one who does these things will never be upended.
qui ne place pas son argent à intérêt, et n’accepte pas de présent aux dépens de l’innocent. Celui qui agit de la sorte ne chancellera jamais.
