൧ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു ആരോഹണഗീതം. ഇതാ, സഹോദരന്മാർ ഒത്തൊരുമിച്ചു വസിക്കുന്നത് എത്ര ശുഭവും എത്ര മനോഹരവും ആകുന്നു!

2 It is like the precious oil on the head, that ran down on the beard, even Aaron's beard; that came down on the edge of his robes;

൨അത്, വസ്ത്രത്തിന്റെ വിളുമ്പിലേക്ക് നീണ്ടുകിടക്കുന്ന അഹരോന്റെ താടിയിലേക്ക്, ഒഴുകുന്ന അവന്റെ തലയിലെ വിശേഷതൈലം പോലെയും

3 like the dew of Hermon, that comes down on the hills of Zion: for there the LORD gives the blessing, even life forevermore.

൩സീയോൻ പർവ്വതത്തിൽ പെയ്യുന്ന ഹെർമ്മോന്യമഞ്ഞുപോലെയും ആകുന്നു; അവിടെയല്ലയോ യഹോവ അനുഗ്രഹവും ശാശ്വതമായ ജീവനും കല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
