< Proverbs 16 >
1 The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the LORD.
Kɵngüldiki niyǝtlǝr insanƣa tǝwǝdur; Biraⱪ tilning jawabi Pǝrwǝrdigarning ilkididur.
2 All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the LORD weighs the motives.
Insan ɵzining ⱨǝmmǝ ⱪilƣan ixini pak dǝp bilǝr; Lekin ⱪǝlbdiki niyǝtlǝrni Pǝrwǝrdigar taraziƣa selip tartip kɵrǝr.
3 Entrust your works to the LORD, and your plans will be established.
Niyǝt ⱪilƣan ixliringni Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa tapxurƣin, Xundaⱪ ⱪilƣanda pilanliring pixip qiⱪar.
4 The LORD has made everything for its own end—yes, even the wicked for the day of evil.
Pǝrwǝrdigar barliⱪ mǝwjudiyǝtning ⱨǝrbirini mǝlum mǝⱪsǝt bilǝn apiridǝ ⱪilƣan; Ⱨǝtta yamanlarnimu balayi’apǝt küni üqün yaratⱪandur.
5 Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: they shall certainly not be unpunished.
Tǝkǝbburluⱪⱪa tolƣan kɵngüllǝrning ⱨǝrbiri Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa yirginqliktur; Ⱪol tutuxup birlǝxsimu, jazasiz ⱪalmas.
6 By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for. By the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.
Muⱨǝbbǝt-xǝpⱪǝt wǝ ⱨǝⱪiⱪǝt bilǝn gunaⱨlar kafarǝt ⱪilinip yepilar; Pǝrwǝrdigardin ǝyminix adǝmlǝrni yamanliⱪtin haliy ⱪilar.
7 When a man's ways please the LORD, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
Adǝmning ixliri Pǝrwǝrdigarni hursǝn ⱪilsa, U ⱨǝtta düxmǝnlirinimu uning bilǝn inaⱪlaxturar.
8 Better is a little with righteousness, than great revenues with injustice.
Ⱨalal alƣan az, Ⱨaram alƣan kɵptin ǝwzǝldur.
9 A man's heart plans his course, but the LORD directs his steps.
Insan kɵnglidǝ ɵz yolini tohtitar; Əmma ⱪǝdǝmlirini toƣrilaydiƣan Pǝrwǝrdigardur.
10 Inspired judgments are on the lips of the king. He shall not betray his mouth.
Ⱨǝtta padixaⱨning lǝwlirigǝ ⱪaritip ǝpsun oⱪulsimu, Uning aƣzi toƣra ⱨɵkümdin qǝtnimǝs.
11 Honest balances and scales are the LORD's; all the weights in the bag are his work.
Adil taraza-mizanlar Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa hastur; Taraza taxlirining ⱨǝmmisini U yasiƣandur.
12 It is an abomination to kings to do wickedness, for the throne is established by righteousness.
Padixaⱨ rǝzillik ⱪilsa yirginqliktur, Qünki tǝht ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝt bilǝnla mǝⱨkǝm turar.
13 Righteous lips are the delight of kings. They value one who speaks the truth.
Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy sɵzligǝn lǝwlǝr padixaⱨlarning hursǝnlikidur; Ular durus sɵzligüqilǝrni yahxi kɵrǝr.
14 The king's wrath is a messenger of death, but a wise man will pacify it.
Padixaⱨning ⱪǝⱨri goya ɵlümning ǝlqisidur; Biraⱪ dana kixi [uning ƣǝzipini] tinqlandurar.
15 In the light of the king's face is life. His favor is like a cloud of the spring rain.
Padixaⱨning qirayining nuri kixigǝ jan kirgüzǝr; Uning xǝpⱪiti waⱪtida yaƣⱪan «keyinki yamƣur»dur.
16 How much better it is to get wisdom than gold. Yes, to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.
Danaliⱪ elix altun elixtin nǝⱪǝdǝr ǝwzǝldur; Yorutuluxni tallax kümüxni tallaxtin xunqǝ üstündur!
17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil. He who keeps his way preserves his soul.
Durus adǝmning egiz kɵtürülgǝn yoli yamanliⱪtin ayrilixtur; Ɵz yoliƣa eⱨtiyat ⱪilƣan kixi jenini saⱪlap ⱪalar.
18 Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.
Mǝƣrurluⱪ ⱨalak boluxtin awwal kelǝr, Tǝkǝbburluⱪ yiⱪilixtin awwal kelǝr.
19 It is better to be of a lowly spirit with the poor, than to divide the plunder with the proud.
Kǝmtǝr bolup miskinlǝr bilǝn bardi-kǝldidǝ bolux, Tǝkǝbburlar bilǝn ⱨaram mal bɵlüxkǝndin ǝwzǝldur.
20 He who heeds the word finds prosperity, and blessed is he who trusts in the LORD.
Kimki ixni pǝm-parasǝt bilǝn ⱪilsa payda tapar; Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa tayanƣan bolsa, bǝht-saadǝt kɵrǝr.
21 The wise in heart shall be called prudent. Pleasantness of the lips promotes instruction.
Kɵngli dana kixi sǝgǝk atilar; Yeⱪimliⱪ sɵzlǝr adǝmlǝrning bilimini axurar.
22 Understanding is a fountain of life to one who has it, but the punishment of fools is their folly.
Pǝm-parasǝt ɵzigǝ igǝ bolƣanlarƣa ⱨayatliⱪning buliⱪidur; Əⱪilsizlǝrgǝ tǝlim bǝrmǝkning ɵzi ǝⱪilsizliktur.
23 The heart of the wise instructs his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.
Aⱪilanǝ kixining ⱪǝlbi aƣzidin ǝⱪil qiⱪirar; Uning lǝwzigǝ bilimni ziyadǝ ⱪilar.
24 Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
Yeⱪimliⱪ sɵzlǝr goya ⱨǝsǝldur; Kɵngüllǝrni hux ⱪilip tǝngǝ dawadur.
25 There is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.
Adǝm balisiƣa toƣridǝk kɵrünidiƣan bir yol bar, Lekin aⱪiwiti ⱨalakǝtkǝ baridiƣan yollardur.
26 The appetite of the laboring man labors for him; for his mouth urges him on.
Ixligüqining ixtiyi uni ixⱪa salar; Uning ⱪarni uningƣa ⱨǝydǝkqilik ⱪilar.
27 A worthless man devises mischief. His speech is like a scorching fire.
Muttǝⱨǝm kixi yaman gǝpni kolap yürǝr; Uning lǝwliri lawuldap turƣan otⱪa ohxar.
28 A perverse man stirs up strife, and a gossip separates close friends.
Əgri adǝm jedǝl-majira tuƣdurƣuqidur; Ƣǝywǝtqi yeⱪin dostlarni ayriwetǝr.
29 A man of violence entices his neighbor, and leads him in a way that is not good.
Zorawan kixi yeⱪin adimini azdurar; Uni yaman yolƣa baxlap kirǝr.
30 One who winks his eyes to plot perversities, one who compresses his lips, is bent on evil.
Kɵzini yumuwalƣan kixi yaman niyǝtni oylar; Lewini qixligǝn kixi yamanliⱪⱪa tǝyyardur.
31 Gray hair is a crown of glory. It is found in the path of righteousness.
Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniyǝt yolida aⱪarƣan qaq, Adǝmning xɵⱨrǝt tajidur.
32 One who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; one who rules his spirit, than he who takes a city.
Asan aqqiⱪlimaydiƣan kixi palwandin ǝwzǝldur; Ɵzini tutuwalƣan xǝⱨǝr alƣandinmu üstündur.
33 The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the LORD.
Qǝk etǝkkǝ taxlanƣini bilǝn, Lekin nǝtijisi pütünlǝy Pǝrwǝrdigardindur.
