Matthew 25
1 "Then the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to meet the bridegroom.
സ്വർഗ്ഗരാജ്യം മണവാളനെ എതിരേല്പാൻ വിളക്കു എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടു പുറപ്പെട്ട പത്തു കന്യകമാരോടു സദൃശം ആകും.
2 Five of them were foolish, and five were wise.
അവരിൽ അഞ്ചുപേർ ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവരും അഞ്ചുപേർ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരും ആയിരുന്നു.
3 For the foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them,
ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവർ വിളക്കു എടുത്തപ്പോൾ എണ്ണ എടുത്തില്ല.
4 but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരോ വിളക്കോടുകൂടെ പാത്രത്തിൽ എണ്ണയും എടുത്തു.
5 Now while the bridegroom delayed, they all slumbered and slept.
പിന്നെ മണവാളൻ താമസിക്കുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാവരും മയക്കംപിടിച്ചു ഉറങ്ങി.
6 But at midnight there was a cry, 'Look. The bridegroom. Come out to meet him.'
അർദ്ധരാത്രിക്കോ മണവാളൻ വരുന്നു; അവനെ എതിരേല്പാൻ പുറപ്പെടുവിൻ എന്നു ആർപ്പുവിളി ഉണ്ടായി.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
അപ്പോൾ കന്യകമാർ എല്ലാവരും എഴുന്നേറ്റു വിളക്കു തെളിയിച്ചു.
8 The foolish said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.'
എന്നാൽ ബുദ്ധിയില്ലാത്തവർ ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവരോടു: ഞങ്ങളുടെ വിളക്കു കെട്ടുപോകുന്നതു കൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണയിൽ കുറെ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു തരുവിൻ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
9 But the wise answered, saying, 'No, there will not be enough for us and you. Go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.'
ബുദ്ധിയുള്ളവർ: ഞങ്ങൾക്കും നിങ്ങൾക്കും പോരാ എന്നു വരാതിരിപ്പാൻ നിങ്ങൾ വില്ക്കുന്നവരുടെ അടുക്കൽ പോയി വാങ്ങിക്കൊൾവിൻ എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
10 While they went away to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut.
അവർ വാങ്ങുവാൻ പോയപ്പോൾ മണവാളൻ വന്നു; ഒരുങ്ങിയിരുന്നവർ അവനോടുകൂടെ കല്യാണസദ്യെക്കു ചെന്നു; വാതിൽ അടെക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
11 Afterward the other virgins also came, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open to us.'
അതിന്റെ ശേഷം മറ്റെ കന്യകമാരും വന്നു: കർത്താവേ, കർത്താവേ ഞങ്ങൾക്കു തുറക്കേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
12 But he answered, 'Truly I tell you, I do not know you.'
അതിന്നു അവൻ: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ അറിയുന്നില്ല എന്നു സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
13 Watch therefore, for you do not know the day nor the hour.
ആകയാൽ നാളും നാഴികയും നിങ്ങൾ അറിയായ്കകൊണ്ടു ഉണർന്നിരിപ്പിൻ.
14 "For it is like a man, going on a journey, who called his own servants, and entrusted his goods to them.
ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ പരദേശത്തു പോകുമ്പോൾ ദാസന്മാരെ വിളിച്ചു തന്റെ സമ്പത്തു അവരെ ഏല്പിച്ചു.
15 To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; to each according to his own ability. Then he went on his journey.
ഒരുവന്നു അഞ്ചു താലന്തു, ഒരുവന്നു രണ്ടു, ഒരുവന്നു ഒന്നു ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരോരുത്തന്നു അവനവന്റെ പ്രാപ്തിപോലെ കൊടുത്തു യാത്രപുറപ്പെട്ടു.
16 Immediately the one who received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents.
അഞ്ചു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവൻ ഉടനെ ചെന്നു വ്യാപാരം ചെയ്തു വേറെ അഞ്ചു താലന്തു സമ്പാദിച്ചു.
17 In like manner he who got the two gained another two.
അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ രണ്ടു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവൻ വേറെ രണ്ടു നേടി.
18 But he who received the one went away and dug in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
ഒന്നു ലഭിച്ചവനോ പോയി നിലത്തു ഒരു കുഴി കുഴിച്ചു യജമാനന്റെ ദ്രവ്യം മറെച്ചുവെച്ചു.
19 "Now after a long time the lord of those servants came, and reconciled accounts with them.
വളരെ കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം ആ ദാസന്മാരുടെ യജമാനൻ വന്നു അവരുമായി കണക്കു തീർത്തു.
20 And he who received the five talents came and brought another five talents, saying, 'Lord, you delivered to me five talents. See, I have gained another five talents.'
അഞ്ചു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവൻ അടുക്കെ വന്നു വേറെ അഞ്ചു കൂടെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു: യജമാനനേ, അഞ്ചു താലന്തല്ലോ എന്നെ ഏല്പിച്ചതു; ഞാൻ അഞ്ചു താലന്തുകൂടെ നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
21 "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
അതിന്നു യജമാനൻ: നന്നു, നല്ലവനും വിശ്വസ്തനുമായ ദാസനേ, നീ അല്പത്തിൽ വിശ്വസ്തനായിരുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അധികത്തിന്നു വിചാരകനാക്കും; നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്ക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
22 "And he also who had the two talents came and said, 'Lord, you delivered to me two talents. See, I have gained another two talents.'
രണ്ടു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവനും അടുക്കെ വന്നു: യജമാനനേ, രണ്ടു താലന്തല്ലോ എന്നെ ഏല്പിച്ചതു; ഞാൻ രണ്ടു താലന്തുകൂടെ നേടിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
23 "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'
അതിന്നു യജമാനൻ: നന്നു, നല്ലവനും വിശ്വസ്തനുമായ ദാസനേ, നീ അല്പത്തിൽ വിശ്വസ്തനായിരുന്നു; ഞാൻ നിന്നെ അധികത്തിന്നു വിചാരകനാക്കും; നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ സന്തോഷത്തിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്ക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
24 "He also who had received the one talent came and said, 'Lord, I knew you that you are a hard man, reaping where you did not sow, and gathering where you did not scatter.
ഒരു താലന്തു ലഭിച്ചവനും അടുക്കെ വന്നു: യജമാനനേ, നീ വിതെക്കാത്തേടത്തു നിന്നു കൊയ്യുകയും വിതറാത്തേടത്തു നിന്നു ചേർക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന കഠിനമനുഷ്യൻ എന്നു ഞാൻ അറിഞ്ഞു
25 I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the earth. See, you have what is yours.'
ഭയപ്പെട്ടു ചെന്നു നിന്റെ താലന്തു നിലത്തു മറെച്ചുവെച്ചു; നിന്റേതു ഇതാ, എടുത്തുകൊൾക എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
26 "But his lord answered him, 'You wicked and slothful servant. You knew that I reap where I did not sow, and gather where I did not scatter.
അതിന്നു യജമാനൻ ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: ദുഷ്ടനും മടിയനും ആയ ദാസനേ, ഞാൻ വിതെക്കാത്തേടത്തു നിന്നു കൊയ്യുകയും വിതറാത്തേടത്തുനിന്നു ചേർക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ എന്നു നീ അറിഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ.
27 You ought therefore to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received back my own with interest.
നീ എന്റെ ദ്രവ്യം പൊൻവാണിഭക്കാരെ ഏല്പിക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ വന്നു എന്റേതു പലിശയോടുകൂടെ വാങ്ങിക്കൊള്ളുമായിരുന്നു.
28 Take away therefore the talent from him, and give it to him who has the ten talents.
ആ താലന്തു അവന്റെ പക്കൽനിന്നു എടുത്തു പത്തു താലന്തു ഉള്ളവന്നു കൊടുപ്പിൻ.
29 For to everyone who has will be given, and he will have abundance, but from him who does not have, even that which he has will be taken away.
അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളവന്നു ഏവന്നും ലഭിക്കും; അവന്നു സമൃദ്ധിയും ഉണ്ടാകും; ഇല്ലാത്തവനോടോ ഉള്ളതും കൂടെ എടുത്തുകളയും.
30 Throw out the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and grinding of teeth.'
എന്നാൽ കൊള്ളരുതാത്ത ദാസനെ ഏറ്റവും പുറത്തുള്ള ഇരുട്ടിലേക്കു തള്ളിക്കളവിൻ; അവിടെ കരച്ചലും പല്ലുകടിയും ഉണ്ടാകും.
31 "But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory.
മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ തന്റെ തേജസ്സോടെ സകലവിശുദ്ധദൂതന്മാരുമായി വരുമ്പോൾ അവൻ തന്റെ തേജസ്സിന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കും.
32 Before him all the nations will be gathered, and he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
സകല ജാതികളെയും അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ കൂട്ടും; അവൻ അവരെ ഇടയൻ ചെമ്മരിയാടുകളെയും കോലാടുകളെയും തമ്മിൽ വേർതിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ വേർതിരിച്ചു,
33 He will set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
ചെമ്മരിയാടുകളെ തന്റെ വലത്തും കോലാടുകളെ ഇടത്തും നിറുത്തും.
34 Then the King will tell those on his right hand, 'Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world;
രാജാവു തന്റെ വലത്തുള്ളവരോടു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും: എന്റെ പിതാവിനാൽ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരേ, വരുവിൻ; ലോകസ്ഥാപനംമുതൽ നിങ്ങൾക്കായി ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യം അവകാശമാക്കിക്കൊൾവിൻ.
35 for I was hungry, and you gave me food to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink. I was a stranger, and you took me in.
എനിക്കു വിശന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ തന്നു; ദാഹിച്ചു നിങ്ങൾ കുടിപ്പാൻ തന്നു; ഞാൻ അതിഥിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ചേർത്തുകൊണ്ടു;
36 I was naked, and you clothed me. I was sick, and you visited me. I was in prison, and you came to me.'
നഗ്നനായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ഉടുപ്പിച്ചു; രോഗിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കാണ്മാൻ വന്നു; തടവിൽ ആയിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു.
37 "Then the righteous will answer him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry, and feed you; or thirsty, and give you a drink?
അതിന്നു നീതിമാന്മാർ അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങൾ എപ്പോൾ നിന്നെ വിശന്നു കണ്ടിട്ടു ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ തരികയോ ദാഹിച്ചു കണ്ടിട്ടു കുടിപ്പാൻ തരികയോ ചെയ്തു?
38 When did we see you as a stranger, and take you in; or naked, and clothe you?
ഞങ്ങൾ എപ്പോൾ നിന്നെ അതിഥിയായി കണ്ടിട്ടു ചേർത്തുകൊൾകയോ നഗ്നനായി കണ്ടിട്ടു ഉടുപ്പിക്കയോ ചെയ്തു?
39 When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?'
നിന്നെ രോഗിയായിട്ടോ തടവിലോ എപ്പോൾ കണ്ടിട്ടു ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയും.
40 "The King will answer them, 'Truly I tell you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'
രാജാവു അവരോടു: എന്റെ ഈ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിയ സഹോദരന്മാരിൽ ഒരുത്തന്നു നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തേടത്തോളം എല്ലാം എനിക്കു ചെയ്തു എന്നു ഞാൻ സത്യമായിട്ടു നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും.
41 Then he will say also to those on the left hand, 'Depart from me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels; (aiōnios g166)

42 for I was hungry, and you did not give me food to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink;
എനിക്കു വിശന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷിപ്പാൻ തന്നില്ല; ദാഹിച്ചു, നിങ്ങൾ കുടിപ്പാൻ തന്നില്ല.
43 I was a stranger, and you did not take me in; naked, and you did not clothe me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit me.'
അതിഥിയായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ചേർത്തുകൊണ്ടില്ല; നഗ്നനായിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ഉടുപ്പിച്ചില്ല; രോഗിയും തടവിലും ആയിരുന്നു, നിങ്ങൾ എന്നെ കാണ്മാൻ വന്നില്ല എന്നു അരുളിച്ചെയ്യും.
44 "Then they will also answer, saying, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not help you?'
അതിന്നു അവർ: കർത്താവേ, ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ വിശക്കുന്നവനോ ദാഹിക്കുന്നവനോ അതിഥിയോ നഗ്നനോ രോഗിയോ തടവിലോ ആയി എപ്പോൾ കണ്ടു നിനക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നു എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറയും. അവൻ അവരോടു:
45 "Then he will answer them, saying, 'Truly I tell you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.'
