Acts 15
1 Some men came down from Judea and taught the brothers, "Unless you are circumcised after the custom of Moses, you cannot be saved."
၁လူအချို့တို့သည်ယုဒပြည်မှအန္တိအုတ်မြို့ သို့သွားရောက်၍ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့အား ``သင်တို့ သည်မောရှေ၏ပညတ်တရားအရ အရေ ဖျားလှီးမင်္ဂလာကိုမခံယူလျှင်ကယ်တင် ခြင်းမရနိုင်'' ဟုဟောပြောသွန်သင်ကြ၏။-
2 Therefore when Paul and Barnabas had no small discord and discussion with them, they appointed Paul and Barnabas, and some others of them, to go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.

3 They, being sent on their way by the church, passed through both Phoenicia and Samaria, describing in detail the conversion of the non-Jewish people. They caused great joy to all the brothers.
၃အသင်းတော်ဝင်တို့သည်ထိုကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့ အား မြို့ပြင်သို့ရောက်အောင်လိုက်ပို့ကြ၏။ ထို အဖွဲ့သည်ဖိနိတ်ပြည်နှင့်ရှမာရိပြည်တို့ကို ဖြတ်သွားစဉ် လူမျိုးခြားတို့ဘုရားသခင်ထံ သို့ပြောင်းလဲလာကြပုံကိုပြောပြကြသဖြင့် ညီအစ်ကိုအပေါင်းတို့သည်လွန်စွာဝမ်းမြောက် ကြ၏။-
4 When they had come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church and the apostles and the elders, and they reported all things that God had done with them.
၄ယေရုရှလင်မြို့သို့ဗာနဗတို့ရောက်ကြ သောအခါ အသင်းတော်နှင့်တကွတမန်တော် များ၊ အသင်းတော်လူကြီးများကသူတို့အား ကြိုဆိုလက်ခံသည့်အခါ မိမိတို့အားဘုရား သခင်အသုံးပြုတော်မူပုံအလုံးစုံကိုပြန် ကြားကြ၏။-
5 But some of the sect of the Pharisees who believed rose up, saying, "It is necessary to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the Law of Moses."
၅သို့ရာတွင်ဖာရိရှဲအဖွဲ့ဝင်များအနက် ယုံ ကြည်သူလူအချို့တို့သည်ထ၍ ``လူမျိုးခြား တို့သည်အရေဖျားလှီးမင်္ဂလာခံရမည်။ မောရှေ ၏ပညတ်တရားကိုစောင့်ထိန်းရမည်'' ဟုဆို ကြ၏။
6 The apostles and the elders were gathered together to see about this matter.
၆သို့ဖြစ်၍တမန်တော်များနှင့်အသင်းတော် လူကြီးများသည် ဤအမှုကိစ္စကိုစဉ်းစား ဆင်ခြင်ရန်စည်းဝေးကြ၏။-
7 When there had been much discussion, Peter rose up and said to them, "Brothers, you know that a good while ago God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the nations should hear the word of the Good News, and believe.
၇အတော်ပင်အချေအတင်ဆွေးနွေးကြပြီး သောအခါ ပေတရုသည်နေရာမှထ၍ ``ညီ အစ်ကိုတို့၊ လူမျိုးခြားတို့သည်သတင်းကောင်း ကိုကြား၍ယုံကြည်နိုင်စေရန် ဘုရားသခင် သည်လွန်ခဲ့သည့်ကာလအတန်ကြာက သတင်း ကောင်းကိုကြေညာရန်အတွက် ငါ့အားသင်တို့ အထဲမှရွေးချယ်ခန့်ထားတော်မူခဲ့ကြောင်း သင်တို့သိကြ၏။-
8 God, who knows the heart, testified about them by giving the Holy Spirit, just like he did to us.
၈လူတို့၏စိတ်နှလုံးကိုသိတော်မူသောဘုရား သခင်သည် သန့်ရှင်းသောဝိညာဉ်တော်ကို ငါတို့ အားပေးတော်မူသည့်နည်းတူလူမျိုးခြားတို့ အားလည်းပေးတော်မူခြင်းအားဖြင့် သူတို့ အားနှစ်သက်လက်ခံတော်မူကြောင်းကိုပြ တော်မူ၏။-
9 He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.
၉ကိုယ်တော်သည်သူတို့ကိုငါတို့နှင့်ခွဲခြား ခြင်းပြုတော်မမူ။ သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ကို ယုံကြည်သဖြင့် သူတို့၏အပြစ်များကိုဖြေ လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။-
10 Now therefore why do you tempt God, that you should put a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
၁၀သို့ဖြစ်၍သင်တို့သည်အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဘုရား သခင်ကိုသွေးစမ်းလိုကြသနည်း။ ငါတို့ဘိုး ဘေးများသော်လည်းကောင်း၊ ငါတို့ကိုယ်တိုင် ပင်သော်လည်းကောင်း၊ မထမ်းနိုင်သည့်ဝန်ကို အဘယ်ကြောင့်ထိုသူတို့အားထမ်းစေကြ ပါသနည်း။-
11 But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they are."
၁၁ငါတို့သည်လည်းထိုသူတို့နည်းတူယုံကြည် သဖြင့် သခင်ယေရှု၏ကျေးဇူးတော်အား ဖြင့်ကယ်တင်ခြင်းကိုခံရကြ၏'' ဟုဆို၏။
12 And all the people kept quiet, and they listened to Barnabas and Paul reporting what signs and wonders God had done among the nations through them.
၁၂ဗာနဗနှင့်ပေါလုတို့သည်မိမိတို့အား ဖြင့် လူမျိုးခြားတို့တွင်ဘုရားသခင်ပြု တော်မူသော အံ့သြဖွယ်ရာများနှင့်နိမိတ် လက္ခဏာများအကြောင်းကိုပြောကြားနေ စဉ်စုဝေးသောလူအားလုံးပင်ဆိတ်ငြိမ်စွာ နားထောင်လျက်နေကြ၏။-
13 After they were silent, James answered, "Brothers, listen to me.
၁၃သူတို့ပြောဆိုပြီးသောအခါယာကုပ်က ``ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ငါ့စကားကိုနားထောင် ကြပါ။-
14 Simeon has reported how God first visited the nations, to take out of them a people for his name.
၁၄ဘုရားသခင်သည်ရှေးဦးစွာလူမျိုးခြားတို့ အနက်အချို့သောသူတို့ကို မိမိ၏လူစု တော်ဝင်များဖြစ်စေရန်ရွေးထုတ်ခြင်းအား ဖြင့် သူတို့ကိုဂရုစိုက်တော်မူကြောင်းရှိမုန် ရှင်းပြခဲ့ပြီ။-
15 This agrees with the words of the prophets. As it is written,

16 'After these things I will return; and I will rebuild the tabernacle of David that has fallen, and I will rebuild its ruins, and I will restore it,

17 that the rest of humanity may seek after the Lord, and all the nations who are called by my name, says the Lord, who makes these things

19 "Therefore my judgment is that we do not trouble those from among the non-Jewish people who turn to God,
၁၉ယာကုပ်ကဆက်လက်၍ ``ထို့ကြောင့်ဘုရား သခင်ထံပြောင်းလဲလာကြသူ လူမျိုးခြား တို့အခက်ကြုံစေရန်ငါတို့မပြုသင့်။-
20 but that we write to them that they abstain from things defiled by idols, from sexual immorality, from what is strangled, and from blood.
၂၀သို့ရာတွင်ရုပ်တုအားပူဇော်ထားသဖြင့် မသန့် စင်သည့်အစားအစာများကိုစားခြင်း၊ ကာမ ဂုဏ်လိုက်စားခြင်း၊ လည်လိမ်သားနှင့်သွေးကို စားသုံးခြင်းတို့ကိုမူရှောင်ရှားကြစေရန် စာရေး၍အကြောင်းကြားသင့်သည်ဟုငါ ယူဆ၏။-
21 For Moses from generations of old has in every city those who proclaim him, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath."
၂၁အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ရှေးကာလမှစ၍ မောရှေ၏ပညတ်တရားကိုတရားဇရပ်များ တွင်ဥပုသ်နေ့တိုင်းဖတ်ခြင်း၊ သူ၏တရားကို ဟောပြောခြင်းရှိသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်၏'' ဟုဆို လေသည်။
22 Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole church, to choose men out of their company, and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas: Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, chief men among the brothers.
၂၂ထိုအခါတမန်တော်များ၊ အသင်းတော်လူ ကြီးများနှင့်အသင်းတော်ဝင်အပေါင်းတို့ သည် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်များကိုရွေးချယ်၍ပေါလု၊ ဗာနဗနှင့်အတူအန္တိအုတ်မြို့သို့စေလွှတ် ရန်ဆုံးဖြတ်ကြ၏။ သူတို့သည်ယုံကြည်သူ တို့အလွန်ကြည်ညိုလေးစားကြသော ဗာရှဗခေါ်ယုဒနှင့်သိလတို့ကိုရွေး ချယ်ကြ၏။-
23 They wrote these things by their hand: "The apostles, the elders, and the brothers, to the non-Jewish brothers who are in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia: greetings.
၂၃ထိုသူနှစ်ဦး၏လက်ဖြင့်စာတစ်စောင်ပို့လိုက် ကြ၏။ ထိုစာတွင်၊ ``သင်တို့၏ညီအစ်ကိုများဖြစ်ကြသောတမန် တော်များ၊ အသင်းတော်လူကြီးများကအန္တိ အုတ်မြို့နှင့်ရှုရိပြည်၊ ကိလိကိပြည်ရှိလူမျိုး ခြားသားများဖြစ်ကြသောညီအစ်ကိုများ အား နှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်သလိုက်ပါသည်။-
24 Because we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, to whom we gave no commandment;
၂၄ကျွန်ုပ်တို့အထဲမှလူအချို့သည်ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်မရဘဲ သင်တို့ထံသို့သွား၍ စိတ်အနှောင့်အယှက်ဖြစ်စေသည့်စကားများ ကိုပြောဆိုကာ သင်တို့အားဒုက္ခပေးခဲ့ကြ ကြောင်းသိရပါသည်။-
25 it seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to choose out men and send them to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,
၂၅သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်အစည်းအဝေးပြု လုပ်၍လူအချို့ကိုရွေးချယ်လျက် သင်တို့ထံ သို့စေလွှတ်ရန်အားလုံးသဘောတူဆုံးဖြတ် ကြပါသည်။ ထိုသူတို့သည်ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ချစ်ခင် သူဗာနဗ၊ ပေါလုတို့နှင့်အတူလိုက်သွား ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။-
26 who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
၂၆ပေါလုနှင့်ဗာနဗတို့သည်ကား ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်၏အမှုတော်ကို သက်စွန့် ကြိုးပမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သူများပင်တည်း။-
27 We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who themselves will also tell you the same things by word of mouth.
၂၇သို့ဖြစ်၍ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည်သူတို့နှင့်အတူယုဒ နှင့်သိလတို့ကို သင်တို့ထံသို့စေလွှတ်လိုက်ပါ သည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏စာတွင်ရေးသားဖော်ပြထား သည့်အကြောင်းအရာများကို သူတို့ကိုယ်တိုင် လည်းပြောပြကြပါလိမ့်မည်။-
28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay no greater burden on you than these necessary things:
၂၈ရုပ်တုများအားပူဇော်ထားသည့်အစား အစာကိုမစားနှင့်။ သွေးကိုလည်းမစားနှင့်။-
29 that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality, from which if you keep yourselves, it will be well with you. Farewell."
၂၉လည်ညှစ်သားကိုမစားနှင့်။ ကာမဂုဏ်လိုက်စား မှုကိုမပြုနှင့်ဟူသောပညတ်များမှတစ်ပါး အခြားသောဝန်ကိုသင်တို့အပေါ်မတင်ရန် သန့်ရှင်းသောဝိညာဉ်တော်နှင့်ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သဘော တူကြပါ၏။ ဤအရာများကိုရှောင်ကြဉ်ကြ ပါက သင်တို့အတွက်လုံလောက်ပေပြီ။ ကျန်း မာရွှင်လန်းကြပါစေ'' ဟုဖော်ပြပါရှိလေ သည်။
30 So, when they were sent off, they came to Antioch, and having gathered the congregation together, they delivered the letter.
၃၀စေတမန်တို့အားစေလွှတ်သဖြင့် သူတို့သည် အန္တိအုတ်မြို့သို့သွား၍ယုံကြည်သူအပေါင်း တို့အား စုဝေးစေပြီးလျှင်အမှာစာကိုပေး အပ်ကြ၏။-
31 When they had read it, they rejoiced over the encouragement.
၃၁ထိုစာကိုဖတ်ပြကြသောအခါသူတို့သည် အားပေးစကားများကြောင့်လွန်စွာဝမ်း မြောက်ကြ၏။-
32 Judas and Silas, also being prophets themselves, encouraged the brothers with many words, and strengthened them.
၃၂ယုဒနှင့်သိလတို့သည်လည်းပရောဖက်များ ဖြစ်ကြသည့်အလျောက် သူတို့အားအချိန်ကြာ မြင့်စွာတိုက်တွန်းအားပေးသဖြင့်သူတို့အား ကြံ့ခိုင်စေကြ၏။-
33 After they had spent some time there, they were sent back with greetings from the brothers to those that had sent them forth.
၃၃သူတို့သည်ထိုအရပ်တွင်ကာလအတန်ကြာ နေပြီးနောက် ယုံကြည်သူတို့အားနှုတ်ဆက်၍ ပြန်လွှတ်လိုက်ကြ၏။-
34 However, Silas decided to remain there.
၃၄သို့သော်လည်းသိလသည်နေရစ်ရန်ဆုံးဖြတ်၏။
35 And Paul and Barnabas stayed in Antioch, teaching and proclaiming the word of the Lord, with many others also.
၃၅ပေါလုနှင့်ဗာနဗတို့သည်အန္တိအုတ်မြို့တွင် ဆက်လက်နေထိုင်၍ သခင်ဘုရား၏နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကိုအခြားသူများနှင့်အတူဟောပြော သွန်သင်ကြ၏။
36 After some days Paul said to Barnabas, "Let us return now and visit our brothers in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, to see how they are doing."
၃၆ရက်အနည်းငယ်ကြာသောအခါပေါလုက ဗာနဗအား ``သခင်ဘုရား၏နှုတ်ကပတ် တရားတော်ကိုငါတို့ဟောပြောခဲ့သည့်မြို့ တိုင်း ရှိညီအစ်ကိုများထံသို့ပြန်သွား၍ သူ တို့၏အခြေအနေကိုလေ့လာကြကုန်အံ့'' ဟုဆို၏။-
37 Barnabas planned to take John, who was called Mark, with them also.
၃၇ထိုအခါဗာနဗသည်မာကုခေါ်ယောဟန် ကိုခေါ်ဆောင်သွားရန်အလိုရှိ၏။-
38 But Paul did not think that it was a good idea to take with them someone who had withdrawn from them in Pamphylia, and did not go with them to do the work.
၃၈သို့သော်ပေါလုကမိမိတို့နှင့်သာသနာ ပြုခရီးအဆုံးတိုင်အောင်မလိုက်ဘဲ ပံဖုလိ ပြည်တွင်မိမိတို့ထံမှထွက်ခွာသွားခဲ့သူ ကိုခေါ်ဆောင်ရန်မသင့်လျော်ဟုယူဆ၏။-
39 Then the contention grew so sharp that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark with him, and sailed away to Cyprus,
၃၉သူတို့သည်အပြင်းအထန်အငြင်းပွားပြီး နောက်လမ်းခွဲခွာသွားကြ၏။ ဗာနဗသည် မာကုကိုခေါ်၍ကုပရုကျွန်းသို့သင်္ဘော လွှင့်လေ၏။-
40 but Paul chose Silas, and went out, being commended by the brothers to the grace of the Lord.
၄၀ပေါလုမူကားသိလကိုရွေးချယ်၍ထွက်ခွာ သွားလေသည်။ ယုံကြည်သူများသည်ပေါလု အားသခင်ဘုရား၏ကျေးဇူးတော်သို့အပ်နှံ ကြ၏။-
41 He went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.
၄၁ပေါလုသည်ထိုအရပ်မှရှုရိပြည်နှင့်ကိလိ ကိပြည်သို့သွားရောက်၍အသင်းတော်ကို ခိုင်ခံ့စေ၏။
