2 Corinthians 6
1 Working together, we entreat also that you not receive the grace of God in vain,
தஸ்ய ஸஹாயா வயம்’ யுஷ்மாந் ப்ரார்த²யாமஹே, ஈஸ்²வரஸ்யாநுக்³ரஹோ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ ர்வ்ரு’தா² ந க்³ரு’ஹ்யதாம்’|
2 for he says, "At an acceptable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I helped you." Look, now is the "acceptable time." Look, now is the "day of salvation."
தேநோக்தமேதத், ஸம்’ஸ்²ரோஷ்யாமி ஸு²பே⁴ காலே த்வதீ³யாம்’ ப்ரார்த²நாம் அஹம்’| உபகாரம்’ கரிஷ்யாமி பரித்ராணதி³நே தவ| பஸ்²யதாயம்’ ஸு²ப⁴கால: பஸ்²யதேத³ம்’ த்ராணதி³நம்’|
3 We give no occasion of stumbling in anything, that our service may not be blamed,
அஸ்மாகம்’ பரிசர்ய்யா யந்நிஷ்கலங்கா ப⁴வேத் தத³ர்த²ம்’ வயம்’ குத்ராபி விக்⁴நம்’ ந ஜநயாம: ,
4 but in everything commending ourselves, as servants of God, in great endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in distresses,
கிந்து ப்ரசுரஸஹிஷ்ணுதா க்லேஸோ² தை³ந்யம்’ விபத் தாட³நா காராப³ந்த⁴நம்’ நிவாஸஹீநத்வம்’ பரிஸ்²ரமோ ஜாக³ரணம் உபவஸநம்’
5 in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in watchings, in fastings;
நிர்ம்மலத்வம்’ ஜ்ஞாநம்’ ம்ரு’து³ஸீ²லதா ஹிதைஷிதா
6 in pureness, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in sincere love,
பவித்ர ஆத்மா நிஷ்கபடம்’ ப்ரேம ஸத்யாலாப ஈஸ்²வரீயஸ²க்தி
7 in the word of truth, in the power of God; by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,
ர்த³க்ஷிணவாமாப்⁴யாம்’ கராப்⁴யாம்’ த⁴ர்ம்மாஸ்த்ரதா⁴ரணம்’
8 by glory and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true;
மாநாபமாநயோரக்²யாதிஸுக்²யாத்யோ ர்பா⁴கி³த்வம் ஏதை: ஸர்வ்வைரீஸ்²வரஸ்ய ப்ரஸ²ம்’ஸ்யாந் பரிசாரகாந் ஸ்வாந் ப்ரகாஸ²யாம: |
9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and look, we live; as punished, and not killed;
ப்⁴ரமகஸமா வயம்’ ஸத்யவாதி³நோ ப⁴வாம: , அபரிசிதஸமா வயம்’ ஸுபரிசிதா ப⁴வாம: , ம்ரு’தகல்பா வயம்’ ஜீவாம: , த³ண்ட்³யமாநா வயம்’ ந ஹந்யாமஹே,
10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
ஸோ²கயுக்தாஸ்²ச வயம்’ ஸதா³நந்தா³ம: , த³ரித்³ரா வயம்’ ப³ஹூந் த⁴நிந: குர்ம்ம: , அகிஞ்சநாஸ்²ச வயம்’ ஸர்வ்வம்’ தா⁴ரயாம: |
11 Our mouth is open to you, Corinthians. Our heart is enlarged.
ஹே கரிந்தி²ந: , யுஷ்மாகம்’ ப்ரதி மமாஸ்யம்’ முக்தம்’ மமாந்த: கரணாஞ்ச விகஸிதம்’|
12 You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections.
யூயம்’ மமாந்தரே ந ஸங்கோசிதா: கிஞ்ச யூயமேவ ஸங்கோசிதசித்தா: |
13 Now in return, I speak as to my children, you also be open wide.
கிந்து மஹ்யம்’ ந்யாய்யப²லதா³நார்த²ம்’ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ரபி விகஸிதை ர்ப⁴விதவ்யம் இத்யஹம்’ நிஜபா³லகாநிவ யுஷ்மாந் வதா³மி|
14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
அபரம் அப்ரத்யயிபி⁴: ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ யூயம் ஏகயுகே³ ப³த்³தா⁴ மா பூ⁴த, யஸ்மாத்³ த⁴ர்ம்மாத⁴ர்ம்மயோ: க: ஸம்ப³ந்தோ⁴(அ)ஸ்தி? திமிரேண ஸர்த்³த⁴ம்’ ப்ரபா⁴யா வா கா துலநாஸ்தி?
15 What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?
பி³லீயாலதே³வேந ஸாகம்’ க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய வா கா ஸந்தி⁴: ? அவிஸ்²வாஸிநா ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ வா விஸ்²வாஸிலோகஸ்யாம்’ஸ²: க: ?
16 What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For we are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, "I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people."
ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய மந்தி³ரேண ஸஹ வா தே³வப்ரதிமாநாம்’ கா துலநா? அமரஸ்யேஸ்²வரஸ்ய மந்தி³ரம்’ யூயமேவ| ஈஸ்²வரேண தது³க்தம்’ யதா², தேஷாம்’ மத்⁴யே(அ)ஹம்’ ஸ்வாவாஸம்’ நிதா⁴ஸ்யாமி தேஷாம்’ மத்⁴யே ச யாதாயாதம்’ குர்வ்வந் தேஷாம் ஈஸ்²வரோ ப⁴விஷ்யாமி தே ச மல்லோகா ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி|
17 Therefore, "'Go out from their midst, and be separate,' says the Lord, 'and touch no unclean thing,' and I will receive you.
அதோ ஹேதோ: பரமேஸ்²வர: கத²யதி யூயம்’ தேஷாம்’ மத்⁴யாத்³ ப³ஹிர்பூ⁴ய ப்ரு’த²க்³ ப⁴வத, கிமப்யமேத்⁴யம்’ ந ஸ்ப்ரு’ஸ²த; தேநாஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் க்³ரஹீஷ்யாமி,
18 "And I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters," says the Lord of hosts.
யுஷ்மாகம்’ பிதா ப⁴விஷ்யாமி ச, யூயஞ்ச மம கந்யாபுத்ரா ப⁴விஷ்யதே²தி ஸர்வ்வஸ²க்திமதா பரமேஸ்²வரேணோக்தம்’|
