< Psalms 79 >
1 [A Psalm by Asaph.] God, the nations have come into your inheritance. They have defiled your holy temple. They have laid Jerusalem in heaps.
Zabura ta Asaf. Ya Allah, al’ummai sun mamaye gādonka; sun ƙazantar da haikalinka mai tsarki, sun bar Urushalima kufai.
2 They have given the dead bodies of your servants to be food for the birds of the sky, the flesh of your faithful to the animals of the earth.
Sun ba da gawawwakin bayinka kamar abinci ga tsuntsayen sararin sama, nama jikin tsarkakanka ga namun jejin duniya.
3 Their blood they have shed like water around Jerusalem. There was no one to bury them.
Sun zubar da jini kamar ruwa ko’ina a Urushalima, kuma babu wani da zai binne matattu.
4 We have become objects of contempt to our neighbors, mocked and ridiculed by those who are around us.
Mun zama abin reni ga maƙwabta, abin ba’a da reni ga waɗanda suke kewaye da mu.
5 How long, LORD? Will you be angry forever? Will your jealousy burn like fire?
Har yaushe, ya Ubangiji za ka yi ta fushi? Har abada ne? Har yaushe kishinka zai yi ta ƙuna kamar wuta?
6 Pour out your wrath on the nations that do not know you; on the kingdoms that do not call on your name;
Ka zuba fushinka a kan al’umman da ba su yarda da kai ba, a kan mulkokin da ba sa kira bisa sunanka;
7 For they have devoured Jacob, and destroyed his homeland.
gama sun cinye Yaƙub suka lalatar da ƙasar zamansa.
8 Do not hold the iniquities of our forefathers against us. Let your tender mercies speedily meet us, for we are in desperate need.
Kada ka riƙe zunubai kakanni a kanmu; bari jinƙanka yă zo da sauri yă sadu da mu, gama mun fid da zuciya sarai.
9 Help us, God of our salvation, for the glory of your name. Deliver us, and forgive our sins, for your name's sake.
Ka taimake mu, ya Allah Mai Cetonmu, saboda ɗaukakar sunanka; ka cece mu ka kuma gafarta mana zunubanmu saboda sunanka.
10 Why should the nations say, "Where is their God?" Let it be known among the nations, before our eyes, that vengeance for your servants' blood is being poured out.
Don me al’ummai za su ce, “Ina Allahnsu yake?” A idanunmu, ka sanar wa al’ummai cewa kana ɗaukan fansar jinin bayinka da aka zubar.
11 Let the sighing of the prisoner come before you. According to the greatness of your power, free those who are sentenced to death.
Bari nishe-nishen’yan kurkuku su zo gabanka; ta wurin ƙarfin hannunka ka kiyaye waɗanda aka yanke wa hukuncin mutuwa.
12 Pay back to our neighbors seven times into their lap the insults with which they have insulted you, LORD.
Ka sāka a cinyoyin maƙwabtanmu sau bakwai zage-zagen da suka yi ta yi maka, ya Ubangiji.
13 So we, your people and sheep of your pasture, will give you thanks forever. We will praise you forever, to all generations.
Sa’an nan mu mutanenka, tumakin makiyayarka, za mu yabe ka har abada; daga tsara zuwa tsara za mu yi ta ba da labarin yabonka.
