Psalms 118
1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
| خداوند را حمد گویید زیرا که نیکوست و رحمت او تا ابدالاباداست. | ۱ |
2 Let Israel now say that his loving kindness endures forever.
| اسرائیل بگویند که «رحمت او تا ابدالاباداست.» | ۲ |
3 Let the house of Aaron now say that his loving kindness endures forever.
| خاندان هارون بگویند که «رحمت او تاابدالاباد است.» | ۳ |
4 Now let those who fear the LORD say that his loving kindness endures forever.
| ترسندگان خداوند بگویند که «رحمت او تا ابدالاباد است.» | ۴ |
5 Out of my distress, I called on the LORD. The LORD answered me with freedom.
| در تنگی یاه را خواندم. یاه مرا اجابت فرموده، در جای وسیع آورد. | ۵ |
6 The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can humans do to me?
| خداوند با من است، پس نخواهم ترسید. انسان به من چه تواندکرد؟ | ۶ |
7 The LORD is my helper; and I will look in triumph on those who hate me.
| خداوند برایم از مددکاران من است. پس من بر نفرت کنندگان خود آرزوی خویش راخواهم دید. | ۷ |
8 It is better to take refuge in the LORD, than to put confidence in man.
| به خداوند پناه بردن بهتر است ازتوکل نمودن بر آدمیان. | ۸ |
9 It is better to take refuge in the LORD, than to put confidence in princes.
| به خداوند پناه بردن بهتراست از توکل نمودن بر امیران. | ۹ |
10 All the nations surrounded me, but in the name of the LORD, I cut them off.
| جمیع امتها مرااحاطه کردند، لیکن به نام خداوند ایشان را هلاک خواهم کرد. | ۱۰ |
11 They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me. In the name of the LORD I indeed cut them off.
| مرا احاطه کردند و دور مراگرفتند، لیکن به نام خداوند ایشان را هلاک خواهم کرد. | ۱۱ |
12 They surrounded me like bees. They blazed like a fire among thorns. In the name of the LORD I cut them off.
| مثل زنبورها مرا احاطه کردند ومثل آتش خارها خاموش شدند. زیرا که به نام خداوند ایشان را هلاک خواهم کرد. | ۱۲ |
13 I was pushed hard, to make me fall, but the LORD helped me.
| بر من سخت هجوم آوردی تا بیفتم، لیکن خداوند مرااعانت نمود. | ۱۳ |
14 The LORD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.
| خداوند قوت و سرود من است ونجات من شده است. | ۱۴ |
15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous. "The right hand of the LORD does valiantly.
| آواز ترنم و نجات درخیمه های عادلان است. دست راست خداوند باشجاعت عمل می‌کند. | ۱۵ |
16 The right hand of the LORD is exalted. The right hand of the LORD does valiantly."
| دست راست خداوندمتعال است. دست راست خداوند با شجاعت عمل می‌کند. | ۱۶ |
17 I will not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.
| نمی میرم بلکه زیست خواهم کرد و کارهای یاه را ذکر خواهم نمود. | ۱۷ |
18 The LORD has punished me severely, but he has not given me over to death.
| یاه مرابه شدت تنبیه نموده، لیکن مرا به موت نسپرده است. | ۱۸ |
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness. I will enter into them and praise the LORD.
| دروازه های عدالت را برای من بگشایید! به آنها داخل شده، یاه را حمد خواهم گفت. | ۱۹ |
20 This is the gate of the LORD; the righteous will enter into it.
| دروازه خداوند این است. عادلان بدان داخل خواهند شد. | ۲۰ |
21 I will give thanks to you, for you have answered me, and have become my salvation.
| تو را حمد می‌گویم زیرا که مرااجابت فرموده و نجات من شده‌ای. | ۲۱ |
22 The stone which the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.
| سنگی راکه معماران رد کردند، همان سر زاویه شده است. | ۲۲ |
23 This is the LORD's doing. It is marvelous in our eyes.
| این از جانب خداوند شده و در نظر ما عجیب است. | ۲۳ |
24 This is the day that the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.
| این است روزی که خداوند ظاهر کرده است. درآن وجد و شادی خواهیم نمود. | ۲۴ |
25 Save us now, we beg you, LORD. LORD, we beg you, send prosperity now.
| آه‌ای خداوند نجات ببخش! آه‌ای خداوند سعادت عطا فرما! | ۲۵ |
26 Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD. We have blessed you out of the house of the LORD.
| متبارک باد او که به نام خداوندمی آید. شما را از خانه خداوند برکت می‌دهیم. | ۲۶ |
27 The LORD is God, and he has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the altar.
| یهوه خدایی است که ما را روشن ساخته است. ذبیحه را به ریسمانها بر شاخهای قربانگاه ببندید. | ۲۷ |
28 You are my God, and I will give thanks to you. You are my God, I will exalt you.
| تو خدای من هستی تو، پس تو را حمدمی گویم. خدای من، تو را متعال خواهم خواند. | ۲۸ |
29 Oh give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever.
| خداوند را حمد گویید زیرا که نیکوست ورحمت او تا ابدالاباد است. | ۲۹ |
